yeah i was pleasantly suprised how i look too tbh, 10 days almost barely any food, no training, no steps, no injects even, just my gh pre bed and bpc/tb

growth hormone 5iu's is a pretty strong dose. i am curious how the fat burning effects are stacking with reta. @Oracle911 and also how your appetite gets balanced

You will bounce back super quick with refeeds bro, all that depleted glycogen with be restored and you'll be nice and full again

Similar thing when I had the tonsils cut out recently. Dropped 5kg in 3 days, then bounced right back to where I was
yeah fuck man im hoping so, i saw how quick you came back, now ive got food in even at low food my weight is stable at 85/86kg so i really only lost like 2/3kg which would be fluid and glycogen being normal, so if i keep this and get healthy, as soon as food and anabolics go in im hoping to blow up and get harder,

also keeping gh in was game changer, even down from 8 to 5 and running it at 5iu i feel like still holding on

works amazing, appetite is fine on 2mg a week, i did peak offseason 5k at 2mg a week, i only dropped it down to 1mg then as wanted to give it a titrate, 2mg during cruise i just feel keeps everything moving

yeah fuck man im hoping so, i saw how quick you came back, now ive got food in even at low food my weight is stable at 85/86kg so i really only lost like 2/3kg which would be fluid and glycogen being normal, so if i keep this and get healthy, as soon as food and anabolics go in im hoping to blow up and get harder,

also keeping gh in was game changer, even down from 8 to 5 and running it at 5iu i feel like still holding on

works amazing, appetite is fine on 2mg a week, i did peak offseason 5k at 2mg a week, i only dropped it down to 1mg then as wanted to give it a titrate, 2mg during cruise i just feel keeps everything moving

anabolics starting - plan is to slowly work eq up SLOWLY to not crash e2 and use this as our new anabolic, doses will not exceed 1g, test will not go up, growth factor will be GH dosage, will start at 8iu where we finished last push and then finish up at 10iu big push will be food and training

thanks! Yeah big focus for next offseason is lower lats and thickness. Also my posing is not great in either back pose. When I train with my coach next he will run me through better ways to hit both.

thanks mate just had checkins back from coach, he likes my look more at 85 than 89 and i tend to agree, we going to keep doses much lower next growth phase and focus on true tissue, more gear i run the higher my already high metabolism goes so its like robbing peter to pay paul, so this time we gunna keep it under a gram for gear, more gh, less dht, so then the food i do eat will stick as opposed to getting burnt away haha

brother im glad you asked! you were right, Motsc is an absolute game changer, and not even high dose, ive been running 1mg in the morning when i get up, that mixed with my daily Slu Methylene blue etc, i just have clean energy ALL day, no longer need a nap after work before the gym, lets say i get up bit before 6 everyday, then im good to go until i go to bed around 11ish and literally have to do my sleep stack, sit in bed and think about sleep then i drift off.

could not recommend enough, what about you? how are you finidng the stack? they work great synergistically

haha my review will be same as everyone really, its hard to tell what it truly does as ive never run it just by itself, I had some lying around and coach wanted me to put it in as it has mitocondrial and health benefits during cruise, if thats true then im happy, i feel like it gets outshined by anything else in stacks,

I really want to run it solo at a point and ramp the dose to see if theres an increase in benefit, what i have found from asking alot of people is that dose has to be run MUCH higher than initially thought especially for lads with any tissue, im running baby dose 750mcg a day in morning with my tablets and motsc etc, but my wife who is like 53kg and tiny was running 2mg a day of driven liquid and couldnt really tell a whole lot as to what it was doing or improvement in bodycomp,

sorry to be so vague mate haha but long story short i reckon may be quite effective at HIGH doses, i have heard people running in the 5/10 and some at 15MG a day, at one point maybe at start of next deficit ill trial it properly and add it in at a few mg a day and titrate up.

but definatley give it a go, worst case you wont feel anything and still get some background health benefits, best case you get an energy boost with fat loss and health
 
haha my review will be same as everyone really, its hard to tell what it truly does as ive never run it just by itself, I had some lying around and coach wanted me to put it in as it has mitocondrial and health benefits during cruise, if thats true then im happy, i feel like it gets outshined by anything else in stacks,

I really want to run it solo at a point and ramp the dose to see if theres an increase in benefit, what i have found from asking alot of people is that dose has to be run MUCH higher than initially thought especially for lads with any tissue, im running baby dose 750mcg a day in morning with my tablets and motsc etc, but my wife who is like 53kg and tiny was running 2mg a day of driven liquid and couldnt really tell a whole lot as to what it was doing or improvement in bodycomp,

sorry to be so vague mate haha but long story short i reckon may be quite effective at HIGH doses, i have heard people running in the 5/10 and some at 15MG a day, at one point maybe at start of next deficit ill trial it properly and add it in at a few mg a day and titrate up.

but definatley give it a go, worst case you wont feel anything and still get some background health benefits, best case you get an energy boost with fat loss and health

yeah ive asked legit maybe 20 people possibly more, and all have same answer "i guess its ok hard to tell" give it a shot and see you may be a hyper responder, i mean at the end of the day we bodybuild, if it helps in some way we gon try it haha :ROFLMAO:

Probably because SLU is a subjective peptide, some feel a lot and some don't feel much on it. @AusMade @Oracle911

agreed, havent heard anyone feel a tonne from it yet, keen to hear more peoples experiences, ill run it higher at one point, it just didnt seem financially necessary atm, already have so many mitocondrial aids in, so figure a little of a few things can equal a new positive :)

I have had some clients love it and some say nothing.
 
thank you fellow sailor appreciate the fine words, got anywhere between 2-3 weeks left just to make sure body is nice and cleaned out, next phase gunna be lower gear too and more food as looking back we saw the higher gear just caused more inflammation,

hope your recovery is coming good, youll be back asap haha (must be magic)

Will be good to see how you respond to this next phase.

Recovery is going really well, lowered gear and a break from training whilst nailing the diet I think has even improved my physique. Will he good to get back too it though
