I am getting used to these fasting days. I almost feel like I should just do it every day. Thinking about it. Wake up 4AM, work out. Walk at 9AM, Shower 11:30AM. Afternoon Work from 12-5pm then eat. Sat/Sun is already like this as I do longer training days and shower at the gym with steam and sauna.
Leg workout was good today. Squat depth could be lower. Body feels tight as I don't warm up on Tuesdays and just go straight to the rack and start with the bar and keep loading plates with my pyramid routine. Tuesday's leg workout includes the standard bar banded, but I also do a few sets with the safety bar.

I noticed a few times guys on your machine
I get there around 4AM at opening, between 5-7am it gets busy. Sometimes you just have to work around everyone.
Honestly if they opened at 3AM, I would just go then and pace myself to deal with less folks. Prep mode means I am wearing the intense and serious face and not trying to be chatty Cathy. Just want to rip thru my workout.

I had not intended to fast today but with rain threatening. I ended up just fasting and walking later. I'm still fasting right now.
Just cooked 1lb of ground beef 96/4. Will portion 4 servings and cook one for dinner this evening. Waiting for it to cool off.
Good work out today. Weight seems higher than I would like, the fasting should help. Next fasting day will be Friday
Took blood pressure. 122/87. Resting pulse is 79. The diastolic is a bit high, I am using Rosuvastatin to keep my LDL in range. Thinking of adding Telismartin, Ezetimibe, and nebivolol for blood pressure and cholesterol. Another reason for less gear this year. Of course in Sept, I go back to just TRT 200mg weekly and Reta for the off season.

@PrinceDaddy nice man, not a bad idea to get in some fasting and then hit the cardio after and that sounds like some good quality grass-fed ground beef too.

Will start the Tren next week as well split between my two injections. Light dose, 50mg each for a total of 100mg/week.
Will also add cardarine next pill refill to counteract the shortness of breath.

Feeling the grind. No problem fasting today. Breaking my fast right now with ground beef 96/4 with bell peppers/onions/black olives with 2 eggs and egg whites mixed. Also a quarter sweet potato mixed in. Picture attached. I love this meal. I switch out the ground beef for ground chicken or ground turkey as well. Bison is expensive so not so much there, but I have done it in the past.

@ballin2504 Where are you at? I cook the ground beef. I drain the fat. Tilt the pan, push the meat to the top and let the fluid to the other side of the pan and drain it. Try to make it as low fat as I can.

So, the MOTS-C vial I got is 40mg. Small vial. I thought I would load it with 4ml of bac water. I think I got about 3.5 before it was full. So, I suppose my 1mg dose will be a little higher. Why wouldn't the provide a larger vial?

I have not scheduled a blood work draw. I have one ready to go. This week I am on the full cycle. I would like to be on it for a few weeks.
Maybe run the blood work the Friday before I leave for the show. Run a 36 hour fast into the blood work. That would give me 6 weeks of the full stack.
I have been on Rosuvastatin for the slightly higher LDL. I am adding Telmisartan, Ezetimibe, and Nebivolol for BP and cholesterol. On this full gear stack I would expect the cholesterol and BP numbers would be out of sync in the duration. I'm anxious to see how this affects the blood work and BP readings going forward. I start the three additions tomorrow.

Still pretty strong on my leg workouts. I do get gassed towards the end, but I don't feel a decline in strength, basically maintaining.
I really want to chisel in the abs. As i look at my physique, I see conditioning coming in, but I am not there yet. I am doing the things to get me there but it will take time. I see more definition coming in my legs and other areas. The fat distribution is not uniform and the belly, love handles, and glutes just have higher concentration of fat cells. Those will be the last to give up the fat.

No ill effects from any compounds. Everything seems to be working. Looking at my AOD mixed with the Acetic solution. Seem to be having a hard time pulling the last dose. I re-consituted another vial. Tried to pull from one and fill the other, but could not get the syringe to draw anything even tho there looks like there is one dose at least. Will try to pull tomorrow.
Took an exceptional blood pressure reading today. Did not do anymore, did not want to jinx it. Will keep doing it. I want to make sure we see acceptable reading. Maybe the heart medications are helping.
I have not implemented the cardarine yet. Need to find it. I will do the plan for Sun-Sat tomorrow.

I really want to chisel in the abs. As i look at my physique, I see conditioning coming in, but I am not there yet. I am doing the things to get me there but it will take time. I see more definition coming in my legs and other areas. The fat distribution is not uniform and the belly, love handles, and glutes just have higher concentration of fat cells. Those will be the last to give up the fat.

No ill effects from any compounds. Everything seems to be working. Looking at my AOD mixed with the Acetic solution. Seem to be having a hard time pulling the last dose. I re-consituted another vial. Tried to pull from one and fill the other, but could not get the syringe to draw anything even tho there looks like there is one dose at least. Will try to pull tomorrow.
Took an exceptional blood pressure reading today. Did not do anymore, did not want to jinx it. Will keep doing it. I want to make sure we see acceptable reading. Maybe the heart medications are helping.
I have not implemented the cardarine yet. Need to find it. I will do the plan for Sun-Sat tomorrow.

This is the full stack now. I will be on this all the way to show 2. I don't think I will change it up much. I will skip injections the week of show 1.

I have to say, I'm shocked. I did multiple blood pressure readings today. All are in great range. I had been on Rovustatin for a few weeks and did read high on blood pressure. But the addition of

Yesterday, I have been doing a little chest with some dumb bell presses. I normally incline 10x20lb, 10x40lb, 10x60lb, 10x80lb, then repeat flat bench. Well a girl was doing goblet squats with an 80. This gym only has one set of 80s. So, I grabbed the 85s, well when I kicked them up the first press on the right side felt stretched on the front delt. Sore and a little painful. Not sure what to make of it. Getting better but still does not feel right.
I did back today and was prepared to scale back. I am feeling something, but was able to make it thru the workout with the weight I normally do. I wish I just felt normal, but there will be days like this and I will monitor.

keep going dont worry about the dryness, the deca is gone and winstrol is going to harden the joints but you need it. You need to add arimidex to dry up pre show start within 3 weeks @PrinceDaddy

I like that I seem to be in the upper 170s now. I need to move to the lower 170s. The next point of resistance is 175. I am seeing my serratus and external oblique lines coming in, but there is a fat layer there especially near the bottom or handles. I just have to keep grinding. I have decided to fast the 12 hour fast every day. So, I have protein shake/bar AM pre-workout then just non-caloric fluids the remainder of the day till breaking the fast about 12 hours later. Now that I am used to it, it is not hard for me to do. Hoping it gets the fat loss moving.

I used it last in year in conjunction with 5-Amino1Q, Mots-C. Hard to tell if by itself it did anything. All three together were very effective for me last year. This year all three are doing the job. This is optimizing fat burning, not appetite control. Reta does the appetite control and insulin sensitivity.

Strength is there, but I am gettting gassed or worn out faster. I had little energy towards the end of my workout today. Don't know if it is heat stepping up here, just being tired, or the weight loss. Once I start my workout, I don't really eat till later in the day. That does seem to work for me. I do need something pre-workout.
It is a grind, and you must embrace the suck. Just need to keep going.

This is what BAM 15 is supposed to do
BAM-15 is a novel mitochondrial protonophore that works by uncoupling oxidative phosphorylation.
