Another week back home, bodyweight isn’t budging much this week in terms of average. But has been trending down the last few days, although weight isn’t moving the look is improving. Not really stressed with the number since we are back training, AAS are back in place as well so obviously those are going to play a factor. Over all nice to back in the full swing of things

@Asianvaper good job on the different exercises. You really put in some good training and got some good conditioning done.
 
Clarify, if you would, why you vary intake between TD and NTD
Just due to the different caloric intakes for me man, obviously on training days I have more energy demand and upper days we have more food as thats the weak part of my physique so were pushing more food those days to drive training performance.

Having varying intakes will also allow me to push and pull food so I don't gain too much body fat and let body recomposition get out of hand

Short update on the plan moving forward - increasing training frequency to 5x week just spreading out upper volume a little more across the week

Accessing a new set of sick gym equipment - prime, nautilus etc. SO GONNA BE VERY FUN for prep in a few weeks, getting even more dialled with the routine of things so once push comes to shove when things get hard in prep, won't be out of the norm

Still waiting on the slin to come in, but once it does. Fullness and pumps indeed will be delightful
