Hello everyone it is that time again im jumping back on cycle for what i hope turns out being one epic cutting phase, im excited as ive been waiting all winter for this day!

This is yet another stepping stone on my path of reaching competitive bodybuilding in the men's physique division by 2026

I am very humbled and appreciative of Greg and the @domestic-supply.com
team for once again believing in me and my goals/dreams of reaching the stage, this wouldn't be possible without the incredible support from Domestic Supply and giving me the abilities with running some of the best brands and gear around.

first official workout for the 12 week cycle, Wednesday May 21 2025

This first workout was incredible from a skin splitting pump aspect! I have never in my entire life felt pumps like this in the gym before, it was both amazing and me saying what the fuck, all at the same time in my head.

Every muscle i targeted 1-3 reps in and the pump was borderline overwhelming it was that strong, my endurance went up as well, i could get deeper into thr rep range before fatigue would set in.

Today i did a 20mg winny tablet 45 minutes before my workout, coach has me chewing the tablet and absorbing the tablet under the tounge.

naturally at first i wanted to say no way that is gonna be absolutely awful, you know what, the belgias winny tablets taste like a plan waffer cracker, i was pleasantly surprised, zero bad taste, it was super easy to do.

The results... i couldn't believe how quickly even 20mgs of winny worked with the method coach has me on, i cant imagine what this might possibly be like after 1-2 weeks of being on winny and beyond from a pump and endurance aspect.

Nothing special just took a few photos of my forearms at the end of my workout tonight, man i can already see winny boosted my vascularity, day 1.

Saturday was a late one, got out of work much later than normal i dont make excuses, got off work drove myself directly to the gym, i carry a backpack with me, has everything i need when im on the go, i cant make any reasons not to do what is required of me.

Alot of bars exist in the area including around my gym, i always get a sense of accomplishment and being on the right path, while im hearing drunk people laughing and wasting time on a Saturday night, im busting my ass goal and dream chasing, it motivates me to be and do better, it fires me up knowing im not like them.

I saw 100 cars in the bar parking lot, i looked at my gym parking lot, my car was the only car there.

Here is a fact i live in one of the drunkest cities in the nation and im not proud of that at all, Midwest is like that unfortunately.

People are partying while im burning the midnight oil exhausted from the day, i dont do what the majority of people do around here, i like it that way.

So i did some lite calf work and some tibia work with my cardio tonight, very nice way to end the night.

When i was i freshman and sophomore i could dunk on regulation hoops nothing impressive just basic one hand, hell at 36 im just happy i can still grab rim 😅 definitely can't dunk anymore, at 5'11 and can touch rim being way heavier than high-school i will take it lol, back then i was 170lbs vs now 228lbs and old lol

Everything is running tip top so far with week two of the cycle heading into week 3 this upcoming monday, adding in three changes.

I prepped 17lbs of 93/7 lean ground beef so diet is locked in 💪

Coach has updated cardio from 40 minutes a session back into 60 minutes a session 5 times a week.

The moment ive been waiting for, Anavar will be making its first appearance into my cycle.

Test will also be bumped up.

First two weeks for the cycle

Test Cyp 250mg a week
Masteron E ( 100/150mg ) a week
Winstrol 20mg x3 a week ( 60mg )
Aromasin 6.25mg Eod ( 25mg ) a week
Total Mgs ( 460mg ) a week

Week Three changes for the cycle

Test Cyp ( 375mg ) a week
Masteron E ( 150mg ) a week
Winstrol Tabs 20mg x3 a week ( 60mg )
Anavar Tabs 25mg x3 a week ( 75mg )
Aromasin 6.25mg Eod ( 25mg ) a week
Total Mgs ( 660mg ) a week

Total mg increase is 200mg with my titration upwards in doses, i am pretty excited to see and feel how the winny and var will compliment one another as time goes on.

I was speaking with my coach last night as he had some updates for my cycle layout, as everyone knows ive been utilizing the titration method.

My coach basically said its go time once week 4 comes around which will be next week monday.

Week Three layout

Test C 375mg a week
Mast 150mg a week
Winstrol 60mg a week
Aromasin 6.25mg eod

Here is the week four layout, this is when things really take off, and adjustments made on all compounds, most mgs ive ever taken will be with this cycle.

Week Four
Test C 500mg ( 250mg M/F=500 a week)
Mast 200mg ( 100mg M/F=200 a week)
Winstrol 20mg a day (preworkout /daily)
Anavar 25mg a day (preworkout /daily)
Aromasin 12.5mg daily (87.5mg a week)
Tamoxifen 10mg Mon/Wed/Fri( 30mg)

Total mgs 1,015 right in my wheelhouse of what i feel comfortable running as far as grams go, a gram or slightly over im good with that, like to typically be under a gram when possible.

This cut is more on the aggressive side and coach and i are trying to also figure out what i can tolerate, what i
respond good with compound wise and mg wise, that way for future cycles we are dialed fully in.

It will be really exciting seeing how i respond with 500mg of test as ive never run it before highest ive been is 300mg

Curious also about how the combination of Var/Winny will be for elevation of my workouts and long term endurance, and pump, combined its 45mg a day var/winny


Still eating around 2,555 calories a day, coach is going to try and implement carb/calorie cycling starting week 4, its not so much the calories he is concerned with, its more so the macors that he is looking for.

Trianing days only its one additional protein shake, so two shakes a day ontop of my 5 small meals, we are starting slower with the carb/calorie cycling.

He said just contiune to focus on intensity, push the cardio 60 minutes five days a week, keep resistance trianing at a max of 40 minutes a session and get it done, the goal isn't strength or weight lifted, its intensity and increasing it week after week, pump and squeeze along with sculpting the physique.

These next 8 weeks should hopefully if i do my part produce really good results, of course if i cant handle anything compound wise from mgs into unwanted side effects, coach will know immediately and we change it around or lower doses etc, goal is a fun hassle free productive cycle, not to suffer, i handle what i can handle and we make it work regardless.

So far everything has been going really good and i feel good most important aspect for me.

Yeah, just one of those things, wont know till I try it, i believe im ready for it brother, been a slow build to get to this point of attempting it, its an aggressive cut so we are gonna try our best to achieve results

Total mgs 1,015 right in my wheelhouse of what i feel comfortable running as far as grams go, a gram or slightly over im good with that, like to typically be under a gram when possible.

This cut is more on the aggressive side and coach and i are trying to also figure out what i can tolerate, what i
respond good with compound wise and mg wise, that way for future cycles we are dialed fully in.

It will be really exciting seeing how i respond with 500mg of test as ive never run it before highest ive been is 300mg

Curious also about how the combination of Var/Winny will be for elevation of my workouts and long term endurance, and pump, combined its 45mg a day var/winny


Still eating around 2,555 calories a day, coach is going to try and implement carb/calorie cycling starting week 4, its not so much the calories he is concerned with, its more so the macors that he is looking for.

Trianing days only its one additional protein shake, so two shakes a day ontop of my 5 small meals, we are starting slower with the carb/calorie cycling.

He said just contiune to focus on intensity, push the cardio 60 minutes five days a week, keep resistance trianing at a max of 40 minutes a session and get it done, the goal isn't strength or weight lifted, its intensity and increasing it week after week, pump and squeeze along with sculpting the physique.

These next 8 weeks should hopefully if i do my part produce really good results, of course if i cant handle anything compound wise from mgs into unwanted side effects, coach will know immediately and we change it around or lower doses etc, goal is a fun hassle free productive cycle, not to suffer, i handle what i can handle and we make it work regardless.

So far everything has been going really good and i feel good most important aspect for me.

Yeah that is what i was thinking because even on 20mg 3 days a week for the first 2 weeks into week 3 ive noticed the pumps are stellar.

Saturday was a late one, got out of work much later than normal i dont make excuses, got off work drove myself directly to the gym, i carry a backpack with me, has everything i need when im on the go, i cant make any reasons not to do what is required of me.

Alot of bars exist in the area including around my gym, i always get a sense of accomplishment and being on the right path, while im hearing drunk people laughing and wasting time on a Saturday night, im busting my ass goal and dream chasing, it motivates me to be and do better, it fires me up knowing im not like them.

I saw 100 cars in the bar parking lot, i looked at my gym parking lot, my car was the only car there.

Here is a fact i live in one of the drunkest cities in the nation and im not proud of that at all, Midwest is like that unfortunately.

People are partying while im burning the midnight oil exhausted from the day, i dont do what the majority of people do around here, i like it that way.

So i did some lite calf work and some tibia work with my cardio tonight, very nice way to end the night.

Tibia work, placed a 45lb Barbell across the top of my feet balancing the bar while flexing my feet up and back toward my body, 5 second pause each rep. This burned like hell lol.

I got a cheap tib bar on Amazon that's actually pretty good. Makes tib raises much less painful. I'm attaching a pic. Not sure if you can get it in the states but I'm sure there's somethn close.

I used to get shin splints bad when running so I started doing the tib bar raises twice a week. It's helped a lot.

Yup i just dont see the need personally for myself, if i cant produce solid results off 1g or slightly under, um doing something or mutiple things very wrong is how i see it.
 
Yeah, just one of those things, wont know till I try it, i believe im ready for it brother, been a slow build to get to this point of attempting it, its an aggressive cut so we are gonna try our best to achieve results

My coach basically said its go time once week 4 comes around which will be next week monday.

Actually my coach is always on the side of caution, ive been working with him since my first cycle in 2023, and he has always been conservative and pumped the breaks, at the time i wasn't sure why, i truly learned alot and fully understood the big picture.

He was testing me and looking out for me, didnt want cycles to go off the rails and destroy my lipids, didnt want me to have bad cycles or side effects, he wanted to learn how my body and my mind handled the compounds and stress before letting me on my 4th official cycle push things a bit.

He also listens to my feedback and goes it to me straight and honest, he knows im comfortable with 1gram or a little over as my max mgs for a cycle and that is were we are sitting.

Also he was us building trust and a solid foundation together, at times i never understood why he would hold me back or restrict me or shut me down, it all makes so much sense why he did all those things, im more educated because of it and thankful for him and teaching me along the way.

I used to buck and get frustrated alot kf times, he would just stay positive with me and always had my back, i put him through alot with my questions and my resistance, once i just let go and let him take the wheel, this is where we are at now, a much better understanding and place.

I was wrong alot of times which ive openly admitted and owned it as a man, always doing it solo it was a difficult adjustment, well worth it.

All winter long i was on 3200-3500 calories and for this cut we went aggressively so we dropped at 2500, we will be calorie and carb cycling starting week 4.

This workout was all about leaving the ego outside the gym, yes the weights lifted in this session are very lite from a lbs prospective.

The purpose of this session.
Rest Pause
Time Under Tension
Extremely Slow Reps
Squeeze & Hold 3-10 Seconds Each Rep
Full Range Of Motion

As many of you know i air on the side of caution with my right knee, as i am restricting calories and doing high volume, protecting myself from any injury is my highest priority.

At times i just like to go very lite and find other ways to make the workout a challenge for myself, every hack squat at the bottom was a hold for 3-10 seconds, typically the last rep of each set was 10 seconds at the bottom of the movement etc.

Also in other news i picked up a fitbit smart watch so i can provide my coach and the community as well as myself the most indepth log and metrics for anyone following along, already love this watch tracks everything i need. I will try and put in as mant readings along the way as i can.

That was definitely by design brother the dry compounds and hardening drugs, yeah i think i will do good things with this combo.

Welcome to the tech side bro.

With the Fitbit you'll have to optimize the settings because they're pretty notoriously inaccurate. Check out a YouTube video on how to make the necess adjustments. Even with the settings optimized I still found the step counts were 1.5-1.7x actual steps.

If you end up liking the Fitbit the next step will be the Apple watch if you're an apple guy, the whoop strap is good for everyone, or Garmin's stuff is really good too. If you want the most accurate heart rate tracking Polar is the only way to go. Fitbits are by far the best gateway drug for tech training. Good choice bro.

Have you measured your arms? They look like they've gotten even bigger already.
 
Actually my coach is always on the side of caution, ive been working with him since my first cycle in 2023, and he has always been conservative and pumped the breaks, at the time i wasn't sure why, i truly learned alot and fully understood the big picture.

He was testing me and looking out for me, didnt want cycles to go off the rails and destroy my lipids, didnt want me to have bad cycles or side effects, he wanted to learn how my body and my mind handled the compounds and stress before letting me on my 4th official cycle push things a bit.

He also listens to my feedback and goes it to me straight and honest, he knows im comfortable with 1gram or a little over as my max mgs for a cycle and that is were we are sitting.

Also he was us building trust and a solid foundation together, at times i never understood why he would hold me back or restrict me or shut me down, it all makes so much sense why he did all those things, im more educated because of it and thankful for him and teaching me along the way.

I used to buck and get frustrated alot kf times, he would just stay positive with me and always had my back, i put him through alot with my questions and my resistance, once i just let go and let him take the wheel, this is where we are at now, a much better understanding and place.

I was wrong alot of times which ive openly admitted and owned it as a man, always doing it solo it was a difficult adjustment, well worth it.

Hello everyone it is that time again im jumping back on cycle for what i hope turns out being one epic cutting phase, im excited as ive been waiting all winter for this day!

This is yet another stepping stone on my path of reaching competitive bodybuilding in the men's physique division by 2026

first official workout for the 12 week cycle, Wednesday May 21 2025

This first workout was incredible from a skin splitting pump aspect! I have never in my entire life felt pumps like this in the gym before, it was both amazing and me saying what the fuck, all at the same time in my head.

Every muscle i targeted 1-3 reps in and the pump was borderline overwhelming it was that strong, my endurance went up as well, i could get deeper into thr rep range before fatigue would set in.

Today i did a 20mg winny tablet 45 minutes before my workout, coach has me chewing the tablet and absorbing the tablet under the tounge.

naturally at first i wanted to say no way that is gonna be absolutely awful, you know what, the belgias winny tablets taste like a plan waffer cracker, i was pleasantly surprised, zero bad taste, it was super easy to do.

The results... i couldn't believe how quickly even 20mgs of winny worked with the method coach has me on, i cant imagine what this might possibly be like after 1-2 weeks of being on winny and beyond from a pump and endurance aspect.

Nothing special just took a few photos of my forearms at the end of my workout tonight, man i can already see winny boosted my vascularity, day 1.

Careful trusting calorie counters. There isn't a device on earth that can accurately estimate caloric burn. It would be great if they could, but it's really just an algorithm making an guesstimate. Make sure you watch an in depth setup vid for that Fitbit so the metrics will be a bit more accurate.

Yeah im already skeptical because it said i had 2500 steps in my sleep 😆 it tracks miles pretty good and steps when im actually walking or working out, yeah i dont think im burning 5600 calories a day... not even close.

Coach is having me calorie and carb cycle week 4 which is monday, so they are gonna zig zag up and down its more about the macors than anything else for right now.

Im very cautious about certain fitbit readings

Yea I remember when I bought them for my parents my dad said "I did 17k steps today" and he never left the house lol. You can dial them in a bit with the settings but fitbits aren't know for their accuracy. More for their ease of use and excellent UI. Makes them a great first tracker

It would be so cool if someone could build an accurate calorie counter. I think I remember reading it would involve blood sampling tho. My whoop strap says I burn an average of 2100 calories a day but I'm eating an average of 4000 calories a day and barely gaining any weight lol.

For calories all you can really do is track your weight and macros as perfectly as possible and just adjust as needed.

Coach went over majority of my eating days, calories and macors he believes im over trianing and under eating which is two disastrous things that you dont want, so we are correcting the problem right now.

Coach is having me do emergency calories is what im calling it today, carb and calorie cycling was supposed to start week 4 of the cycle which is monday, he wants me to up the macros and calories now.

I was eating around 2550, that is being taken up into 3400 calories. The nice thing about fitbit app is i can scan bar codes or manually put food in, super handy tool for accountability and tracking for my coach as he gets all the reports daily.



Today was also pin day so for this week

375mg Test C
150mg Mast E
60mg Winny
25mg Aromasin

Next week things really kick off with titration upwards

500mg Test C
200mg Mast E
20mg Winny 7 days a week
25mg Anavar 7 days a week
30mg Tamoxifen a week

Yeah i was so happy to be done with that as i ate like that all winter long for a recomp and bulk... when my coach said to go back up to 3400, i wanted to wave the white flag lol, i was like man not this again lol. Hopefully good things come down the pipeline.

The heavy set in the middle is an interesting approach. Never seen that before. Do you know the logic behind this approach? I remember you telling me you do super quick sessions. Are you using that first set like a warm up?

The first set is indeed as you thought a warmup while also serving as a way to pump alot of blood into the muscle, while the middle is more of a heavier working set, and the 20 rep i alternate weekly either very slow time under tension really squeeze and hold or rest pause methods to make it more difficult and other week's its fast reps trying to target more of the fast twitch muscle fibers and recruit them into play, alot of the way i train is interesting to people as i do things a bit differently, i like when people ask about it, that is part of the fun and explaining it. I also like to add endurance into the mix alot of these sets are 10-20 second rest between sets sometimes zero rest and right into the next sets

Hopefully this makes sense and the reasons as to why i trian like that.

It's funny cuz when I do cable incline press my second set I typically hit more reps than my first at the same weight. I always kinda wondered if doing a first set closer to my working weight as a warm up might help things.

Honestly i find as this sounds backwards i know, if i pump a high volume set first, i can hit a heavier set more comfortably and easier because the muscle joints tendons are warmed up and firing properly in my experiencez that is also why i like to do it, all this came about because of my shoulder injury and surgery, after that i started to trian this way and noticed it produced good results, by not pounding my body heavy constantly eveey workout my recovery is better my endurance goes up and i get stronger.

People think pumping 15lbs for biceps is stupid. Until you do it for a while and stixk at that weight for a couple weeks.. then somehow your now doing 25lbs for 15 and repeat the process while bumping weight up a few lbs on the firsr set every few weeks.

If you watch some weeks i purposely drip all weights lower than what i can actually handle and treat it more like an active deload, so instead of time off i can keep working while decreasing stress impact on my body and muscles.

When i had peak biceps i got them from light weights high volume not heavy sets constantly.

Here for reference is a few photos of when my physique was at my peak in my mid 20s when i was still natty, currently im 36 for age right now to show u how i looked at one point.

Honestly i find as this sounds backwards i know, if i pump a high volume set first, i can hit a heavier set more comfortably and easier because the muscle joints tendons are warmed up and firing properly in my experiencez that is also why i like to do it, all this came about because of my shoulder injury and surgery, after that i started to trian this way and noticed it produced good results, by not pounding my body heavy constantly eveey workout my recovery is better my endurance goes up and i get stronger.

People think pumping 15lbs for biceps is stupid. Until you do it for a while and stixk at that weight for a couple weeks.. then somehow your now doing 25lbs for 15 and repeat the process while bumping weight up a few lbs on the firsr set every few weeks.

If you watch some weeks i purposely drip all weights lower than what i can actually handle and treat it more like an active deload, so instead of time off i can keep working while decreasing stress impact on my body and muscles.

When i had peak biceps i got them from light weights high volume not heavy sets constantly.

Here for reference is a few photos of when my physique was at my peak in my mid 20s when i was still natty, currently im 36 for age right now to show u how i looked at one point.

Your strategy makes total sense. I kinda train similarly in the sense that I don't go for heavy low reps very often anymore. When I was powerlifting it was almost all I did and I barely grew. Soon as I started bodybuilding I dropped the weight, focused on form and suddenly I started shaping up. For me low reps is like 12 these days.

I like this warm up/semi working set idea tho. It's brilliant. I'll be sure to pass the knowledge along and shout you out when I do

I used to do crazy shit in my 20s all low weight but id do like 10x10 20x20 things like that with 2 hour workouts and an hour of cardio 6 days a week lol, mostly i would get bored and go what if i tweaked a movement but did it in a way majority of people wouldnt think of doing or a style of trianing.

I would have people come up to me alot and go why do u twist the dumbbell this way or that is a weird way to curl why do that, people would always be curious.

Makes me feel good when i can teach or converse with people i enjoy it alot.

I was speaking with my coach last night as he had some updates for my cycle layout, as everyone knows ive been utilizing the titration method.

My coach basically said its go time once week 4 comes around which will be next week monday.

Week Three layout

Test C 375mg a week
Mast 150mg a week
Winstrol 60mg a week
Aromasin 6.25mg eod

Here is the week four layout, this is when things really take off, and adjustments made on all compounds, most mgs ive ever taken will be with this cycle.

Week Four
Test C 500mg ( 250mg M/F=500 a week)
Mast 200mg ( 100mg M/F=200 a week)
Winstrol 20mg a day (preworkout /daily)
Anavar 25mg a day (preworkout /daily)
Aromasin 12.5mg daily (87.5mg a week)
Tamoxifen 10mg Mon/Wed/Fri( 30mg)

Total mgs 1,015 right in my wheelhouse of what i feel comfortable running as far as grams go, a gram or slightly over im good with that, like to typically be under a gram when possible.

This cut is more on the aggressive side and coach and i are trying to also figure out what i can tolerate, what i
respond good with compound wise and mg wise, that way for future cycles we are dialed fully in.

It will be really exciting seeing how i respond with 500mg of test as ive never run it before highest ive been is 300mg

Curious also about how the combination of Var/Winny will be for elevation of my workouts and long term endurance, and pump, combined its 45mg a day var/winny


Still eating around 2,555 calories a day, coach is going to try and implement carb/calorie cycling starting week 4, its not so much the calories he is concerned with, its more so the macors that he is looking for.

Trianing days only its one additional protein shake, so two shakes a day ontop of my 5 small meals, we are starting slower with the carb/calorie cycling.

He said just contiune to focus on intensity, push the cardio 60 minutes five days a week, keep resistance trianing at a max of 40 minutes a session and get it done, the goal isn't strength or weight lifted, its intensity and increasing it week after week, pump and squeeze along with sculpting the physique.

These next 8 weeks should hopefully if i do my part produce really good results, of course if i cant handle anything compound wise from mgs into unwanted side effects, coach will know immediately and we change it around or lower doses etc, goal is a fun hassle free productive cycle, not to suffer, i handle what i can handle and we make it work regardless.

So far everything has been going really good and i feel good most important aspect for me.

Brother i would probably seriously get injured haha, i know my limits and even with the addition of winny at 60mg a week, my endurance has gone up a good amount already and some noticeable strength gains, even though im not trianing for that, its definitely noticeable.

Yes strength nice side effect for you!! 💪🌸 take it!! If you can’t build strength while on any kind of AS/Test, you gotta be doing something wrong. Keep it up bro! I love hearing that.
Yeah for the most part im trying to go mainly for the pump and reps, the middle set of 12 is when you see me bump the weight up typically, im tracking and updating every week in my notes for weight lifted, decline bench went up 10lbs for 12 and i could have gotten atleast 15, dont want to over push, sticking with the plan, im kind of working with the method, if the weight feels liter from the previous week and i can go deeper into the rep range with less fatigue, i will add 10-20lbs onto the lift, and see if i fail at 12 rep range or the last 3-5 reps become difficult again, if they do i stick at that weight till its not difficult and repeat the process.

Every few months i shave it and hit the face with beard oil and beard and skin softener so i can grow it back healthier it will be back soon 😃

that is the best way to train these days unless you are strength training for max outs and need a spotter. nobody to bother you
Yup i agree and that is why i choose night time because rarely do i have anyone around and if i do max around 5 people, makes it easier for me, in and out 40 minutes max if im just hitting the weights.

Definitely spotted that as well, makes me excited you see it and others see it, helps me see its not just in my own mind lol.
