Pissing like a race horse! Breath smells like I've been drinking. Lol
Taking liquid electrolyte w/water.
I'm out of my keto strips here at work.. More at the house.. I'll post my reading when I get off work.
Only workout was my 30 minutes burpee session this morning..
Swamped at work.. Could do any weights tonight.

i would recommend getting those tongue brushes. that will help for 'fasting breath'

when I fast a long time, my tongue turns white. I get that nasty film on it, definitely get that brush and brush it.

It's 10:30 pm just got off work..
I can definitely feel the ketone fuel.. More of a intense thought process, breath is killer!
Not even hungry at all!
I've been jogging down my hallway for the shower.
Wife thinking I'm frickin crazy or on drugs!!

Burpees are no joke. 20 minutes. Wow.
 
Read a story over here in the states where a kid actually died during burpees.

They are really tough exercise and definitely get you in shape.
Yeah they can work you out.. That's for sure..
Kid probably had a heart attack from them..
We had a young troop join the Army with a underlying heart condition.. We working out doing up downs and running routines. He had a heart attack and unfortunately passed away too.. It was a Sad situation.

So it'll be a 4 day fast.
I have 2 medical appointments tomorrow and don't want to be pissing or tripping out during them! Lol.. Luckily my wife reminded me of them.
So soup will be my go to.. I'm super excited to get food again.
Also for some reason my joints(shoulders and knees) are sore.. 🤷🏻
I know I'm hydrated and have been taking my electrolytes.. So I don't know?

My last ketones reading was so high the meter wouldn't read it.. Just flashed HI

drink electrolytes bro and drink a lot of veggie soup and add yogurt eggs later in the day @medengines

I ate the above meal.. Besides the blackberries.. They were freezer burned tasted shitty..
Soup and veggies were like a 5star restaurant.. By the taste.🤣

Woke up at 4:00am with both shoulders and left knee kickin my ass!

I took motrin 800, ate handful of Macadamia nuts with it as a buffer..
Best fuckin nuts I've ever had.. After that loong ass fast!

breakfast :
4 eggs
2 pieces of Dave's killer bread
Bacon probably about 9 pieces
Awesomeness!

consider investing in a standup desk,.. also get up every 30 minutes and walk around and move yoru body a bit. that will help

Macadamia nuts are really good, but they're expensive.

No lies that fast was my ass kicker.. And the whole "joint thing" was another one!
I'm taking it easy for awhile till my body let's me know when to hit it again and start working out.. Cause makes no sense to go in wreck what I've worked at already and cause more pain.
I'm freaking out cause I ate alot yesterday I consider big meals 3 of um.
This morning I'm back to fat burning mode..

Weight was 207lbs this morning.
Plan is do some cardio at work and rest more today.
Hit weights again tomorrow, see if my shoulders and knees want to say hello again.

I'm going to eat 2 meals as close in time as possible today.

Chuck steak 1. 16 lb.
Brussel sprouts and 1egg
Sweet Pepper's
Blueberries, mango and yogurt
The chuck is medium or rare? :D

I'm about a hour afterward.. Still good for the benefits?
I would wait 1 hour post meal to take the psyllium.
