Training / Nutrition Update
Current weight: 89.3kg (Fasted AM Weigh)
7 Day Average: 89.9kg 😎

Got blood results back, liver values are finally all back in range and looking perfect. Other mentions are cholesterol markers all back in check , all other markers healthy as well (and already were previously). Couple more weeks of cruising then we get ready for next push.

Cycle wise thinking of going;
400mg Test E (@DofRandD)
200mg NPP (@DofRandD)
250-300mg Primo E (@Raptor Labs supplied)

I’m confident with the Test / Primo ratio as that’s same ratio I played with last time 1.5 : 1 and kept me e2 healthy. Probably still a bit low of a primo dose to see the compound actually work its magic except for AI properties , so I welcome any other suggested dose ideas or ratios etc

NPP just playing it safe and sticking to the beginner ratio of 2:1 , get blood work and adjust as needed.

Continuing to see improvement in lower stomach also , slowly but surely

How long between blasts?

Nice update, man, going into the weekend.

I like the Primo with testosterone. It's a great one.

Let us know what you decide with the NPP. Some people say, it really helps with your joints.

Nice, Monday and Tuesday session.

You'll get good results on this type of training.

Thursday looks really good. I like that. You're training your power cleans.

Heavy training. Definitely a strong.

Definitely deserve a Friday rest day. Maybe do some stretching on your rest days, to do something.

3 months off is not bad at all.

You're definitely ready to take things up a notch.

Recovering from a cold/flu this week. Trained lightly Friday, had Saturday/Sunday off as rest days and then eased back into the gym. Still not 100% in the chest so have been taking it easy with cardio but trying to keep moving.

When I went down with the flu, this took my appetite away with it which has caused the scales to drop again (a bit more/quicker) then I would have liked for so focus this week is to refuel the body and finish recovering. Last week has definitely seen body fat continue to fall off , starting to get visible abs for the first time ever really

Evening all, bit of a delay compared to my normal posting. Things have been quite hectic lately but back to normal now. Have recovered from the flu, and also managed to get away overseas for a week holiday with some good mates. Plenty of good food and still snuck in some gym sessions. Playing catch up now and back to the grind, time to dial in again.

Shout out to @Raptor Labs who reached out to generously offer me some products to assist with getting over the man flu, unfortunately didn’t have time on our side to take up on the offer but appreciate the gesture massively 🫶🏼

Training / Nutrition Update
Current weight: 91.2kg (Fasted AM Weigh)
7 Day Average: 89.7kg
Weight starting to come up as we reverse out of the aggressive cut + week holiday of not tracking, not too fussed as was a great reset.

Sessions Completed
Will get back into the routine of posting these from next update onwards.

Worth noting we tested 1 rep max back squats this week, hit a new PB of 145kg , up 5kg from 140. 150 is the goal, and coming soon

Log Update - Powered by @R&Dpharma

180kg deadlift is insane bro @Rogue888
you are the REAL deal here, winning every time
training really hard impressive

Mixing up the workout. Going solo and then going with a partner that's good.

You're keeping things really fresh.

Nice job on the picture is motivating.

Yeah, for sure, I will take an empty gym all day. People are always annoying.
