Muscle fullness and pump both really good

- Strength Gains / Losses: Strength back for my legs, felt really strong on the hacks

- Recovery Status: I thought I had been recovering well, but all of a sudden the fatigue hit me, I am lowering volume, stopping the PM sessions and focusing more on sleep

- Other Observations:

Really solid session, felt strong on the big lifts.

Enjoying the lighter training load and my sleep is starting to come back aswell.

Have adjusted some of my dosages for my peptides and GH, still dealing with water retention in the PM, everything else feels good, so will try to address through this angle.

As always thank you to my sponsors for making this all possible @Gold Standard Labs and @Norvex

@Dreamer this is looking really good. I like the setup, and I like that the growth hormone is staying very modest. I see too many guys running too much of it in my opinion.

Haha! I could only wish, I have a while left to go too, I am dropping the NPP out at week 12 and letting the eq and test run for awhile longer if my bloods are good.

I actually dropped the methylene blue out, I dont really like it tbh, I will try again another time - but yes it did turn blue haha
That's interesting that you don't like the blue. I've heard good things about it, but I haven't tried it yet. @Dreamer

Thank you brother, I have found my water retention gets out of hand on the higher doses, trialling 2.5 iu atm

Yea really exciting! Going into dad mode in the best shape of your life should help keep the dreaded dad bod at bay during those first hectic months

May is still pretty far away but I'm sure times gonna fly by for you
I cant wait brother, being on a cruise through the first few months will make it alot easier too, couldnt have timed it all better, I have a super understanding mrs, so hopefully can balance dad life and training etc.

Never going to be a dad bod, cant wait to be the biggest leanest dad at the sports and school stuff 😁

----------------

- Visual Notes (Fat loss, muscle fullness, pump):

Insane shoulder pump, felt great.

- Strength Gains / Losses: Strength holding steady, but strong on my delt lifts.

- Recovery Status: Recovering well with the lower volume and one a day session.

- Other Observations:

Really good session, I have worked out my weaker points of my physique and will be focusing my training a bit more to target these areas, I have ambitions to compete eventually, and think when I talk about needing more size its specifically my upper chest, lat width, side delts and my hamstrings - arms probably need some detail too, but this will come easy.

Up to nearly 800 g carbs, digesting well, actually really enjoying my food too, not a chore to eat at all.

Waiting on a CBC blood test to see where my hct and rbc is with a few weeks of eq done. Public holiday fucked me once again.

The other thing I realised is with the slow build time with eq, I am likely going to have another wave of gains coming on in a few weeks - or am I wrong in my thinking here? I started the eq back on 6/1/26.

Anyway, pull day tomorrow, thanks legends for following.

Log is 🔥🔥 as usual bro. Nice push day, had to be happy with that, as you stated.
Love the insight into competing but has to be on your terms, totally resonates with me. Personally I want to step back on to the platform but at present I won't because my lifts are not where I want them to be for that. Happy to play the long game.
Let me know how the eq goes as I have been trying with that idea as well 😁🩵

Have adjusted some of my dosages for my peptides and GH, still dealing with water retention in the PM, everything else feels good, so will try to address through this angle.

6. Body Check-In

Two good looking training sessions. Crazy the reps you're able to hit consistently across so many sets!

5000 cals is nice. Still looking so lean as well! I need to go back and check your progress. I looked at the start of your log the other day and I think you were 96kg. Now 105kg and still lean as.

Good to see the sleep improvement.

You're making really good progress and digesting so many carbs not easy but you doing it :D @Dreamer love your training pump too, ripped abs like a model each time!
on the eq it does take time to build up in the system for sure, so you're not wrong at all

I will follow you..!

I've lot of issues to drink such amount of water, when i drink more than 3.5L i wake up 2-3 times in the night to go to the bathroom, you drink it mainly during the morning?

Thanks!
Hey brother, thanks for checking in!
I stop drinking fluids about 6pm, that helps quite a bit I find.
I do cardio daily and live in a very hot part of australia so sweat quite a bit too

Let me know how the eq goes as I have been trying with that idea as well 😁🩵
Oh I love push day, I think its everyones favourite surely haha.

I have dreams to do it for sure, I just want to make sure that I bring a proper package that can be competitive, I have no doubt with your drive and energy you will get there too!

Oh for sure, I am really keen to see it start coming on, it should kick in right when npp comes out too

Elite log update bro. Absolutely on 🔥🔥 the moment and kicking goals from all over the park 👌

Living the exercise selections and heavy volume your pushing. Great way to train 💪💪

Looking spot on as usual 👏👏
Love my training brother, I go to bed excited to get back in there everyday haha.

Thank you man, I have read alot about doing different ways of sets and reps in reserve etc, I just love grinding out the sets haha.

It works for me, so I will keep it going.

Yeah man, I have achieved the goal that I set out to, but I think I have a bit more growth in me with EQ just kicking in too.

Thanks for checking in!

You know Lev, your the one who convinced me to up these carbs and I have to admit, I have enjoyed the process so much more since and what do you know, my biggest fear of losing my abs hasnt come true 😂

I really am feeling better from slightly lower volume and a literal rest day, I think my progress may of been slightly stalled because of my over training.

Excited to see what the next few weeks brings.

---------------

- Stress Level (1-10): 1 - not stressed

- Focus & Motivation (1-10) - great focus

  • Mental Clarity (1-10) - 9
- Overall Emotional State: Very stable

5. Sleep

--------

- Hours Slept: 7 hours 10 mins - Finally back to 7!

- Sleep Quality: 83

- Bedtime / Wake Time: 9:14 - 5:04 am

- Sleep Interruptions: 45 minutes awake time

- Sleep Aids Used: My usual stack

- Notes: Back up to 7 hours - 1 more to go

6. Body Check-In

Did that lab fuck up your bloodwork again?

Sleep scores keep improving. Keep that up and everything will be pretty damn perfect.

You still think it was the NPP messing with your sleep or was maybe something else to blame?

@BeMe Actually no, this time they didnt they just took forever, but I only got a basic blood count done to see where im at with eq on board, pretty happy with it so far. CRP is nice too.

I will do full bloods in a couple more weeks again

And yeah I am working hard on the sleep man, I think it was actually low e2, going to a 2:1 test/eq ratio has helped a fair bit.

Yea that sounds more like it..good news is now you can keep the NPP and increase your test dose LOL

You're CRP looks amazing! You've been on cycle for a while and you're running a pretty decent stack but looking at that you'd never even know.

Guess this settles it, you're clear to keep pushing all the way til May now LOL

- Recovery Status: Recovering well with the lower volume and one a day session.

- Other Observations:

Had a really good push session today, really focusing on growing my upper chest to give that full shelf look, pleasingly I am seeing a bit more size and thickness with it this cycle.

I have started at a new gym, so new movements, finding what works for me, some of the weights of my lifts are a bit out due to different machines etc.

Received a really nice TD from @Norvex today - Running some Klow at 8mg daily, 5mg Mots C, 50mcg LR3 post training and Slu PP 332 at 30mg daily pre training.

Really happy with how everything is progessing, NPP finishes up 25/2 so on the last few weeks of that, but by then EQ should start ramping up as I only started that on 6/1. - Toying with the idea of 6 weeks of anavar with the last bit of EQ if my bloods stay solid - thoughts?

Calories are up again, pushing to 5500 now as the scale is moving rather slowly if at all.

Back in the gym tomorrow for Pull day.

6. Body Check-In

----------------

- Visual Notes (Fat loss, muscle fullness, pump):

Pump was great, chest felt super full

- Strength Gains / Losses: Strength steady

Also shirted picture today as in the new gym, wasnt sure how happy theyd be with me getting it off 😂

Wait are you saying this was a low volume day for you? I counted 35 working sets bro
Not really, I kind of let my recovery dictate my training, I really enjoy the higher volume, I felt good and feel good, I did try in a few sessions above to cut it down a bit, I just mentally dont feel like I have achieved anything with low volume you know?

new movements is positive :D @Dreamer and you're stable as always
5500 is a big number for you I see growth!
5500 is big, but I hate to say Lev looking at my physique weeks in, the fat gain is minimal, I think perhaps the peptides are doing their job well in keeping it to muscle gain

Elite log update bro! Expect nothing less from a person of your calibre 🔥🔥🔥

This session was massive 💪💪 love the volume. Do you ever drop reps and try push heavier load?

Even with shirt on, arms and chest liked pumped and vascular. 👌👌👌
I used to do alot heavier loads when doing compounds, I have found that using more isolation and lighter weights I am growing better - I am plenty strong and can move big weight, but I am purely interested in hypertrophy at the moment

thank you for the kind words brother

Update at the usual standard of awesome. That is a hell of a calorie bump. How do you get that many in with lean foods? I really struggle post 3000. 🩵
I eat like every 2 hours, I have found pushing up carbs has made it very easy to digest and eat this much, when my protein was higher I did struggle, I dont know how some guys eat 400+ haha 300 was killing me

That makes sense. I prefer every 2 hours to 3 to 4 big meals a day. Carbs fuck me over good and proper these days, so I am already leaning towards more protein daily but eat every couple of hours. I might lean a little harder. Thanks brother for answering 🩵

Yea I completely understand what you mean. Always wanna do more than enough to make sure it's enough lol. Otherwise you feel like you quit on yourself.

Recovery is the metric to follow and as long as that's good then no reason to slow down.

Everyone is different, my body took some time to adjust to the higher carb though I was pretty bloated and watery for awhile, absolutely love it now though.
Digestive enzymes help

I figure - I have x amount of time allocated to the gym every morning, I love it, makes me happy, may aswell use it 😂.

I dont think its costing me progress - if anything I burn more calories and stay lean 😂

Nice brother! Completely get it!! Good for injury prevention also 👌👌

I really enjoy lifting heavy so will incorporate some lower reps higher loads at some point within each training block (but mostly 8-12 reps)

Keep it up brother! Loving the content 🔥🔥

@Dreamer nice job on this. Pushing the calories to 5,500 is smart. Back in the gym for pull day. Keep it up.

Really nice pull session today, back felt strong and pumped, Really trying to put some focus into my width of my back, feel my biggest missing things in my physique is that upper chest which I have mentioned and my general width through my delts and back, hoping to address that through this cycle.

Enjoying my stack, its taken this long but I finally feel its all clicking and I have found my sweet spot - I do wonder if I am starting to get the EQ effects though, my endurance feels way up and my appetite is crazy.

Back in the gym for legs bright and early tomorrow, cant wait.

Man, that is a thing of beauty. You're leaning up beautifully and getting more cut even though you're on some bulking steroids. That is very impressive. Just shows how your training and diet is on point. @Dreamer

- Other Observations:

Back in the gym for everyone’s favourite! Push day.

Really enjoying the @Norvex stack that I have started running, really believe its doing alot of the heavy lifting in keeping me lean while I am on this bulk, LR3 has already started giving me crazy pumps, lifting feels so nice - so much energy and drive in the gym too, I could literally lift all day.

I am also finding that I have finally hit my sweet spot on this cycle, RHR sitting 60 and under, BP good, cardio output is solid, libido and mood back in line, and to be honest, I just feel good, 800 test, 400 eq and 300 NPP and my body is handling it beautifully.

I have decided to run a 6 week run of Anavar when the NPP comes out on the 25th for a last push with the EQ before going onto a health based cruise for a decent amount of time, pretty keen as I have never done an oral before and believe my body is in a really good place to handle it at the moment, and lean enough to see it.

I will of course be doing a full panel of bloods on the 18th to make sure its all good but my basic panel above looked promising.

Anyway, back in the gym tomorrow for Pull day.

- Recovery Status: No recovery issues - HRV up RHR down

Love the description of how your cycle is running and what effects its having on your training and recovery. Your delt workout is awesome and the multiple laterals is not something I have ever looked at (no seriously 🫣). With such good health markers so far be interesting to see how your bloods go brother 🩵

Thank you man. Really trying to put some work into the delts to get some width in them, they actually held up really well with the volume, I am blessed to not really have any shoulder joint issues.

Can't wait to see how the anavar goes. should really compliment this phase nicely. You've found the perfect balance of nutrition and supplementation and it really shows. Very full and lean.

Keep it up

Excited to see the end result before the cruise / health block - motivation for all of us to stay dialled in and true to goals/program 🙏💪

6. Body Check-In

----------------

- Visual Notes (Fat loss, muscle fullness, pump):

Pumps and fullness great

- Strength Gains / Losses: Still getting stronger week to week

- Recovery Status: No recovery issues - HRV up RHR down

- Other Observations:

Brutal leg day today - loved every minute, dropped RDLs for a bit as I keep having back pain after, at 194cm they are a little challenging and to be honest with todays session, they feel way more worked anyway. - The hammys are a lagging part for me so really trying to get some direct work into them.

Keeping my cardio going, finding it very easy lately - could be alot to do with the Slu and Mots from @Norvex but I genuinely believe I am getting fitter too. - Feels great.

The scale has held steady at 107 for awhile now, I am hesitant to up the calories however, I am only onto week 5 of eq I believe so that should start to kick in and we will see what the scale does.

Health is feeling good, body feeling good, sleep is great, training is going well, I dont think I really blew up on this cycle, but I have definitely gained.

Shout out to my sponsors @Gold Standard Labs and @Norvex - I feel incredible and balanced on the oils from GSL which is impressive seeing that its 1.5g of gear.

And the addition of LR3 has made a big difference to my pumps and capacity in the gym, the mito stack from Norvex has without a doubt helped me use the 800 carbs and not gain much in fat.

I am excited to see what adding Anavar in a few weeks is going to do.

Back in the gym doing Push chest focus today, which is something I am actually looking forward to!

@Dreamer you are in such a great place right now. Absolutely smashing both nutrition and training 🔥🔥🔥 Love the details in your log and the structure of each session

Your consistency and discipline is contagious to our community. Thank you brother 🙏🙏

Do you ever find yourself craving for something off plan. How do you deal with this? Do you incorporate a “free meal” during the week for mental break? I ask as I’ve been battling lately. May need to consider.

- Sleep Quality: 76

- Bedtime / Wake Time: 9:47 - 4:30

- Sleep Interruptions: 19 mins awake time

- Sleep Aids Used: My usual stack

- Notes: Good reliable sleep, need more time asleep, but with work and training this is as good as it gets

- Other Observations:

So I have had a realisation, which alot of you have gently tried to tell me during the course of my log.

I am doing way too much in the gym, I felt incredible doing this session and always do, but crash about an hour after leaving, if you consider my working set amount and the fact I get it done within 90 minutes , I am not resting enough basically turning it into a brutal pump cardio session. I am quite fit so I mistook being able to recover quickly for being ready for another set, which is false.

We are always learning and adapting in this life and fitness is no different, I am now setting strict volume and rest time limits which you will see in my following updates and hopefully I can start to see some more progress and not feel so wiped after sessions. - It was when I realised from a strength perspective I havent made much progress over the last 6 weeks and started to put it together.

Anyway, as always thank you to my sponsors @Gold Standard Labs and @Norvex for making this all possible.

Also, I am a few days in on MotsC pre bed - I think I prefer it there, for the most part it seems to be very helpful in controlling my blood sugar.

I have ran out of SLU also, so that will likely be coming out of my log.

I am interested to see too! I think the love for training just caused me to keep piling on movements and sets, but lost sight of what I was actually trying to do

- Recovery Status: No recovery issues - HRV up RHR down

- Other Observations:

----------------

- Visual Notes (Fat loss, muscle fullness, pump):

Pumps better than usual - sodium, carbs and lower volume helping

- Strength Gains / Losses: Quickly increasing lifts

- Recovery Status: No recovery issues - HRV up RHR down

- Other Observations:

Great leg session, medals all over on Hevy again, got some decent weights on some of these lifts too, I am a big fan of resting more between sets. I fully expect my strength to keep steady gaining for a while with this set up.

Everything is tracking well, this has been a very easy to handle cycle for me - I am still wanting to add something to my last tail end of the EQ I had thought I decided on Anavar but after a decent run on NPP I am unsure that I want the lipid hit, I am thinking of when NPP drops out adding primo at 400mg a week and then dropping that down to my cruise dose at the end, do you guys think that would be a good addition, would I likely need to increase test?

I have pulled bloods - full panel to see where my health is at this morning so will have them back early next week hopefully and can make a more informed decision on my next steps but regardless NPP comes out 25/2/26 latest.

Photo is from pre bed, after a full day of 800+ carbs, water, sodium etc - very happy with how my conditioning is holding while on this bulk.

Yeah ok.... so not fair hey! 🤣

Nah joking... But legit... How the F do you look like that in your bad condition??!!

You are looking really big as well now mate (as in you've gained good size). Delts and quads are insane!

Workout is crazy hey. Some huge weights! Hack squat 4 plates per side, huge leg curls and 200kg calf raises! Is machine squat V squat?

I really expected to blow out on these calories and carbs - truly I think the peps and cardio are doing alot of work, my blood glucose is always controlled, tested it today 90 mins after having about 150g carbs and it was 5.3.

Yes the machine is a V squat - could be my fav, I keep banging on about it, but honestly turning my back on the hero ego training I was doing has been the biggest unlock, I feel silly for not training smarter sooner.

I think so too Lev, I have been suprised with the difference in strength so far, hopefully this was what was missing to me blowing up
i think you're so lean too much volume can backfire a bit.

-- Training Mood & Energy (1-10): 10 - one of my best leg sessions in quite awhile.

2. Nutrition

------------

- Calories Consumed: 5424

- Macros

- Protein: 262

- Carbs: 808

- Fats: 103

- Supplement Changes:

- Hydration (Liters): 7L

- Notes: Changed around some carb timing to better support training - pulled from early afternoon and placed intra/post

3. Health Metrics

-----------------

- Weight: 106.4

- Resting Heart Rate: 61

- Blood Pressure: 129/72

- Blood Glucose: 5.4 - Noticed as the week goes on, this goes up, maybe reta wearing off? Dosed 2mg today - see what it does next few days

- Mood / Mental State: Good

- Pain / Injuries: Nothing today.

4. Mindful Check

---------------

- Stress Level (1-10): 1 - No stress feel great

- Focus & Motivation (1-10) 8 - focused and driven

  • Mental Clarity (1-10) - 9
- Overall Emotional State: Very stable

5. Sleep

--------

- Hours Slept: 5 hours 44 mins

- Sleep Quality: 75

- Bedtime / Wake Time: 9:56 - 4:30

- Sleep Interruptions: 51 mins awake time

- Sleep Aids Used: My usual stack

- Notes: Woken up by work phone calls, hasnt happened in a while - annoying when it does

6. Body Check-In

----------------

- Visual Notes (Fat loss, muscle fullness, pump):

I have pulled bloods - full panel to see where my health is at this morning so will have them back early next week hopefully and can make a more informed decision on my next steps but regardless NPP comes out 25/2/26 latest.

i can tell you look amazing :D @Dreamer things are tracking well

i dont think lipids should be an issue for you imo

I really expected to blow out on these calories and carbs - truly I think the peps and cardio are doing alot of work, my blood glucose is always controlled, tested it today 90 mins after having about 150g carbs and it was 5.3.

Yes the machine is a V squat - could be my fav, I keep banging on about it, but honestly turning my back on the hero ego training I was doing has been the biggest unlock, I feel silly for not training smarter sooner.
Don't worry mate... I remember there was a big anti-bodybuilding movement 15-20 years ago and I got suckered in to that. Things like: training arms and shoulders is a waste.. all you need to do is chest and back exercises to hit them!

Fucking dynamite brother. Definitely putting on size its clear as day!!! And maintaining detail, people really should pay attention to the way you set this up and i encourage this approach all the time.

Get as shredded as possible, maximise insulin sensitivity as much as you can and set up the longest runway for quality growth without having to chase conditioning down at the end..

@Dreamer is displaying a clear execution of this approach. Well dont King you look fucking amazing 💪💪

There is so much noise and dont do this dont do that, I feel for a beginner coming in, how hard it would be to find the right advice.

Thank you brother!
My recovery is great actually, I have trimmed my volume down to about 22-23 sets a session as the fatigue started to set in, but I have added significant rest periods which has helped me actually recover between sets.
My Oura ring is happy, HRV and RHR all trending well.

Thank you for your support

Thank you so much for your kind words, there is so many people on this forum who I look up to, you being one of them.
I constantly push myself to be the best I can and I really agree with the approach you encourage, I am glad you recognise this because I havent taken a single shortcut with it, it was very intentional and proof is in the pudding of how it works because even today @Philouzo asked me how I stay so lean, I could only respond “I have no idea, with the food I eat it makes no sense” but as youve posted in many threads getting yourself lean and healthy metabolically will make this alot easier .

All makes sense now though ey! And you have done this all on your own too which make it even more impressive.

Bets part is you runway is still completely open if you keep playing the right cards. Scary to think how far you could take this push and still be conditioned at the end of it!!
