Back and hamstring day today. All in all a good session. Still training with 1-2 reps in reserve and controlling the reps.

Bodyweight is dropping very rapidly during this tidy up/ health phase. A refeed day has been added for tomorrow. From 3440cals to 3930cals.

• 10ml olive oil
• Small amount of bbq sauce

Leg pump-
• Seated adductor machine - 2 sets 12-15 reps- 3 second negatives 81kgs
• Reverse power squat machine - 2 sets 6-10 reps - Top set back off set- 160kgs 140kgs
• Bulgarian split squats- 2 sets 8-10 reps- 35kgs each side
• Leg extension machine- 3 sets 12-15 reps- 74kgs
• Lying hamstring curls- 2 sets 10-12 reps - 78kgs
• Seated calf raises- 3 sets 15-20 reps- 60kgs
