i don't like hack squats, never liked them made me Uncomfortable
For me i think it depends on the machine itself. I used one last week and absolutely hated it. Awkward and couldn’t push decent weight or have any kind of muscle connection.

Diet is looking amazing man! I have no idea how you have that much caffeine before a workout and are still able to train. I would be on a stretcher, lol.

Chatting to him has been an absolute pleasure and keen to see how I feel and what I can do on these final weeks pushing harder. Blood work will also be provided before I finish up. I’m already quite confident in requiem. Injections have been super smooth which I always appreciate 😂

Unsure if I will rest tomorrow or push a nice leg workout. Body is feeling really good. Sleeping well, mentally very positive. But also don’t want to over do things. But my body tells me I’ve got more in the tank

I was using some cinnamon before I begun mixing the protein with it. But there is honestly no need to do it now.

Always doing my best to keep my ego out of my lifts and focus on control and connection. It’s humbling but the progress keeps me motivated.

DHB being introduced has got me feeling like a have some very solid control of the weight I’m moving on certain exercises. And still can’t get past how easy and smooth injections are. @RequiemLabs definitely is providing some quality stuff. Previous oils were becoming a pain to inject

Ended up choosing the Mexican for dinner. Washed down with some Oreo Dutch pancakes halved with my partner. Forgot to get a photo of the pancakes.

Also tattooed a friend for a bit of fun so photo attached of that too because why not 😂

A Mexican cola was the highlight of my night. I haven’t had a sugar drink for quite some time now.

No. Normally I will do my cardio after my lifts. But I work PM shift so I when I get home around 11pm I walk down to the gym and get it done. Come back home and shower. Sleep like a baby.

Excited to go have what I intend to be a rock solid back and traps day today at a local gym with a wide range of hammer strength.

I haven’t been able to stop thinking about how lucky @Pigsy is with his access to nautilus.

Hammerstrength is going to be as good as it gets for me.

Got my first meal in as always being my 70g rolled oats with whey protein and 80g raspberries. 500ml water. Let that settle and ducked to the shop quickly before my chest session.

Preworkout 250mg caffeine “faction labs disorder” can I just state that the taste and texture of this preworkout is so incredibly enjoyable.
