Also just wanted to add some screenshots from my food tracking app of all my micro nutrients because I’m kinda proud of the fact that I’m pretty much smashing all the recommended daily intakes and that is from diet alone, not including any added health supplements. Probably not a big deal or something many people look at but since using chronometer it’s been cool to see and focus a bit more on the finer details of what I’m eating on top of just counting macros. Sodium could probably come down a bit but my high potassium would help to counteract that a little bit I think. Also the lycopene would be over 100% too I’m just assuming the entry’s for the foods I’ve used didn’t have that in the data for them.

Meal Prep for my lunches the next 4 days has been done too! I’ll include photos from my tracking app too of all my food for high days except the dinner which I decide on the day. Lower carb days will be a bit different when it comes to snacks and pre/intra workout and low carb dinners.

Be careful with that much potassium. Don’t want to get potassium poisoning. I would drop that in half.
I think it’s pretty rare and pretty hard to get potassium poisoning I’ve been eating pretty high potassium diet for a while now and my blood serum potassium was fine on my recent blood work. I’ll keep an eye on it when I do bloods though to make sure it doesn’t get too high.

@SILVERBACK LABS oils went in so smooth 👌🏼 no pip at all. No inflammation today or anything like that either!

First time ever using insulin today as well! Started off with 5iu of Lantus this morning.
Then I had 5iu of NovoRapid pre workout as well as 2iu of GH and 420mg injectable carnitine all pre workout. Also, holyyy shit the pump was crazy from my push day 😅 never seen my chest and Delts look that 3d. I’ll add a photo but don’t think it does any justice 😂 finished my push session with 30 mins cardio also.

Monday nights have been steak nights lately so added a photo of my steak meal. Macros for the meal are 53p 66c 20f. Also had 500ml coconut water and 250ml watermelon juice with it for some extra carbs and electrolytes, micros, etc.

Sorry guys been a bit absent the last week, works been flat out plus I’ve been battling a bit of tendonitis in my wrist/forearm. Just backed off a bit on certain exercises and changed a few movements to give it a bit of a break while it heals plus I’ve added tb500 and bpc157 in at 1mg of each per day which seemed to do the trick last time it flared up.

It was also my girls birthday over the weekend so we had family and friends visiting. Went out for a few nice meals which I may have definitely over eatin most of the weekend 😂 but back on track now when it comes to the diet.

My walking pad/mini treadmill arrived last week so I’ve been getting up at 4:30am and getting 30-60 mins of fasted cardio each morning depending on my start time and location for work that day. Weight is up to 90.9kg which is almost 9kg up since the start of this log a month ago 😅 a few kg was definitely gained over the weekend just gone. Things are still relatively tight but I might add in a few more low days over the next couple weeks to try and slow things down a bit.

The Chikin Feed seems to be doing its job! Blood pressure is sitting pretty consistently around 115/60. Everything else health wise seems to be pretty good, will be getting blood work in the next few weeks just to check everything after about a month of starting the blast.

I’ve added some quick photos I took this afternoon before the gym. Definitely added a little bit of body fat the last month and the high gh has definitely added a bit of water retention too but still relatively tight.

Nah no plans to compete in the near future atleast. Maybe one day if I ever feel like my physique reaches a point that I think could be competitive. Otherwise I’m just enjoying the gym and the process 🤷🏽‍♂️

Training has been alright, really have had to take a step back and focus on my form and lower the weight a little bit on some movements due to the couple nagging injuries but in doing so everything’s feeling good again and weights are going back up on lifts but with even better execution 💪🏼

Work has been crazy busy and likely will be for the foreseeable future so sessions in the gym are a little shorter than usual at the moment but I’m trying to make that into a positive. No Fuckin around in the gym 😂 get shit done mode.
 
Did a like a 21 hour fast (Saturday night till Sunday night) just to give my GI tract a small break cause digestion has always been something I’ve struggled with on build phases. My digestion is the best it’s ever been on these sort of calories though so I’m just trying to keep it that way.

Weight dropped from 92kg to 90.8kg after that and I’ve been running med carb days the last 3 days so 270P 300C 85F and weight has stayed the same. High day tomorrow so 550g Carbs. Im still starving most of the day even on my high days 😂 im taking that as a good thing though!

Split up into every other day injections.

Just upped the GH to 10iu of generic per day.
3iu pre workout 7iu before bed on training days and just 10iu before bed rest days. Little bit of ankle adema now and then. Also some nights/mornings a sore right wrist/thumb I think it’s kinda like de quervains tenosynivitis and I’m assuming it’s from the GH. Nothing too bad though.

So I gave it a try on my last cut for the first time probably 4-5 months ago which I was only running like 3iu per which I found was still helpful in recovering a little bit quicker and sleep quality and I think it helped with fat loss too but in saying that i was running tren for the first time so that was definitely contributing 😂 I also just looked a lot fuller and would get better pumps in the gym I found.

Then I managed to stumble across a source that I could get Chinese generic hgh for cheapppp so I said why not cause I always hear “run as much as you can afford for as long as you can” so I figured while I’ve got it cheap I may as well give it a go, so I’ve worked up from 4iu per day to 10iu over 2iu increments each week or 2. So a vial a day Now. Definitely made me a little bit watery as I went up and my weight was going up like 1kg a day at some points but still maintaining a pretty low body fat just a bit watery, hoping over time as my body adjusts to it I will lose a little bit of that water but otherwise I don’t mind cause I’m growing anyway and it makes me look bigger 😂 otherwise yeah recover has been unreal, had tendinitis in my right forearm which I had last year and took my months to get better where as now it’s pretty much good after 2 weeks. That’s with some bpc and tb along with the gh though. Sleeps been better, even though my weight increase is also making it worse according ti my partner that says I’m like a freight train 🚂 now 😅 so might be time to do another sleep study and see if I need a cpap haha.

But overall man I think if you can afford it then run it 🤷🏽 cause it works! but if your recovery and sleep is already good and it seems a bit expensive then I also don’t think you’re missing out on “the secret ingredient” so to say 😂

Yeah it’s a blessing and a curse brother, I typically drop weight with anything under about 700g carb daily, but my dietary fats are typically low - body seems to really respond this way for the longest time and it’s enjoyable.

Ahh yeah bro that’s pretty much everything I’ve understood to that anything from 5iu until the moon for as long as possible, and yeah happy to fork out if there is a magic secret I’ve been missing 😂

Did a like a 21 hour fast (Saturday night till Sunday night) just to give my GI tract a small break cause digestion has always been something I’ve struggled with on build phases. My digestion is the best it’s ever been on these sort of calories though so I’m just trying to keep it that way.

Weight dropped from 92kg to 90.8kg after that and I’ve been running med carb days the last 3 days so 270P 300C 85F and weight has stayed the same. High day tomorrow so 550g Carbs. Im still starving most of the day even on my high days 😂 im taking that as a good thing though!

200 NPP
Split up into every other day injections.

Just upped the GH to 10iu of generic per day.
