Check in day today, in terms of photos, measurements etc, but will meet with coach
@PopRox19 tomorrow to go over the plan. The week has been strong, all sessions, meals and cardio ticked off.
Took photos outside as soon as there was enough light this morning, the laundry just too dark and photos getting done later and later in the morning each week (damn winter). Also finally got a decent tripod so used my back camera for the first time instead of the usual selfie camera so pics are a lot crisper with 50mp compared to 12mp.
As always photos are done fasted which makes it tricky when you're awake at 5am and have to wait till nearly 8am after photos to eat haha

Hanging for summer when it's light at 5am, though i won't be in a comp prep then anyway I guess.
