@HXVSEP one of the things that I'm going through today is helping people improve and make some tweaks. My suggestion for you is to stop with the intro workout. That dextrose that you're taking is not benefiting you; it's actually hurting you more than helping, especially at your level. Save that for the future if you ever become like a professional bodybuilder

Hi lads firstly, sorry for the MIA, like i said previously got fucken sick like a dog with my sinus kicked my ass at the fucken worst time. Anyway, heres my most recent bloods done maybe 1.5 months ago, will be doing new bloods in another 6-8 weeks down the line. I try to do them every 3-4 months as my cycle doesn't change to much.

Here is my training logs from last week. I had a hectic full on week last week. Being sick kicked my ass. managed to get 2 solid training sessions in. Also bear in mind it was my easter - Orthodox brother here. So was spending a lot of time with family. My upper day holy, the pump i had i haven't had a pump like that in a while. Felt good. Changed coaches, and this new program from @R.AP is defiantly better than my old coachs low volume heavy weights sessions. My leg day, was a quick one. Didn't do the whole workout as i didn't have much time due to family commitments, and university stuff. I don't like training legs, typical. But man my legs for the last 2 days were a bit shaky aha. Weight is down to 78.5 kg which is good. like to see the scale dropping as per my check in today with @R.AP. Heres some food porn of Saturday Nights dinner, slightly more around 200 grams, only cause i legit didn't each any carbs that day and need to at least try hit the macros for it. Photo attached is my most recent photo used for check in's weighing in at 78.5 kg

Geez you've made some serious progress so far!

How long have you been training? And how long have you been using gear? 22 is pretty bloody young to be what already seems to be a gear vet.

Can you show us some typical workouts including weights used.
Been training for a few years. Hoped on at 21, did my due diligence did my pre bloods. Spoke to a lot of body building boys who have or are about to compete. Had a different coach @ the start who guided me through my protocol and set my foundation. Over time self taught my self a lot with research. I wanted to make sure i knew 100000% what i was doing to my system and body. My GP is also a decent bloke he's dealt with a few young idiots whose hopped on the gear as well so he automatically tells me to come off but if says if i don't at least monitor a-z. Plus, having @R.AP and his boys in my corner has taught me a lot. So have these forums tbh & a little bit of tiktok doom scrolling (the most unreliable source ahaha)

No e2 sides plus I believe the e2 to test ratio is borderline okay. If the sides come I got some aromsin waiting incase ahahah

Hey lads, we back. Sorry went MIA, i've had a full on last 2 weeks with family, work and finalising UNI. Nearly done my degree so we are cheering. Diet has stayed on point, but naturally been struggling to find time to get into the gym due to everything said before. But the schedule is slowing down now so getting into the gym is my pain priority now. Meal Prep has stayed on point, eating rump steaks and Basa everyday. Been abusing the dairy farmer 30g protein smoothies most days for breakfast which i've found to be a tasty alternative if i plan my calories correctly.

Starting to feel the MOTS-C effecting me, energy has felt more stable if anything and i feel i'm less fatigues during the day and even whilst working out. Reta is still doing it's thing. Still managing to get my meals in. I've been taking MT2 for cosmetics and i have felt that is definitely helping keep my appetite low but most defiantly feeling the libido side of things. I've felt the Mast is drying me out a bit more the leaner with the body fat % going down as, well. Stay tuned for next week lads.

Hey lads, we back. Sorry went MIA, i've had a full on last 2 weeks with family, work and finalising UNI. Nearly done my degree so we are cheering. Diet has stayed on point, but naturally been struggling to find time to get into the gym due to everything said before. But the schedule is slowing down now so getting into the gym is my pain priority now. Meal Prep has stayed on point, eating rump steaks and Basa everyday. Been abusing the dairy farmer 30g protein smoothies most days for breakfast which i've found to be a tasty alternative if i plan my calories correctly.

Starting to feel the MOTS-C effecting me, energy has felt more stable if anything and i feel i'm less fatigues during the day and even whilst working out. Reta is still doing it's thing. Still managing to get my meals in. I've been taking MT2 for cosmetics and i have felt that is definitely helping keep my appetite low but most defiantly feeling the libido side of things. I've felt the Mast is drying me out a bit more the leaner with the body fat % going down as, well. Stay tuned for next week lads.

OKAY BOYS LOG FUCKEN UPDATE TIME. WE HIT 76.9Kg. We seeing the weight drop and i'll be so honest i've never felt this tight or lean ever. IM FUCKEN STOCKED AND HYPED. @R.AP has incorporated more cardio for me as my schedule is finally clearing up. About to finish UNIVERSITY FOR GOOD. So very excited and god has blessed me with new business opportunities. So the schedule is always busy. GYM PUMPS HAVE BEEN INSANE, got recommend to try KRUPT supps pre workout and pump formula and it is good shit. Fueling the workouts good along side the SLUP332 & MOTS-C. The energy i've been getting from these 2 supps are actually very good. At first i thought it was a bit bullshit didn't feel a thing. @R.AP made me realise i misunderstood him as soon as i jumped the slupp332 to 30mg which is 3 tablets from @TheAsylum my energy in the mornings and gym output have been insane.

GHCKU also has helped clear up my skin on my face a bit more, started getting compliments saying my skin is looking clearer. Lost a bit of my tan wasn't very consistent with pinning my MT2 but will try to get back ontop of it as i dont like being fucken pale.

OKAY BOYS FUCKEN UPDATE TIME AGAIN LADS. I'll be honest i got down to under 76 kg then may have gone behind coaches back and gone a little bender and jumped back up to 77.5 kg. Coach has now punished me by forcing more cardio ahaha.

Firstly GH HOLY SHIT the recovery is very good on 3 IU at the moment but will jump up to 4iu. SLUP332, MOTS C AND GH WITH TEST, thats a scary combo. ENERGY THROUGH THE ROOF, CARDIO ISN'T FEELING LIKE CARDIO. I'm hitting 10k plus steps a day without even realising. SLUPP332 i'm taking around 30mg and splitting it 2 in the morning 1 before gym. I feel like that works perfectly. my body is getting leaner, but i halted my progress being a dumb 22 year old which look that's on me. I told coach give me 3 weeks and you'll be proud. So gotta do him proud.
Managed to get myself back down to 76.5 kg now

Also going to switch out the Basa for some Salmon and have been incorporating a lot more lean mince meat as well in the meal prep just to change things over been getting a bit bored with the food.
