Approved Log My testosterone tbol cycle log

Today was a great day. Good solid leg workout. I replaced the hammer squat with the hammer strength leg press. This to me feels far superior to the squat and the regular machine leg press. More challenging but I pushed hard. The starting weight on it is 54 pounds so that is included in the below weights.

Hammer strength leg press: 144x15 234x15 324x15 414x12 464x8
Barbell Romanian deadlift 115x12(felt too light) 135x12 135x12 135x12
Calf raise: 175x20 195x20 215x16 235x14
Leg extension: 120x20 135x13 120x14 120x12
Leg curl: 120x20 135x20 135x12 135x12

Great leg workout and probably my favorite leg workout I have had. When it comes to Romanian deadlifts, how challenging should the weight be? 135 feels maybe a bit light but I also want to make sure I don’t go overboard and strain my lower back either. The 135 felt great on hamstrings and lower back but not sure if I should try to do more.

I also did 15 minutes cardio before and after. Went with 15 minutes since it was leg day. I pushed myself pretty hard and absolutely loved it. Loved seeing the hammer strength leg press loaded up with all those plates. Plan to do more next time.

All in all I feel great and pumped for what the future holds with all this!
@BrightFuture good leg day buddy.......strong updates..........

did they say why that would be causing weakness
is it because it's not allowing the muscle to stretch out?

Whatever it is make sure you're careful with it
don't want to hear that you aggravated it

Today was chest. Still struggling with this left shoulder. I can’t seem to do more than 1 pressing movement in a single workout. The hammer strength incline feels great and gives a good pump, better than anything else. However, anything else, including dumbbells feels odd on the left shoulder.

With that being said, what can I do? Is just the incline hammer chest press enough for chest press?

Hammer incline press: 45x20 70x15 80x12 90x8 100x7
Hammer chest press: 45x12 70x10 70x6(wanted to do more but my left shoulder just didn’t feel confident)
Incline dumbbell fly: 4 sets 15 reps 20 pounds
Machine fly: 4 sets 15 reps 100 pounds

I also did cardio before and after and I did some tricep pump work at end.

What more can I do for chest because I think I need to stop doing 2 presses in a workout. I assume I can add in an extra set or 2 for the incline and machine fly. But what else? I don’t want my chest to be a weak point.
Keep killin it bro

They don’t know but they said it’s benign. Truthfully I think I need to spend more time warming up. Maybe starting with facepulls might be the answer. It’s definitely not as bad as it used to be. In the past just holding a gallon of milk would irritate it. Now that I have been in the gym a lot and shoulder has gotten much stronger it’s only the occasional issue and only when I am in the gym.

interesting injury
maybe explain it more how did you get it
Not entirely sure but it happened while I was still in the military. Weirdest thing because it didn’t hurt much when I first noticed a few years ago. It started being really annoying a few months later.

Alright so I took a couple days off. Mentally I have not been in the best place. I hate to admit that. The last couple years have been the hardest of my life but I have made a lot of progress. The last few days just a lot of things had been creeping up mentally and it’s killed my motivation. Disappointed in myself because I know going to gym would only help. Maybe I should have been posting it on here. It’s also not related to drugs or alcohol. Well I am back now and got a date night with my wife. Tomorrow back in the gym and will be sure to stay there. Sometimes I just gotta deal with this and not let it stop me from what I really want to do or from becoming the person I want to be.

Diet is still in check though!

hopefully it's nothing serious
did they say how long you'd be injured
I didn’t go to the doctor recently. I just have been several times in the past and it’s always the same thing. Need to make sure I am doing more warming up on chest and shoulder day moving forward.

@BrightFuture you know many of us have those days sometimes , especially with steroids and all bro it happens
dont be disappointed, at least you're not drinking or on drugs, I was smoking crystal meth bro lol thats way worse but i am sober for years many now

lets get you back on track and updating us, we all support you in the EVO family our iron brother :)

Been a great weekend and today was pretty awesome. Went to gym and worked on chest. Plan moving forward is to do the hammer incline chest press on chest day then the dumbbell flat bench on arm day. Think this should be a lot more manageable for my left shoulder.

Hammer strength chest press: 45x20 70x12 80x12 90x10 100x6
Machine fly: 70x15 85x15 100x15 115x12 130x10
Machine dips: 140x15 160x15 180x12 200x10
Dumbbell incline fly: 4 sets of 15 with 20 pounds
Tricep pushdown: 80x25 90x20 100x12 110x12

Feeling great! Also did 30 minutes cardio to start and 15 minutes to end. Will post of up meal prep pics later.

Thank you! Definitely feeling better now. I just need to stick to doing this because it definitely helps. Plus it’s good for me.

Meal prep completed and pictures attached. Plan for tomorrow is back and biceps.

as always PERFECT meal your lady is making :)

good to know your balls are doing good

it's good to cook together you should try that

love what you're doing my man keep it up

Good workout this morning. No cardio and I cut everything short by 1 set because my daughter has her driver permit test this morning so I couldn’t be in the gym for as long as I wanted.

Barbell row: 135x12 175x10 185x8 205x6
Hammer lat pulldown: 90x12 100x12 110x10 120x7
Cable row: 120x12 135x12 150x12 165x8
vbar lat pulldown: 120x15 120x15
Straight arm pulldown: 100x15 100x15 100x12
Cable curl: 80x12 80x12 90x12

Good fun workout. Might go back to gym later today so I can get my cardio in. I would just go for a run but it’s way too hot outside. This summer is going to be extremely hot. It is always hot here but this summer is expected to be worse than usual. Atleast the beach is only a couple hours away.

She likes to cook by herself. I can sometimes convince her to let me ground the beef but she actually enjoys cooking. I don’t enjoy cooking at all so guess it works out. Pretty lucky I have her though. Been together almost 19 years now.

Killer bro

Today was shoulder day and it was fun. Left shoulder felt strong and stable throughout.

Hammer strength overhead press: 45x15 70x15 90x7 100x5 105x3(first time with 105)
Dumbbell lateral raise: 4 sets 15 reps with 15 pounds
Hammer strength shrug: 180x15 200x15 220x15 240x12
Face pull: 5 sets 15 reps 100 pounds
Reverse fly:75x12 90x12 90x12

To finish off I tried something new. Not sure what the proper name for it is but it’s essentially a 1 arm cable shoulder reverse fly. I did several sets of 12-15 reps but wasn’t really tracking it. Mostly wanted to get a good feel for it and it felt really really good. Probably going to be a shoulder day staple moving forward. 20 minutes cardio before and after.

On the shoulder press, 70 pounds for 15 reps was super easy. 90 pounds was also easy but I was shooting for 10 reps and not sure why I failed after 7. 100 pounds was pretty challenging to get it started. I tried for 110 but couldn’t get that first rep with right shoulder, surprised my left shoulder it went right up. So I then dropped it to 105 pounds and that’s the most weight I have successfully done even if it was only 3 reps. Also, the weights are per hand.

Feeling really good and super motivated. Tomorrow is leg day!

@BrightFuture tired happens but means you went all out, push it harder man :)
be careful remember shoulders can get injured

Had a good weekend! Did legs Thursday and arms Friday but the app I use to track my workouts for some reason didn’t save either of them. Oh well not a huge deal. This morning was chest/triceps. Great workout and definitely feeling more confident about my left shoulder. Watched a lot of videos on proper form for dumbbell bench and I utilized that this morning. Felt great and no discomfort. I also am back on my original schedule of getting up at 4am and going to gym instead of going a little later. I don’t know why, but I am way more motivated and excited to go at 4am and plus nothing gets in the way of it.

Dumbbell bench: 50x12 50x12 50x12 70x6
Hammer incline chest press: 70x15 80x12 90x10 100x6
Machine fly: 85x15 100x15 115x15 130x10
Dips: 140x15 190x12 210x12 220x10
Tricep push down: 100x20 100x20 100x20 100x15
Incline dumbbell fly: 30x12 30x12 30x12 30x12

Did 15 minutes cardio to start and 30 minutes at end. Meal prep attached. It’s a teriyaki/sweet and spicy bbq sauce this time. Tastes amazing.

@BrightFuture training in AM is best, your test levels are highest then
meal prep as always CLEAN for you

training is good stay slower on the dips make sure to get a stretch

Also wanted to say that my hair is looking great. Probably thicker than it has been in a while. I also started using this shampoo called raw sugar that is designed to thicken your hair. I don’t know if it’s the testosterone or if that shampoo actually works.

On a side note and somewhat personal. My manhood is always on. Feel like I am a teenager all over again lol.

My appetite and energy levels have come roaring back. I think the change in diet with way less carbs probably had a negative impact the last couple of weeks. Think my body was so used to the carbs and then I cut them down to nothing but the rolled oats in the morning my body was just tired. Feeling very energetic again.

I have learned so much about myself, my body, training and diet on this first cycle. Definitely had some road bumps along the way that probably slowed down my progress. Namely the frequent injection problems with Ultima and some of the left shoulder issues. But I am feeling overall more confident and don’t regret anything.

This first cycle was all about learning and seeing how my body tolerates things. I haven’t had issues with hair loss, my balls are still in tact and I have no obvious signs of estrogen issues either. I do sometimes forget to take the AI every other day.

All in all I am feeling good. Definitely looking forward to the future. Wife and I are doing great! I am out of the military so that has opened up a major new career opportunity and I am pumped about that. Life is pretty good right now. I still have some mental issues that I deal with and sometimes they get the best of me but I always pull myself out of it. I have a lot to be grateful for and a lot to live for.

Also attaching some pictures. The first 2 pictures were when I first started the cycle. It is a front shot and a back shot. The last 4 pictures were from today. Still got a long way to go but definitely feel I look less flabby than to start.

Would like to focus later in the year on just getting as much muscle as possible. Thinking 16 weeks with test/eq and anadrol for first 4 weeks and anavar for last 4.

@BrightFuture less carbs is going to make you temporary hungry, you have higher fats? you need at least high fats if you have low carbs

happy to hear about the Wife, you enjoy life and enjoy your awesome hair :)

@BrightFuture thats much better, you're making clear progress, very much LEANER and more mass, perfect results bro :)

very nice job even coming off the weekend

Alright so today was back day and also some bicep pump work at end. Good day. Decided to substitute barbell rows with dumbbell rows. Definitely feel like the dumbbells allow me to focus more on the contraction. Probably stick with those moving forward.

1 arm dumbbell row: 60x15 70x12 80x10 85x8 (goal will be to shoot for atleast 90 pounds next week might even try 95 or 100 if I can get atleast 8 reps which I am confident will happen)
Hammer lat pulldown: 100x15 110x12 120x6 (during the second set the seat went all the way down which put my elbows in a sketchy position so I didn’t push to hard)
Cable seated row: 120x15 135x12 150x10 165x6
Close grip pulldown: 120x10 120x10 120x10
Straight arm rope pulldown: 40x15 50x15 60x9 70x8 (different machine than I usually use and the resistance feels much heavier so the weight used was lighter)
Cable bicep curl: 70x15 80x15 90x10
Dumbbell hammer curl: 30x12 35x12 40x8

Good fun workout. 15 minutes cardio before and after.

@BrightFuture really good day, you should stick with dumbbells if you getting the pump
it would be good for you to share a pic of the bodypart you trained that day , after training so we can see your pump

Alright I will start posting daily pics. Yeah I like the dumbbells a lot. Definitely makes it easier to focus on getting a good range of motion.

Also, got 4 weeks left on this cycle. Contemplating a couple of things. I know I can do self trt but not sure if I really want to do that just yet as I am only 36. Granted I also don’t want to come off the testosterone. I feel mentally a lot better with it.

I feel like the last 2-3 weeks have not been the best for me. I let my mental struggles get in the way and came pretty close to backsliding completely. I have made a lot of progress with that over the last year. Truthfully I am lucky to even be alive just to put into perspective just how bad I got mentally a year ago. Won’t go into details with that.

However, I do feel the testosterone may be helping me pull myself out of that faster. I definitely feel better overall and younger too. I just got to stay disciplined. In probably 3 months, I want to do another cycle and really focus that one on getting as big as I can. Thinking 500 test, 400 eq and 50 anadrol. I just don’t know what to do immediately following this cycle. Self trt or not? Kinda torn.

This morning was shoulder day. Wasn’t the best because my left elbow was sore. Think I just slept on it or something. Didn’t realize how sore it was til my 3rd set on overhead presses. Disappointing because I was full of energy and really was expecting to set a new pr today. That’s ok though because I still did what I could do. Tomorrow is leg day so elbow shouldn’t be a problem.

Hammer shoulder press: 45x15 70x12 80x10(this is where the elbow became a problem)
Hammer strength shrug: 180x20 180x20 180x20 180x20
Reverse fly: 85x12 85x12 85x12 85x12
Facepull: 100x20 100x20 100x20 100x20

15 minutes cardio before and after. I also did 1 set of lateral raises but elbow made it hard to do more. Elbow is feeling a lot better now.

Well tomorrow is leg day!

Kinda torn.
@BrightFuture self TRT is your real path forward I'm 100% sure of it.

The mental struggles, we all have them trust me. I have many clients like that. You can share with the EVO Family, what happened to you?

I think dont stop on the Testosterone dont let hormones swing , it will impact you mentally badly.

Also went to doctor today and blood pressure 100/68!
@BrightFuture volume is WELL bro
and BP wow perfect

It was a suicidal incident and it just spiraled from there. Hospital and lots of other things. Very bad time in my life.
