I'm in the middle of finalising an order now but I'll throw this Q out now to all of you running the GH. If I should use my own post then I'm sorry but I want to stay specific to Raptor users mostly.

I started my GH journey end of Sep last year from BBL. I Don't need the politics of that but I'm mentioning for clarity. I deffo feel it has worked as I'm in better shape etc. Hair/Nails/Skin/Sleep. I sometimes feel better and sometimes nothing. I've been running 3IU 7 nights a week since and during a blast I used up to 6 IU maybe 5 times a week.

FYI I store the Un constituted vials in the fridge and when I add BAC water it's obviously also kept in the fridge.

Now the questions...

Do you always notice and 'feel' or does it become second nature like I feel now? I wouldn't say I've ever had particularly tingly hand say. I've had extreme lethargy through the day which I wonder is related.

When and how do you take it? I've read loads and loads of methods and never feel definitive. When I ran 6 IU I split am/pm but then I get lost on when I should or should not eat.
I work away and taking it when home is harder because my wife and I might have evening food later or wine etc. I don't want to discuss the merits of drinking wine because I won't stop that but is literally right before climbing into bed the best time to take it? How long after food/wine?
Or if you take first thing fasted then how long until you eat brekkie?

My main goal is always to grow/sleep but I will be on a bit of a cut in the coming weeks.

Lastly what's the largest dose to take in a single dose because I see differing opinion on that too!

Depending as to your goals is going to depend when you take it, morning upon waking is going to aid fat loss and I'd suggest 3-4 IU for it to be "optimal" pre-gym is also a great option as well but if you train late in the day/evening you'll also need a night dose as you'll more than likely shut down your own production plus a night dose is great for recovery anyway.

It's so person specific for dosing and impact, we are all so very different - biggest thing to do is DO NOT advance your doses too quickly otherwise it'll just be sides galore.

The reason I'm a little suspect of the dosing of my current brand is that my sleep can be very interrupted. Buuuuuuut I have noticed that I wake up far happier to open my eyes than before as if the actual sleep is better.

I am running their sus250 on a cruise so far awesome stuff. I also got bpc157 and tb500 for a bulged disc in my lower back i have lived witb for ages and the combo of bpc and tb is like magic. Actually need to give a review of Raptors dragon pharma Yk11
Not many vendors sell this so if it interests you get on it ,

Yk11 often gets called a SARM but it’s technically closer to a myostatin inhibitor. It suppresses myostatin, a protein that limits muscle development.

I dropped my blast cycle short dropping oils by 800mg a week. (Personal shit got in the way) To a sports TRT/mini cycle . with 250 test. 150 eq. While implementing yk11. 20mg a day spit 10mg am / pm And my strength has maintained with no noticeable side effects to report.
I know @Dumptruck is running YK11 on his cycle at the moment and could probably chime in.

Overall is you looking for something mild on sides and to get that extra edge I would think this is a good option.
