Very nice posing routine.

You've got a good physique and very athletic looking.

I would say that your conditioning is top-notch. If you feel that you are grinding at this point, maybe take a couple deload sessions.

Much better performance today. Increased cals and carbs already making a difference whether that be physically or psychologically. Extremely pleased overall. Pumps much better now im a bit leaner too. Excited to really push the next growth phase
Smashed this brother!!

Lower 1:

Lateral: 10x11, x10, 6x17, x14

Cyb Adductor: 63x17, 72x10
Nautilus Glute Drive: 80x8, 60x16
Life Laying Ham: 115x10, 85x13
DB RDL: 55x8, x6
Cyb Squat Press: 115x10, 75x17
Hoist Ext: 102x11, x8

Initial weight gain as expected with cals increased 600 on both days, performance increase already likely to a bit bump in carbs. Feel a bit more able to settled within sessions too, progressed every lift today but I’m not that strong so also to be expected. Will be a long and slower bulk to hold condition and eliminate having to go on a monster cut/mini cut. Trt for a 2-3 weeks still to go (subject to change). Training volume remains the same. No sides present. Increased body temp but it’s also late 30s here and I grew up in Ireland so have extremely limited heat resistance. Performance should even increases further once temps drop leading into March/April

Great training day. Would say push is the slowest burner for me and weakest day and day I probs don’t enjoy the most. Hunger levels quite high on the rebound though looking forward to cals shooting up a bit more. Training sessions fantastic though numbers have restarted again and defo getting solid pumps because im still in a lean position and likely will be for a while. As of now just 3 days cardio and 12k daily steps. Digestion fantastic and stomach issues totally fixed, if anyone remembers some previous entries in my log a while ago. Could be tren having fully left the system, could be insulin sensitivity and smashing cals for too long. Regardless quite excited for where this push up will lead🙏🏻

You going to train up with @CypherOCE soon?

playing it hard @BigCheese2000 bro
get the cals up right now and protein up
where you at on macros now?

a good job getting 7 hours of sleep. you're pushing things now to another level.

It's great to hear that. You're getting good pumps.

Always good to get the intensity.

Testosterone and equipoise is a great option., I think you'll enjoy both.

Nice job on this update. Excellent lower body training.

Hard to believe you're only 78 kg.

You definitely look like you weigh more.
But that's a good thing and a compliment.

Good job doing the standing calf and Cybex seated hamstring.

Those are good exercises and work great.

Keep up the good work champ. Nice leg day for sure. Maybe throw in some lunges next time.

You're doing an amazing job.

If you're getting pumps in your legs, that's definitely a good sign.

Rest Day
Fasted Weight: 78.7
Sleep: 9.5 hours

Productive rest day overall. 30 mins cardio at 136bpm average. Got a chance to catch up on some housework and get myself prepped for the week. Will be last few days of trt before blast so mentally preparing for that also😂 have all my ducks in a row. Awaiting caloric change if any via coach this weekend. Cycle has already been set anyway as I had to put in an order so good to go there. Got my daily 12k steps around the park today. Feeling confident and ready to pack on some quality tissue over the next 20 weeks of cycle. Will be low and lean utilising mainly carbs and protein to drive performance alongside. Training will be remaining the same

Fasted Check In
Weight: 78.9

just a few shots from check ins this morning. Trying to slowly rebound outta the mini cut rather than just piling on unnecessary weight. Quads are softening a tad but I also do struggle to turn them on a big. In my usual check in spots it’s tiles, whereas this is outdoor deck so I wobble a small bit. Should be quite a productive growth phase

Solid session today. Again weight is a bit low but working on connection and slowly increasing over time rather than trying to just move weight from a to b like some previous sessions. Still overloading all movements just being cautious and making sure I reach proper mechanical failure. Recovery between sessions has been good owing to the gh and increased calories I assume. In need of another bump but have a large runway don’t want to just immediately bump cals by a massive amount. Nutrition wise I will give updates upon next check in. Had an off plan today as it’s valentines and my partner and I are heading out for dinner. Crispy basil and chilly pork and plain steamed rice so nothing too intense. Just adjusted calories around and left an extra 1k in reserve so should roughly balance out

Relatively happy with how it’s reversing. Have a long way to go but encouraging progress right now. Performance has skyrocketed again but aiming not to get overly fat while in a surplus. Lot of inspirations on here and guys pushing it so great to have that to look towards. Will have check in details tomo. Today is a rest day with some steps.

. What kind of spider is that?

I've never seen anything like that before, I hope it's not poisonous.

You should catch the spider and put it in a little aquarium and feed it and take care of it as a pet.

that spider looks really mean and horrible.

Man, that is something.

You got a nice condition physique, much respect for that.

I personally think you got the perfect body, but that's just me.

Great day today. Also found this little fella on the leg press pictured below. Trained with a good mate so got a little numbers boost there. Definitely would love a full time training partner. Looking forward to a chill rest of day and a big rest day tomo. Recovery again fairly good but will be interesting to see after my hardest session of the week.
@BigCheese2000 i would be so scared to get bit by a red back spider or something!

Seated Calf: 25x12, x12, x12 rep match
Cyb Adductor: 67x18, 81x8, 2 sec pause in stretch
Nautilus Glute Drive: 80x12, 65x16

DB RDL: 60x9, 60x7
Cybex Squat Press: 125x8, 80x14

All weights are per side also rather than total. That’s just how I like to track it and equals less maths too😂

3 sets lateral raise and hanging leg raise at beginning of session. Lateral raise not a massive focus as my Delts overpower some of my other body parts in poses. Great session overall. Took progressions in every single movement. Slow and steady progress and body feels immaculate. Been a nice clear out going on trt body feels primed and ready for a big push. Very keen for the improvement phase @BigBoyLabs
