Chest and back day. Had a knotted up muscle in my right lat. That finally loosened up yesterday. I still went lighter on the back workout than normal just to be on the safe side. Walked 3 miles also.

Have you checked your test levels yet at the 400mg you've been running?

Yup, I posted full bloods in my log the other day.

In four weeks, I went from 874 Total to 2466, and 146 Free to 668

I also started proviron around that time to lower SHBG to get the Free number up.

Dang i didnt realize that. Shouldn't have bought it lol. Thats my luck to like something that's on the way out lol.
its the other way around :D you should have bought it, its so expensive they are losing money $ selling it! its the best preworkout for stims ive tried
 
I'll be trying it in the morning for leg day. If i like it a good bit, i'll be grabibing a few bottles.
try it in AM its wild but do it with a protein shake :D

Debating on adding 60mg of EQ a week now with my 225mg of sust a week. Just to judge how its going to effect me. Before the full on cycle starts.
lets see how eod goes but go low dose 60mgs eq is fine
