Its non fat greek yogurt with frozen blue berries. The only meal missing is plain chicken breast. I have two of the yogurt meals daily.

Im already at 350g protein daily though so I rather keep the cals lower, however I did used to add protein to it tasted so much better lol. All those meals come up to 2400 calories daily.

Cool. I'm on 150mg test weekly now. Trying to see if I can increase strength on as little as possible for the next 6 weeks.
I’m still cutting weight and keeping strength so surely you can increase it when eating at maintenance especially with your freakish strength genetics lol

What type of job do you have that allows u to burn 4000 cals per day?
Broadly I can say Logistics / supply chain 😬 but majority of the cals burnt is the cardio sessions with the weight lifting.

I like that meal, broccoli and chicken breast with some hot sauce, you won't go wrong.
 
Just be careful with those sauces, they add a lot of garbage to them.

Always best to make sure you make your own sauces.

Next step for you, for sure is to increase your cardio a bit from here.

Even if you get it out at work, you can't go wrong. Increasing it.
