Good pull day, rows and pulldowns covered both width and thickness, weights are right in that sweet spot. Biceps got a full stretch with the behind-back curls after the preacher and standing work, that’s smart sequencing. Volume looks balanced, you’ll see that upper back and arm detail pop more as you keep this structure.
 
Had the last 5 days off with some dreaded food poisoning and dropped a fair amount of body weight unfortunately but it’ll come back it’s just water

Rough losing those days to food poisoning but you’re right, most of that weight drop is just water and glycogen. Getting 3300 down right away is perfect, keep stacking those days of food and the weight will rebound quick while strength holds steady. :D

Nice session, presses are moving well across all angles and you hit the rep ranges right on target. Strong work on dips too, bodyweight for double digits after all that pressing shows endurance is solid. Tricep pushdowns and extensions rounded it out nicely, arms definitely got cooked. Keep that consistency and those numbers will climb week to week. :D

Yeah bro will just be BG based so once my fasted blood glucose starts rising will introduce the slin usually like a little bit of Lantus to start and then when carbs around training are higher introduce novorapid pre and post 💪🏽

Back looks strong with the pulldown at 46 kgs for 9 and rows close to 100, those are solid numbers that will keep packing size. Arms are moving well too with curls at 32.5 for clean reps, good balance of heavy pulling and pump work all the way through. :D

Smart way to train around the knee, you’re still loading glutes, hams, and calves heavy enough to make progress. Glute bridge at 230 and ham curl at 74 for reps are solid numbers, and the adductors and kickbacks keep the balance. Even without direct quad work you’re keeping the lower body strong and moving forward. :D

Good setup, taking lifts to 0-1 RIR with tempo work is the right way to push progression without letting form go. Incline presses in the 40-50 kg range for controlled reps show strength is there, and pairing with flys and dips gives a full chest hit.

Delts got good attention too with Y raises and laterals, lighter weight but slow reps build that cap shape. Triceps finishing with cross body and stretch extensions at 20-25 kg ties the push day together solid.
 
Delivery and check in day 💪🏽 will see what coach has in store but everything checked off and good health so we should be right to start the blast

Strong push session, pressing power looks balanced across dumbbell and machine work. The 45 kg press and 60 kg JM press both hit good strength zones while the fly and Y raise combo keeps shoulders stable.

Cross-body and stretch tricep extensions finish it right, great mix of tension and range. Keep the load progression small next week, around 2.5 kg bumps on presses.

I'm a big proponent of creatine being at 20+g/day as both a muscle saturation guarantee and it can pass the blood brain barrier and act as a neutropic as well. The brain uses it.
Coq10 300mg/day
Just curious. CoQ10 converts to it's active form of Ubiquinol and therefore I take straight Ubiquinol @ 200mg/day for my heart. Have you thought of this instead?
Inj glutathione
What dose of Glutathione do you take, assuming it's daily? If I had the money right now I'd commit to taking this for life. Assuming this is for overall health and longevity?

The 5MQ I don’t think I have really gotten much from but still just take it anyway

Smart move... once I researched this a couple years ago and with my heart medication (see page 10 of my log - drank myself to death LOL) I make sure and take the best heart supps there is and we take CoQ10 for it to convert to Ubiquinol so I always tell people that and then ask why not take Ubiquinol and some still don't. Makes my brain short circuit.

I love this cycle! Love the high GH and the Test/EQ ratio is perfect. How do you use your Lantus do you mix it up depending on workout/rest days/training days/carbs etc? I'm not going to ever mess with insulin but the compound fascinates me in terms it being used properly while avoiding getting fat LOL.
