Got my first meal in as always being my 70g rolled oats with whey protein and 80g raspberries. 500ml water. Let that settle and ducked to the shop quickly before my chest session.

Peck deck flies is never pushed to failure. I use it to get the blood pumping.

That's why I never going behind the shoulder and let my arms go all the way back, I stop right when my elbow lines up with my side delts and push forward again in the movement, the amount of people I see incorporate the back in that chest movement is alarming by rearing so far back with the arms and shoulders.Good. Legs are a weak point for me being that I have very skinny genetics and like a lot of guys I spent years neglecting leg workouts. So while the pump was decent. I still prefer when I push a little harder to really get the muscle filled. Ham string curls being my favourite movement lately.@TeeGee lunges are pump city i love those manyou get a leg pump max right?

@TeeGee never seen sea turtles up close nice one broA little of what took place yesterday. The firework show video is too large to upload so instead I’ll share when my friend and I seen it as a good idea to hold the fireworks in our hand and you will see one explode on me. All safe and no injuries but not my brightest of moments.
Sea turtle release was awesome for the kids. The mums lay their eggs in this spot on the beach and the babies return when it’s time for them to lay eggs also. Really fun experience
