Nutrition:

Has been pretty stock standard hitting all macros. Happy enough with that aspect and find it relatively easy to follow, especially with a goal in mind, have slightly up the intra carbs and protein because it feels better within the session.

Upper 2:

Cybex Shoulder: 60x7, 40x13
Prime Flat Pec: 45 p/s x8, 25 p/s x12
Lat Raise Mac: 15x10, 8.75x11
Hammer Strength Pullover: 25x9, 17.5x14

Fantastic session in today. Progressed everything except the hammer low row. Still tinkering around and playing with the exact right setup but better engagement today so taking that as my overload. Officially 15 weeks on the button left of cycle as of today. Going to throw in some tren to finish the cycle off for the last 12-13 weeks!

Honestly atm I’m just conferring with the sponsor @DofRandD dosage wise because I’m new to it. But I tolerate mast and test extremely well even at the higher dosages this time. I slightly increased anabolics last year too and didn’t fare nearly as good as I have this time. So at least if any strange sides present I can somewhat link it to tren. I think a large part is having a great mental health base overall and being an extremely calm and chill person overall so I feel I’m in a good spot to add some in

I started at 100mg per week on my cut done 2 years back no side effect and got good effect of vascularity muscle preservation utterly great libido, and introduce again at 160-200mg during bulk with npp gave good strength, less water retention, better muscle fullness, nutrition partioning but 8,10 week mark i started to get bad heartburn, only side effect i got my sleep was good no night sweats or insomnia. I think starting slowly and adapting is way to go for tren. I am planning to run my nxt bulk as tren main compound and working on my gut health with gultahione and l glutamin.

Interestingly primo gave me hard shedding while npp tren together my hair looked better but fucking face look dull dehydrated and bit tanned than rest to my body😂😂😂.

Hi @BigCheese2000 , love the log. Well structured, and the cycle is going well. I hear your looking to add Tren to your cycle. First of all I'd suggest to not use it, as its a harsh compound and you must be prepared for it. If you are, id recommend a low dose for about 4-6 weeks. Maybe 100-200mg a week as its your first time trying. Tren A is good to use at first because if you have sides then you can drop the tren and bounce back if needed.(short ester)

I would stay low on the trenbolone 200mgs or so, nothing above, stay low dose to feel the sides and how you manage it

Have you thought abt having cyclin dextrin or karbolyn during intra workout, u can get good amount of carb and reduce carb volume.

Make sense no i am like i am eating. 400gm of cooked rice at 1 sitting and my calories r jst 3100🤣🤣🤣. I know it’s so hard to chuck food been through it, time to chuck some juices!!!
100% bro but the only thing about the juices before I was literally a machine going to the bathroom😂 I don’t reckon I could push food much further without resorting to some kind of liquid cals. But on the same token I find if I have a day below 4500 I tend to just drop weight it’s mental. Body’s like a furnace honestly

Great session today and @DofRandD is working the magic 100%. Have never felt like this before in regards to training. Overloaded all movements via reps or load. The log book difference has been insane. Gear is 100% gtg. New atmosphere and equipment has been great moving away from my old gym.

Very interesting to hear that actually bro what the pros do! Always tolerated mast extremely well! Hair wise I’ve a thick curly mullet so I’m good there anyway😂 bloods have always came back good on mast and test too. Bit more budget friendly than primo too which is always nice

How does hammer strength pull over feels compared to normal rope pull down?
 
Absolutely immense bro! Takes a tiny bit to find the right setup but you can get an insane stretch and contraction in the lats! Also has the seatbelt to prevent any major movement at the hips to get the weight down
My current gym is tiny does the job for now, moving to worldgym in November they got few good machine hammer strength pullover caught my eyes when i visited last time. Must give it a go!!

100% bro! Doesn’t make the physique but the equipment does make a noticeable difference! Since I’ve been using the prime stuff for back training I’ve noticed a big difference myself. I’m lucky this gyms pretty tasty and only a 5 min drive away

Nutrition, recovery training volume and intensity matters most but certain joint friendly machine to isolate muscle will help allot for sure.

Amazing night of sleep last night. Hit the 88 mark finally. It’s slow and steady but no rush. Happy enough with the weight and I think it’s near my heaviest fasted weight of all time.

Safety Bar Squat:100x11, 80x13

Big training day today. 2 exercise changes in there. Still again playing around equipment wise but I think I’m fully set now. Safety bar squat felt immense. The smith machine squat had my left knee feeling kinda funky so opted against that. With the leg press I’ve moved over to Watson for setup purposes. It has more seat heights than the Cybex and there’s a bar in the middle to seperate the foot plates. Can either have a double leg or a true single leg. It was a lot easier to setup and get locked in foot stance wise. Upper sessions and lower 1 are locked in movement wise but I’ve got my lower 2 fully sorted now.

I’m sorry that happened to you! I would like to think I’m the total opposite and extremely balanced. So she has no worries and neither do I. But again I’m really sorry for the experience you had. Guy sounds like a piece of shit

Training is definitely flying mate! Honestly I’m torn between late 2025/26. It all depends on on how my next blasts go and how much mass I build! I will also have to complete a full check up to get my permanent residency here in March 26 so can’t afford to be blasting at the time which is the conundrum. It’s either compete late 2025 and cruise for a few months, or compete at the back end of 2026. Lots of comps held in Vic here too so I’m in the hub of it really
 
Thanks for all the feedback folks! Will keep everyone updated on the tren diaries. I will be keeping this log as raw and transparent as possible. Whether it’s positive or negative I will leave it all out here. Did my second shot so up to my full 200mg this week. Curious on kick in time tren wise? 4-6 weeks on enanthate I’m assuming?

Having a chill one today just gonna watch the footy and do some steps and mobility work. Mobility is just some basic stuff I’ve gotten over the years of coaching. Will be doing some steps as well about 10-12k

Sides:
No sides to speak of. Last year I had a lot more acne and the like using 400 mast and 400 test. This year im fairly clear. Maybe 2-3 active spots at most. I did get severe acne as a teen and went on roaccutane, so a lot of the red markings you see on my check in photos are just old acne scars that can only be cleared via cosmetic surgery. Not that pent up about it really and it’s something I’ve had. Pins have been extremely smooth @DofRandD and he’s been a top bloke in regards to queries and just general helpfulness. Will be getting bloods soon at the half way point of my cycle so all the gear can reach peak serum levels. I will be running through bloods with a “sports doctor” who specialises in bodybuilding and the varying blood values that comes with usage.


Back in for upper tomo and a check in👌

Having a chill one today just gonna watch the footy and do some steps and mobility work. Mobility is just some basic stuff I’ve gotten over the years of coaching. Will be doing some steps as well about 10-12k

Sides:
No sides to speak of. Last year I had a lot more acne and the like using 400 mast and 400 test. This year im fairly clear. Maybe 2-3 active spots at most. I did get severe acne as a teen and went on roaccutane, so a lot of the red markings you see on my check in photos are just old acne scars that can only be cleared via cosmetic surgery. Not that pent up about it really and it’s something I’ve had. Pins have been extremely smooth @DofRandD and he’s been a top bloke in regards to queries and just general helpfulness. Will be getting bloods soon at the half way point of my cycle so all the gear can reach peak serum levels. I will be running through bloods with a “sports doctor” who specialises in bodybuilding and the varying blood values that comes with usage.
