Last night I slept around 8.5 hours. Woke up feeling refreshed and had a great workout this morning. Had a full body ct today at the hospital. I’m hoping it will be good news. The lady went with me, so I’m assume she’s trying to stay around for a while. I had a nice sashimi dinner today as well. I’m gonna have the lady come with to the gym and take some posing photos, so I should have some up soon.

I slept around 9.5 hours last night. I was super exhausted and lethargic for some reason later yesterday evening. Still wasn’t feeling much better after I woke up this am but I still managed to get a workout in. I may just be stressing over this medical shit. The diet will be changing a bit tomorrow. I’ll be lowering the calories back down to 3000kcal as I’ve gained about 10lbs now. Still sitting pretty nice at 6’4” 235lbs around 9-11%bf.

I went for left arm numbness, they thought I was having a transient ischemic attack. So they did some imaging and admitted me for 24 hours for observation.

I slept around 9.5 hours last night. I’m not gonna lie, just hanging around the house resting has been really nice. I’m still looking forward to getting back in the gym next week. Alright, I’m gonna post an update about my health related issues.

I saw the oncologist and she was concerned that I had cancer due to the clotting issues and my labs.
I had a pet scan, some kind of special ct, and a mri all covered the entire body and they didn’t find anything!!

Most of my labs were normal however it does look like I’ve picked up my mother’s anemia. So I’ll be taking iron pills for the rest of my life. The labs also showed an idiopathic clotting disorder so I’ll be on the blood thinners for life as well.

Luckily, these won’t be too much of an issue moving forward with me using PEDs. My doctor said she can just double my dosing of the blood thinner while I’m on cycle and I should be good to go in that aspect. She said she will monitor me monthly with labs and vascular scans the duration of my next couple cycles.

Additionally, this means I can do my bulk that I was planning as well as my contest prep next spring. So I’ll be starting my bulk on August 1st. I’ll post the cycle layout on todays log entry.

I slept around 7.5 hours last night. Today I bought the kid school clothes and just laid around other than that. I’m looking forward to getting back in the gym next week I should be refreshed and ready to push it hard. I’ll start my bulking cycle on Thursday of next week. The doctor told me i have no limitations, she wants to see how my body reacts with the blood thinners on cycle. I’ll be doing monthly labs and a full body vascular scan every two weeks to check for clots. Cycle will consist of short esters, so that it can be eliminated quickly if need be.

The hgh and nandrolone give me an insatiable appetite. I could eat 10k calories a day if I don’t keep it in check.

I’ll be prepping for a contest in May of next year, so I’ll be keeping the bulk as clean as possible. So I don’t have so much work to do in the spring.

I didn’t sleep well last night. I only slept around 6 hours. I did manage to get a 2 hour nap this afternoon. So that helped tremendously. I went to lunch with the lady today, it looked good but I didn’t eat anything. I swam for a bit in the pool today. Other than that, boring day.
