Nutrition:
Has been pretty stock standard hitting all macros. Happy enough with that aspect and find it relatively easy to follow, especially with a goal in mind, have slightly up the intra carbs and protein because it feels better within the session.

Cybex Shoulder: 60x7, 40x13
Prime Flat Pec: 45 p/s x8, 25 p/s x12
Lat Raise Mac: 15x10, 8.75x11
Hammer Strength Pullover: 25x9, 17.5x14
Prime Seated Row: 57.5x8, 37.5x12
Hammer Low Row: 35x9, 20x13
Hammer High Extension: 20x9, 15x13, x13
Prime Preacher Curl: 31x8, x5, 23x11
Fantastic session in today. Progressed everything except the hammer low row. Still tinkering around and playing with the exact right setup but better engagement today so taking that as my overload. Officially 15 weeks on the button left of cycle as of today. Going to throw in some tren to finish the cycle off for the last 12-13 weeks!

Honestly atm I’m just conferring with the sponsor @DofRandD dosage wise because I’m new to it. But I tolerate mast and test extremely well even at the higher dosages this time. I slightly increased anabolics last year too and didn’t fare nearly as good as I have this time. So at least if any strange sides present I can somewhat link it to tren. I started at 100mg per week on my cut done 2 years back no side effect and got good effect of vascularity muscle preservation utterly great libido, and introduce again at 160-200mg during bulk with npp gave good strength, less water retention, better muscle fullness, nutrition partioning but 8,10 week mark i started to get bad heartburn, only side effect i got my sleep was good no night sweats or insomnia. I think starting slowly and adapting is way to go for tren. Big training day today. 2 exercise changes in there. Still again playing around equipment wise but I think I’m fully set now. Safety bar squat felt immense. The smith machine squat had my left knee feeling kinda funky so opted against that. With the leg press I’ve moved over to Watson for setup purposes. It has more seat heights than the Cybex and there’s a bar in the middle to seperate the foot plates. Can either have a double leg or a true single leg. It was a lot easier to setup and get locked in foot stance wise. Upper sessions and lower 1 are locked in movement wise but I’ve got my lower 2 fully sorted now.

Training is definitely flying mate! Honestly I’m torn between late 2025/26. It all depends on on how my next blasts go and how much mass I build! I will also have to complete a full check up to get my permanent residency here in March 26 so can’t afford to be blasting at the time which is the conundrum. It’s either compete late 2025 and cruise for a few months, or compete at the back end of 2026. Lots of comps held in Vic here too so I’m in the hub of it reallyFucking hell @BigCheese2000 training is looking good. Have you got any comps in mind?

Having a chill one today just gonna watch the footy and do some steps and mobility work. Mobility is just some basic stuff I’ve gotten over the years of coaching. Will be doing some steps as well about 10-12k
Sides:
No sides to speak of. Last year I had a lot more acne and the like using 400 mast and 400 test. This year im fairly clear. Maybe 2-3 active spots at most. I did get severe acne as a teen and went on roaccutane, so a lot of the red markings you see on my check in photos are just old acne scars that can only be cleared via cosmetic surgery. Not that pent up about it really and it’s something I’ve had. Pins have been extremely smooth @DofRandD and he’s been a top bloke in regards to queries and just general helpfulness. Will be getting bloods soon at the half way point of my cycle so all the gear can reach peak serum levels. I will be running through bloods with a “sports doctor” who specialises in bodybuilding and the varying blood values that comes with usage.
