Right here’s the start to my log here on evo, I already log on EF but crossing onto both platforms now.
Currently around 6 weeks into a slight push up after coming out of post comp recovery phase after competing in ifbb classic in October last year bodyweight sitting at 107.6kg
The plan this year is to drive upwards, potentially into open classes if weight doesn’t let me stay in classic. We have been only ticking away with food drugs and training volume as next week i get married and have to fit the suit. Once next week is through there will be some introductions slowly of undulation of training volume, food and drugs.
Whilst there’s plenty of room I have grown most my tissue on relatively low numbers with most push phases lucky to get 600mg so can’t imagine much more than that is needed.
Training
currently 4 days per week with 32 sets per week over those 4 days (still very low post comp)
Everything is taken awfully close to true failure
Monday: Posterior
Tuesday: Chest biceps
Thursday: Back hamstrings
Friday: Triceps legs
Most volume is allocated to posterior as trying to bring up the rear shots
