The lifestyle change has definitely been the big game changer. 💪

I’ve been on the reta about 4 months now. Feeling pretty experienced on it.

If you weren’t born without boobs you HAVE to be smart 😂

I’ve been “generously” offered to get my boobs done. While it might be nice, the recovery, down time and maintenance they’d require seem like a bit of a hassle.

📝Week 1 - Day 4📝

Had my Reta, HGH AND Anavar today, all 3 on the same day for the first time. IM ON CYCLE BRO 💉😡 (:LOL:)
I did get angry today about something (i dont remember what), but then immediately lost it laughing at the idea of having "Roid Rage".

Breakfast - Chobani yogurt with protein powder and chia seeds.
Morning Snack - Whey concentrate protein with collagen peptide powder and almond milk.
Lunch - Ham and Swiss cheese toasted sandwich (I completely forgot to prep lunch 😬)
Afternoon Snack - Apple
Dinner - Chicken Parm, Potato Bake and Salad
Dessert - ok, i had a TINY piece of cake and MAYBE a little ice cream

I forgot to charge my step watch over night :LOL:

Leg Press Machine - 70kg, 10, 10, 10.
Hyperextension (hammy focused) holding 10kg plate - 12, 12, 12.
Kettlebell goblet Squat - 16kg, 12,12,12.
Machine Single Leg Press - 52kg, `10, 10, 10.
Machine calf raises - 97kg, `12, 12, 12.

Felt good, strong and lots of energy. I dont really take any pre-workouts apart from the oxyshred. I used to be into the caffiene and stimulant energy drink pre workout, but not for years. Wondering if its anything worth looking back into?

📝Week 1 - Day 1 - Weight 48.4 kg📝

I did my first injection with the reta from @RRRaus dosed at 1mg. I normally take it Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 1mg each time, for a total of 3mg. When i first started reta, i did 1mg for 4 weeks, 2mg for 4 weeks, and only just recently moved up to 3mg. I read in the clinical trails that it goess all the way up to 12mg a week 😮. I can only imagine what the appetite supression is like at that dose! Im not sure i can handle much more than this, so i think i'll stay here for now.

I JUST did my first HGH shot from @StoryOfTheProphet , im really hoping I get this AMAZING sleep everyone raves about. :sleep:

💪Exercise💪

Today i had no programmed workouts, but i got in my 10k steps (10,500 ;)). My pilates class is early tommorrow morning, so i try to get some beauty sleep to make sure im ready to go!

All other supplements - ✅ - Never skip my vitamins! I used to laugh at my parents pill organisers, now i live by mine 🤣

Not a whole lot else to report. Im excited to have started and cant wait to keep going.

Felt good, strong and lots of energy. I dont really take any pre-workouts apart from the oxyshred. I used to be into the caffiene and stimulant energy drink pre workout, but not for years. Wondering if its anything worth looking back into?
Caffeine is heavily researched and has been proven to promote intensity during workouts.
However we build tolerance fast so rather then continually increasing the amount you take just save it for your heavy workout days.

I’m mostly hoping for the good skin, hair and nails from it. It’s going to take a while to see the benefits from it.

I probably don’t need to get any smaller, I think it’s time to put on some muscle 💪

Had a bit of a low day. Some external stressors are really disrupting my sleep, mood and just overall the day has been a tough one 😢. We all have these days, and it’s these hard days that builds consistency. It’s easy to stick to the plan when it’s all going well.

So I don’t actually aim for 10k steps, 8k is more realistic with my schedule. Some days it’s as low as 4K. But I did hit 10k today 🤩

Machine wide grip lat pull down - 27kg, 10, 10, 10.
Machine seated close grip row - 27kg, 10, 10, 10.
Wide grip 90° cable pull down - 20kg, 10, 10, 10.
Barbell bicep curl - 12.5kg, 12. 15kg, 10, 8.

I felt like a couple exercise, the barbell rows specifically, I could have gone heavier but my wrist didn’t feel strong enough. I could try lifting straps. The barbell bicep curl, I actually had to increase the weight after my first set 💪

Rough days are like bad weather mate, some days are worse then others but they dont have around for ever but better days eventually come.

As for the dry mouth how much water are you getting in each day?

Dont worry so much about the scales too, we can become a slave to them if we're not carefull. Utilise progress photos once a fortnight or month at most so it to not be too regular.
If your feeling good and your happy visually, thats a much healthier way to manage progress.
Scales just show movement it weight. It wont specify what that weight actually is though, could be fat, muscle, water or glycogen. Too many variables to warrant changes based on its reflections. Even more so if your day to day structure isnt exactly the same with recovery, sleep, nutrition, hydration, stress etc.

As you said just trust the process, good things take time. 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Good pull day sister :D 30kg rows and 27kg pulldowns look solid work even with the wrist issue. But careful with wrists!

Dry mouth is normal on HGH it's possible your blood sugar is low IMO.

@Sheshredz Yeah, it really sucks to have stressful things going on. It can definitely hurt your sleep. Also, when you have something in the morning that's really exciting that you're looking forward to, it's hard to sleep as well. So it's very important to treat sleep very seriously and make sure that you're getting a quality amount.

Yesterday was a low day, today was an ANGRY day! So many external stressors went tits up today and it was one distaster after another. :mad:

It was my rest day too, so i couldnt even take my rage out on some weights :mad:

These days happen (sometimes back to back) and you just need to roll with it. 😞

sister sorry for rough day. i had a rough weekend myself. got a call midnight that home was flooding, had to get into van and drive there after 1 hour sleep. job took me 13 hours to finish @Sheshredz

Today was a rest day, but i still managed to hit 8k steps. I feel pretty exhuasted though, but its more mental and emotional drain. 😭

E.G no screen time 30 mins out, same time to bed and same time to wake, I also now have sleep stories playing in the back ground as I need some form of noise that seems to shut my brain off, BUT if I even start thinking I am struggling to sleep I am done, so if they start popping up I focus on the sleep story and before I know it I am waking up lol

@Sheshredz Have you tried wearing blue blockers before bed? Those will help the block out the blue light. I learned that a couple of years ago from Steve. It's great advice. Also avoid the caffeine.

So begins week 2. I woke up early and hit legs 2 after weighing in. Lost 800 grams 🤩

I wasn’t feeling particular “sexy” after my workout and I admittedly forgot about a progress photo, and had already eaten 🤣

You can’t see much from my conservative gym outfit, but I’m feeling lean and strong!

For sure im hearing ya, you can still stay lean, petite and feminine with some muscle too though. Having some more muscle will help you keep lean also, its the more expensive tissue calorie wise 😄 Maybe recomping might be a good option for you now at your composition 👌

I think my diet is pretty balanced. It’s sustainable, but if I want to gain muscle I’m going to have to push the calories a bit higher.

Dumbbell shoulder press 9kg, 10, 10, 10.
Dumbbell delt raises 4kg, 12, 12, 12.
Tricep push down, machine setting 10kg, 10, 10, 10.

Ooh, I’ve never heard of glycine. How much should I add, and when?
Start glycine at 3g about 30 minutes before bed. You can increase to 5g if sleep still feels light after a few nights.

Today was push day. Wasn’t the strongest and needed a spot for a couple of exercises. I put in the best effort I could, and still gave 💯

Barbell bench press 25kg, 8, 8, 8.
Incline dumbbell flys 6kg, 10, 10, 10.
Dumbbell shoulder press 9kg, 10, 10, 10.
Dumbbell delt raises 4kg, 12, 12, 12.
Tricep push down, machine setting 10kg, 10, 10, 10.

The scale was down again a little today. It definitely affected my workout performance 😓

My body feels good, but the days I wake up lighter than normal, often result in me not feeling as strong as I normally do.

😋 Food 😋

Breakfast - Chobani yogurt with protein powder, and granola
Morning Snack - cold brew black coffee with whey and collagen protein powder and a kiwi fruit.
Lunch (out) - half an egg and chorizo wrap
Lunch 2 - tuna and avocado on toast
Afternoon Snack - small chocolate
Dinner - Baked potato, sausage and vegetables

Always a win vs a loss if you made it to the gym! Dumbbell press is the way to go you look great and lean and are obviously tightening up. No such thing as a bad log update if you’re updating so no worries there.

I would just eat the entire egg for lunch too. Diet today looked great.

Start glycine at 3g about 30 minutes before bed. You can increase to 5g if sleep still feels light after a few nights.

Yes different, its an amino acid; does alot of things but sleep and calming is what I use it for, its a great/cheap addition

A bad day in the gym still feels like a good day when you walk out. Doing something is better than doing nothing and you always get that sense of accomplishment when you're through. Way to stick it out! A powerlifter friend of mine says it's all money in the bank. Some days you deposit more than others but at the end of the year it all adds up.

The wins stack up over time legend and thats what makes progress. Honest updates are the best updates mate, i always say to the crew throw all the emotions in the updates whatever they may be. You never know whos following that can relate and learn something from how you deal with those feelings and it just might help them too.

I’ve been getting in some more caloric dense foods to get in easy calories. I naturally eat super healthy so it’s a nice treat to have some gummy things.

Today was Legs. I didn’t have a lot of time so I did a circuit I do when I’m time poor. It’s 5 rounds of leg press, leg extensions and hamstring curl, as a super set. It’s brutal. The first 2 rounds you feel ok, but the last 3 are hell.

Over the 15 total sets I was able to slowly increase the leg press weight from 97kg to 109kg, getting 10-12 reps each set.

The leg extension and hamstring curl stayed consistent at 23kg for 10-12 reps all 5 sets each.

Great way to get Bambi legs in 20 minutes 😅

I know right. When my friend told me that it really hit home with me as well. No matter how tired or "time poor", I like that one btw, I am I always make the effort to get some work done. Everytime I finish the session I'm always glad I did.

I think allot of people who struggle with a healthy lifestyle forget that you can have the occasional treat, you just need balance and moderation.

I've found this to be so important.

Having an occasional treat, can provide such a big mental boost that it significantly outweighs any of the "negatives" associated with the treat. Something I've learnt over the years but its been invaluable.
