Approved Log Pre-Cycle Log - Recommendation/review on my (planned) micro dosing cycle.

Yes, yesterday was husk only!

Shoulders:

Treadmill: 25 mins 3 speed 3 incline.

Seated machine press 3x12 120lbs
Seated machine lateral raises 3x10 60lbs
Upright rows ez bar 3x12 70lbs bar
***Starting feeling weak after upright rows***
Reverse pec dec 3x12 120lbs
Face pulls 3x12 60lbs

Ok so, I have been on a 48 hour 0 calorie and gonna eat when i get home today. But something happened, i picked up 60lbs dumbbells for seated presses like i usually would, but half way up i almost passed out, i saw starts and couldn't lift the dumbbells. Didn't feel like i was weak but almost passed out. So i put em down, reset Myself and tried again. Couldn't go up again... So i just let it be and moved to machines. Felt that almost blackout effect all thru the workout today and decided to NOT do post lift cardio instead driving now to go get groceries.
Guess i depleted myself alot this time.
When you do husk only days, add apple cider vinegar on empty stomach with warm water AM and PM to help increase acidity and digestion. @zucchini
If you're fasting, you should CUT weights by 50-60% those days, dont overtrain.

@zucchini you should make that choice whether you want to stay on or come off and pct. it really is your decision but don't run it longer then 15 or 20 weeks if you plan on pct

I will stay on Trt as I am right now for atleast 2 more months, till the start of July. then I will see what to do.

Couldn't sleep all night felt sleepy n tired yet wasn't able to fall asleep. Came to the gym at 4:45am to workout.
Its 6:30 am now and i am heading home. Hopefully get some shut eye.

@zucchini 10 pins of test, you might not feel sides. I dont think you should get off or PCT, you should stick to self TRT IMO.

You're saying you had a day with psyllium husk only?
Depends on the goals or if you want to do self trt

If you can get REAL PRP injections, I would get them, but if everything is cheap there can you get bpc/tb500 cheap as well? @zucchini

The problem is that i do not know where to find peptides there. I will talk to a bunch of pharmacies to see if i can get em.
But prp is real. They would take my blood infront of me and put in the centrifuge in front of me and inject the plasma right there all within 30 mins.

Yeah man, Yesterday's weight was 92.4kgs (203.7LBS) At my heaviest I was 114kgs (251lbs) and when I joined this form End of Jan/Start of feb I was at 109kgs (240)lbs.

I spoke with my doctor as well, asked him if I should get PRP done, he was asking if I will get it done in the bone or in the muscle? I said I didn't know. he said get it in the bone if you can cause that's where your bursa is and that's what hurt.

@zucchini sounds like your doc knows what's up. If the pain’s coming from the bursa, then getting PRP into the bone area makes sense since that’s where inflammation usually kicks off. Muscle PRP might help too but it won’t hit the root like targeting the bursa directly. If you go that route, make sure it’s guided properly so it gets to the right spot. Could be a game changer if done right, or if done wrong you can have long term sides.

Today, out of the blue, my car went into limp mode and I was able to make it back home. had someone put in an OBD scanner and it looks like it is an engine/powertain problem... If it is true I would be super immobilized for the week + money problems. Don't even know how to make it to work let alone to the gym honestly... I am so confused, pissed off and worried

As expected... I couldn't go to the gym. Did go to bike out, was able to ride 11km today it was super windy.
My car is messed up and Idk how to drive 2 hours away to the airport now. I am in a small city and there is no bus that matches the time I need to get there. No one who I know in this city has been able to give me their word for a 100% I am so fucking stressed

Its extremely hard to find uber here, its a small town i live in. And taxi is extremely expensive.

I felt extremely shitty yesterday for not being able to train so today i decided to just walk to the gym and get a taxi home later on. Was able to train at my mma gym with the limited weights setup we have

Arms today:

Cardio: 30 mins walk to the gym from work as i don't have a working car atm.

Biceps:
Dumbbell alt Hammer Curls: 3x20 45lbs dumbbells
Incline dumbbell curls: 2x12 1x10 30lbs dumbbells
Preacher curls: 3x8 50lbs on the ez bar - the bar and the bench here is super wonky so i couldn't exactly figure out the balance.

Triceps:
Tricep pushdowns 3x15 140lbs - the dynamics of this machine were super different too, hence the higher weight.
One arm cable pushdowns: 1x12 2x15 30lbs
Close grip bench press: 1x12 135lbs 2x10 155lbs
Overhead single arm dumbbell extensions: 3x10 25lbs each side

Forearms:
Wrist curls 3x10 50lbs supersetted with Rev Wrist curls 3x10 50lbs

Post cardio: 30 mins treadmill

I'll do this again day after tomorrow but will surely see if i can walk here for kickboxing tomorrow atleast
 
Also got an update on my car.
The company says even thou its an old engine, the code has some lawsuits against it and they will replace the engine for free.
Honestly i am so relieved and thankful!!

I'll just have to grind out this week and get a rental to go to the airport 250km away and drop the rental there this weekend and then bybthe time i get back my car is good to go amd i can get back to being mobile.

I am in ketosis yes, i do feel lighter for sure but sometimes i just wish i could have more food than i do and throughout the day rather than OMAD and be able to eat carbs.

However, thats what will probably happen when i am in Pakistan for a month 🤣 but I'll still be working out n training

Yes sir! you will see much more red meat in my diet from the next week! Yes, that was boneless chicken cooked in olive oil, and then some soy sauce and vinegar + veggies followed by sugar free ketchup. all in one wok!
