Tired flexing but that was a given since I was doing alot of cleaning and stuff around the house and yesterday's Jujitsu rolls gave me aches and I was extremely tired. Heading to bed in about 30 mins.
Weight is pretty much the same tbh but the body feels a bit tighter. I think I gotta get the keto strips again and pull it in! Arms are definitely bigger, shoulders are a bit more defined, chest and back look broader

Chest day:

Treadmill 3 speed 6 incline 30 mins.

Barbell bench press: 2x10 155lbs 1x10 176lbs 1x10 187lbs
Incline barbell press 1x7 185lbs (i could have gotten more but my shoulder didn't feel too keen so i let it go) 2x15 135lbs
Iso lateral chest press: 3x15 140lbs on the machine
Pec dec: 3x15 170lbs
Cable flyes: 3x15 55lbs each side.

Treadmill 3 speed 10 mins


Idk if I've mentioned this before but this local gym i go to, this is a big powerlifters gym and there a bunch of super strong lifters here. This girl i have been seeing around the gym, i saw her do a 215kg (473lbs) squat. She did it 3 times. Her rest between each lift was about 5 mins or so but damn man. Fucking strong ass people. I kindda wanna do it too.

Chest day:

Treadmill 3 speed 6 incline 30 mins.

Just finished my food:
Skin on chicken wings, beef kebabs, Chicken skewers and salmon. I am gonna eat some nuts and will post nutrition before I sleep.

haha man it's old genetics, Pakistani, Afghani, Iranian, Mongolian... I had my family heritage tree from 800ad or something all the way up to us. It's all crossed between the regions I mentioned. All these are super hairy lol I never imagined we would talk about hair on this Forum.

I have a friend from Oregon, he says, you guys have hair all over your body just not your head 😂😂

That's exactly what it is. There's also a factor of test, most people from those regions have higher test which also leads to male pattern baldness and more body hair growth.
could be some of that too but in africa they have a lot of test and they don't have much body hair. i think its a hot climate and not enough trees. so you almost have to grow some fur to protect against sun IMO.

Yeah i got a bunch of books i think they all offer something unique even in its simplest form. This life of stoics is probably the most basic one i have ever read so far and its just telling us the different approaches different people took which is relatable.
I haven't finished Nietzsche yet, i am more than halfway done. I like to mix n read.

No training today - went out to do grab some stuff and then was with a colleague so we went for dinner. had brisket and drilled chicken. no picture cause was with an older gentleman and tend to keep my phone away in company. I will post nutrition soon. this fast lasted 23 hours.

Man what a shit day to workout today, my back and hips has been aching all damn day and i could barely move.

Legs:

20 mins stairmaster

Pendulum squats: 3x8 90lbs on the machine
Leg extensions: 3x12 120lbs

Lying leg curls: 3x12 110lbs
Seated leg curls: 3x12 120lbs

Standing calves raises: 3x21 80lbs

I had to cut it short today, lower weight and lower reps and even cut out 2 exercises, but still wanted to hit it as much as i could. The pain in the back and hip wasn't really pain, more like tingles/pinches. If i stand on my right leg and swing my left like a pendulum i feel the pinching/tingles. Same is the case when i do lying leg curls at the start position when my legs are streched all the way. I need a good stretches and will do that once home, maybe inject a decloran.
Still on a fast as we speak. 24 hours so far - thought I'd mention that.

On your fasting days you should lower the weights, so like 30% of max.

The headache is from the food you ate. You shouldn't eat fried food or food like that after the fast. After the fast you should eat salads and veggie soups with yogurt for at least 1 day to restart your digestive system. @zucchini

it's been 22 hours so far I am on a fast. gonna keep this going. And after work and gym tomorrow I will come home and cook some eggs, have them with a side of baby carrots and what else should I do?
You should go to 48 hours.

And start with veggies soup first.

I will train back today - want your feed back on it as my back has most definitely grown thick but I want you to see and let me know if it's balanced enough for upper, middle and lower back or not and what should I add/remove from the workout.

Oh man, Living in Canada now, I have to say I miss the sun and humidity. When I went back to Pakistan for a month. It was 43 degrees on average and humid. I enjoyed every minute of it lolol

Yeah man, I used to always train forearms, this was one thing that gave me an advantage in MMA and jujitsu - I had also neglected it but now I am coming back to it. it's feels awesome too!

Stretches and ROM exercises at the end to cool down and work the back and shoulders. Gonna head to the grocery store to grab some chilli sauce and food. Right now its 46.5 hours

You need to eat only veggie and egg style diet for 24 hours post a fast.
Damn. I thought i need to do veggies before meat or give a bit of a gap. That was 260 gram of beef. Total protein so far is 71 grams.
I'll keep it with eggs and verries for tomorrow. No meat!
