This is my first log, I'm brand new to the forum. If you guys need anymore info please let me know. I tried to pair it down a bit because it already seems like an info overload. I track a lot, been trying to optimize my training for a couple years, so info wise, if you need it I probably have it.

Gotcha. Appreciate all the kind words. It was kinda awkward for me putting myself out there like that. First time ever really taking selfies lol. I don't have any social media so no pics for me.

I'll definitely keep posting my progress. Hopefully someone can help me decide on a first cycle and I will definitely post my progress as I go.

Ya I know. For me it's tough because I run my own company and work into the night a lot. I'm doing shit like invoicing and quotes between sets a lot of the time. I'm up at 6:15am for work each morning. I try to sleep at 10:30 each night but then you never really sleep the whole time. This week looks especially bad because I usually catch up on the weekends and sleep 9hrs but I had to work Saturday and going early for blood work before. Saturday night I ate some chili that fucked up my stomach and got a horrible sleep lol
 
I think there's a bit of confusion because the title was changed in my log.

I'm looking for advice on a first real cycle, preferably primo100 and maybe anavar.

I've been on TRT doses of test c for about 6 months. I've been running 180mg for about 3 months and I titrated up from 120mg.

Any advice would be appreciated as to how I should go about my first real cycle.
 
Bro you already look fantastic, you are going to look proper beast if you play your cards right. Love how much you track everything, i always feel the more we measure the more we tend to improve. Will be following along for sure!.

On dosages, what does your e2 look like on your trt dose? I feel this could be the biggest influence on choosing a dose for increasing test and dosages for primo. Anavar can be added last 6 week at *up* to 50mg daily. You dont have to run 50mg but can run up to that amount.

Primo will influence e2 levels in most but is also individual dependent, we are all different and all respond differently too. Primo is usually more anabolic in higher dosages 500mg+ and is more utilised in an anti catabolic approach during a cut in lower dosages. I feel if you are going to use primo to add size you need to be aware of how your aromatics and how sensitive aromatization is for you. Once you understand this you can better make a more accurate decision for how much test and primo you can take.

My personal experience is dosage response isnt lineal on a milligram basis.

Example I can take 200mg test e and my e2 stays around 150nmol. I bumped up to 250mg and e2 went to 304 nmol and that was including 400mg a week of masteron. Masteron can be know to assist with e2 from person to person but did absolutely nothing for me in that category.

It is still a game of trial and error at the end of the day but if you take the approach of small changes can only allow small mistakes and in return only require small adjustments/corrections.

More educated members will chime in on your log bro just give it a little time. All the best 👍

Thanks bro. I thought I'm a bit lower but my smart scale always says 13 and I wasn't sure if it's right or not. Didn't want to appear like I was a bull shitter or cocky or something and say a lower number than I really am. Felt better just going with the scale number.

Titan at NF processed my order and I have some primo100, test c, and anavar on the wait. He said it should be here in a couple days.

I think I'm going to run my test and primo at 200 for 2 weeks and see how I feel then maybe jump to 300/300. My next bloodwork is in a few weeks to a month so I'd like to run the 300/300 for two weeks and see how my markers look.

Not sure how long a cycle I'm gonna run, probably 12-16 weeks, playing it by ear.

Probably going to try the anavar as a pre-work out sometime around week 7 or 8 and see how my body responds to 10mg sublingually? If good then maybe 20mg/day for a bit and see how it goes and maybe jump to 30.

What do you think?

Ohh ok. Didn't realize I was supposed to log all that pre-cycle. Makes sense tho. I'll get on it.

Anavar at the beginning? Just sublingually as a pre workout?

Oh definitely no hesitation here lol. I joined EVO to learn from those who've walked the road I'm setting down. I'm I big believer in apprenticeships. I'm a quick study and very eager to learn.

Vice versa applies as well. I'm very open to criticism and learning from my mistakes. If you guys spot something I could be doing better please speak up.

Thanks Lev, appreciate the guidance. I'll be positing everyday from here on out. Going to make it part of my morning routine to summarize the day before while I eat my breakfast.

I powerlifted for almost 2 years on Evolve AI. Squat and deadlift 2.8x bodyweight, my bench was not great. Ran 4 day weeks but the volume on Evolve AI was killing me, literally. Sometimes 2.5hr sessions with over 30 sets, pre TRT.

Switched to RP app last year and fell in love with hypertrophy training. Actually seeing my body change was great motivation and like Arnold, I felt like I was you know..everyday. I'm one of those science based lifting nerds now, maximizing every rep. In a documentary Phil Heath said "humble yourself, drop the weight, focus on technique and the mind muscle connection". If Phil Heath says it it must work cuz look at the guy. Now no more little injuries all the time and still solid progression.

I don't have time to go to the gym 5 days a week so I built a home gym. Here's some pics for fun and so you guys can see what I'm working with.

Thanks, that means a lot. It's all about function for me, haven't done much to make it look cool. But it works really really well. Been building piece by piece, upgrade by upgrade, over the past few years. At this point it's really dialed in for my training and efficiency.
 
Just got back from work. Had to go out and work 4 hours tonight on top of the 8 hours I pulled in the day. Going to sleep in a bit tomorrow morning. Should be good for my recovery.

On the bright side I checked my mailbox and my package arrived from NF. Titan does a great job getting things out quick.

Looks like I'll be starting my 100mg of primo to go with my 200mg of test c tomorrow night. Tomorrow is a cardio day so I guess I'm supposed to hold off on the sublingual anavar til Saturday when I'm back weight training again. Looks like tomorrow night will be my first official cycle day!
 
Not entire;y convinced by the one arm pull-downs. Often I see very light weights used
I 100% agree on a usual 1 arm pull down, but I have to Rep Aries 2.0 with dual pull down handles. So while they're single arm pulldowns I'm doing both arms at the same time. So having an isometric hold at the stretch on one arm while contracting the other. Feels amazing and my lats light up.

I didn't bother renaming the exercise in my program because like you I'm not a big fan of just a single arm pulldowns either.

I program these a bit lighter though so I can get higher volume in and really focus on the movement. You'll see on my other day I have weighted pull ups where I'm going heavier low volume.
 
Log Day 3

Long day working yesterday, but my training session inbetween work went pretty good. My back is pretty sore from back training 2 days ago. Ate a bit lower cal and fat yesterday to balance out the gluttony from the day before lol. Tonight will be my first time pinning my primo100. Excited to see what I can do with it.

Thanks. Yea a lot of my exercises are named traditionally but have modifications that suit me better.

Just in that day for example

My dips are going way deeper than parallel. Basically to the point my nose can touch the mounting point.

My behind the back laterals are a cable cross with wrist cuffs.

The single arm pulls are actually dual handles but 1 arm at a time while maintaining lat activation on the iso arm.

I try to improve exercises for myself where possible and it keeps things fun too.
 
That's one of the best Home Gyms I've ever seen.

Aw man sorry to hear that. I'd love to train at a gym but at this point in my life I just don't have the time. Unless you're a millionaire a gym with good machines will always be better than a home gym. I think there will always be a need for good gyms

Ya I think I have a pretty good metabolic rate, but I burn a shit ton of calories at work, and I work a lot. I get around 10k steps each day on the job and I ruck for a lot of them. I carry a 50lb tool back pack for a lot of my steps, large A frame ladders, extension ladders, material. I try to keep my heart rate up at work to turn it into training.

Think I'm going to do pic updates every 2 weeks to see if there's any visible changes. I took a bunch of body measurements today and I'm going to track them weekly on cycle. Today's my first shot of primo. Every 2 weeks I'm also going to do a thorough update with all the data to compare the progression. Trying to treat this like a scientific study tracking everything
 
For all the guys interested in my caloric intake here's what I ate today. I did go a little overboard today, but I'm trying to bulk right now so it's probably a good thing. I keep it as clean as possible. I threw in the cliff bar for some quick carbs after I did 40mins of rowing.

Yesterday was a "rest day" so cardio only. Felt like I might have had a bit of a cold or flu coming on so I avoided HIIT rowing and just went for some steady state instead. Didn't feel like my respiratory system could keep up.

First injection of Primo100 last night.
100mg test C, 50mg Primo

Everything went well, used the same syringe and no problem getting the 1.5ml in. Today is weight training so I'll be adding 20mg of Anavar sublingually 30mins before training. Excited to see how that feels

Think I'm going to do pic updates every 2 weeks to see if there's any visible changes. I took a bunch of body measurements today and I'm going to track them weekly on cycle. Today's my first shot of primo. Every 2 weeks I'm also going to do a thorough update with all the data to compare the progression. Trying to treat this like a scientific study tracking everything

Log Day 4

First dose of Anavar yesterday, 10mg sublingually 6pm.
Held under tongue for 10 mins, start warm-up at 6:30, training at 6:40.
Seemed to add 2 reps to my first working set in each movement.
Just after 7pm I noticed I don't feel worn down at all, still feeling fresh.
Added a set to my pull-ups, added incline press to the end of my training. I added 5 reps to my first set of incline press.

Today I'm going to try 20mg 45 mins pre workout and see how that goes. I watched a great YouTube video from VigorousSteve with study data regarding Anavar. I'm going to try his recommendation of 20mg/day sublingually, and taking the entire 20mg pre-work out on training days.

In yet. Interested to see how you perform on the anavar
It's up there in my day 4 log. Tried a 10mg sublingual dose of Anavar and it went pretty good. There was a longer delay on the effects than I expected though. I'm adjusting my dosing time and amount today. Will post tomorrow with results.

Log Day 5

Strong workout with the 20mg Anavar yesterday. Added weight and reps to all my sets, except for abs and squat. I think my caloric intake recorded higher than it was because of the snow crab my wife made for dinner. Sleep wasn't great, but HRV and recovery are high today.
