I didn’t sleep well last night. I only slept around 6 hours. I did manage to get a 2 hour nap this afternoon. So that helped tremendously. I went to lunch with the lady today, it looked good but I didn’t eat anything. I swam for a bit in the pool today. Other than that, boring day.

So today is day 2 of my bulk and I hit the gym for the first time in 2 weeks today. It felt great to be back, I’m really looking forward to this gear kicking in and seeing where it takes me. I got about 8.5 hours of sleep in last night. It was nice to be back home. Today I started back in the gym. I had an amazing workout. It actually felt like the anadrol was kicking in. Not too sure though, could have just been placebo. Anyway, cycle started Sunday. So today was day 2 of a 10-12 week bulk.

Why no carbs in post workout meal?
I’m carb loading pre-workout. Plus, I only use proteins that are single ingredient.

Honestly, I bloat if I have too many carbs post workout too. And I like to walk around with my shirt off looking good during the summer. 🤣

I slept around 7 hours last night. Although, it felt like I slept for 10. I woke this morning with a surge of energy that was unbelievable. I’m really surprised as to how fast the anadrol has kicked in, I’m assuming. Had a great workout today, lifts felt super easy. Could have most definitely added more weights or reps. But I’m not gonna rush it, no more injuries for me 🤞🏽. Today I backed off lifting with the leg I had surgery on. I asked my orthopedic surgeon to get a mri just to make sure everything is healed well before I attempt to really start lifting with it. The chicken from yesterday was so good I went back for it again tonight. I also added a meal to boost calories a bit.

If I was him I would stop the anadrol and use it after his body had time to rebuild the tendons and ligaments after the year long layoff. He can't train the way anadrol is allowing him too. Why waste a compound in your stack if you can't train to the fullest?

The knee has been feeling really good lately, so I decided to put it to the test today. Needless to say, I was shocked at how well it held up. I may actually place well if I can continue to work out legs hard like this. After my mri on Friday, I’ll speak with my orthopedic surgeon about adding squats and deadlifts back into the mix. Gonna be upping the calories again to 4000kcal. May go 4500 or 5000 if I’m still maintaining weight.

Yes, that’s the most I’ve lifted on it since the surgery. I’m gonna see how it holds up till next leg day and I may try to go up to 750 or 800. I still had a lot left in the tank at 615lbs.
