Hey all,
This is my first time doing anything like this, I see how supportive the community is on here so I thought I would track my journey, mindset, PED, weekly photos and everything in-between leading into my first show in 2027 season C.

I've been training since 2021, coming from a very unhealthy lifestyle from years of drug + alcohol abuse and addiction, which then lead into some sort of depression. Body building saved my life.
I have dedicated every single aspect of my life for the last 5 years to this journey and sport.
I've uploaded a photo of where my journey began in 2021 (120kg) along with this week's check in photos. (111.3kg)

I'm currently in a health phase for the last 4 weeks getting ready for a growth phase in 2-4 weeks. I have come down from 118kg to 111.3kg over the last 6 weeks.

PEDS at the moment are 300 test e + 6IU growth hormone (daily) per week.

Peptides
Bpc 157 + TB500 = 500mcg (nightly)
MT2

I also take a large stack of supplements.

During off season the doses of Test e, mast e/p (depends on what's available), EQ, growth hormone, nova rapid, Lantus, aromasin, and metformin will be titrating up over a 25-week growth phase.

Health markers this morning was
Blood pressure = 117/61
Blood glucose = 4.6

I will be logging each week on a Sunday about the changes that have been made along with progress photos.

My current macro nutrients at the moment are
Protein = 269g
Fats = 55g
Carbs = 538g
total calories = 3727g

Current Micronutrients are
sodium = 8000 - 10,000mg
potassium = 8000
magnesium = 1000mg
calcium = 800mg

Training at the moment is 4 times per week. Subject to change once growth phase starts.
And cardio in 2x per week at 15min 130+ BMP.

My weekly recovery is pretty full on.
Deep tissues massage = 2 x per week.
Decompression / alignment = 4 x per week
Physio = 1 x per week
steam sauna 15min = 4 - 6 times per week.
morning mobility work (30min) = 5 times per week.
Compression boots = after leg days.

I think that about sums up the first log. I'm looking forward to sharing my journey with whoever is interested. Thanks to anyone who reading!

@mrbubble Very inspirational to see this type of transformation. It shows how damaging these addictions are to our body. You freed yourself from it and now the sky is the limit.

Impressive transformation!

How old are you? And how much of your 5 years training is natural vs gear?

To train for a few years and end up with you current physique suggest crazy genetics or gear hyper-responder (or likely both).

Hey man thank you.
I’m 30 years old.
I was only natural for a year, in that time I lost 20kg. After that I hated my body image and decided to start with a coach and ran test e for 2 cycles, then added mast E, primo, gh and nova/lantus over the years. Nothing excessive. My bloods and health markers have always been good. Once I decided to jump on, as seen how quick I responded I knew I could be good at this. I have never missed since, no meals missed, cardio, training, recovery. I’ve left 2 jobs (as I couldn’t get my food and recovery in) and studied 4 years to live this life everyday as a PT, massage therapist and nutritionist. 💪💪💪

Thankyou stevesmi, i was lost for many years. Now it’s all behind, as you said sky is the limit !!!💪💪
Yes that is important

What's most impressive here is your health markers @mrbubble you see a lot of bodybuilders who have really bad blood pressure. In your case your blood pressure is amazing!

Thanks trenhead, muchly appreciated words! each week I upload my progress photos im going to throw in a throwback picture from throughout the journey. I have been many different shapes and sizes over the past few years.
Bros, you are my hero and this is going to be epic. I can't wait to see the results you get. @mrbubble

Hey all,
This is my first time doing anything like this, I see how supportive the community is on here so I thought I would track my journey, mindset, PED, weekly photos and everything in-between leading into my first show in 2027 season C.

@mrbubble Looking incredible bro!

hey man, to be honest ive always had good blood pressure throughout this journey. even during my last growth phase (which was the most ive pushed) at around 1500mg per week with a max weight of 118kg, it never cracked 120/70. I will continue to upload them throughout the journey. I appreciate the comment 💪
Let's definitely keep it that way. I remember I used to say the same thing then I ran a couple cycles of tren and that changed haha.

Hey all, 17/5/2026

I just wanted to start this week's log by showing respect and appreciation to whoever made/makes this platform possible. Also, for the unbelieve support I have gotten just off my last log.

I live in a small town where there are 2 of us enhanced bodybuilders. It can be very isolating and hard at times but having a platform like this forum to be able to communicate and share the journey to likeminded people is incredible.

Moving forward into this log, my weight has dropped down to 110.7kg this week (600g down from last week.)

Having a few minor issues with tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis and tendon sheath inflammation in my left wrist.

Still in a health phase, looking at bloods within a week or two, then the fun begins.

Training is still 4x per week and is staying at 1RIR, staying injurie free (trying), and concentrating on execution rather than load.

Cardio 2 x per week 15 min at 130+ bpm I use the elliptical. (hate it)

No changes with recovery protocol.

Health markers

I decided to bump potassium up to 10,000mg -12,000mg

Sodium - 8,000mg-10,000mg

Magnesium – 1000mg

Calcium - 1200mg

PEDs are still the same

300mg test e (weekly)

6IU (3iu am – 3iu pm) growth hormone (mon-fri)

Peptides
Bpc 157 + TB500 = 500mcg (nightly)
MT2

I also have 500mg injectable l-carnitine each morning.

I am mentally ready to send it but have to wait for the tick of approval from coach.

I've never seen PEDS as the answer. Yes, they play a massive role in this world. But nutrition, training and recovery comes first.

I have not missed from day one, mentally if I tick every box with nutrition, training, recovery and everything else in-between. How can I fail? How can I not get results? In my head I cannot leave any room for error. I love this. (Luckly, I have a very supportive wife)

Here is this week’s check in photos. I have tightened up, happy where sitting I believe another kilo or 2 will be gone before its time to grow! Plus, nice a tan from raptors MT2.

Wild card photo is from 19/4/2022 at 5:55am. (Was my last photo at a natty.)

Thanks again for the support and anyone showing interest in my journey. Have a great week all!

Great update brother. Glad you are finding support and enjoying being here on Evo. 🩵

I resonate with this Mr Bubble. There are only two bodybuilders where I live as well, so it can feel pretty isolating at times. I believe bodybuilding can be one of the most rewarding journeys in life, but it can also be a lonely one at times. A lot of people only see the physiques, the lifts, and the progress photos, but they don’t see the early mornings, the strict routines, the setbacks, or the mental battles that come with it. Having a good mate beside you through the journey makes a massive difference — someone who understands the sacrifices, pushes you when motivation is low, and celebrates the small wins along the way. Sometimes that support and shared passion is what keeps you going when things get tough. Thank you for the inspiration

Thankyou mr chuck norris, your words are pretty inspiring and very insightful. Hopefully one day a community can be built where you are. Thanks for the comment.

Hello all,

Alrightly, have had a semi eventful week with minor changes.

Weight has dropped down to 110.4kg from 110.7kg (300g loss over the week) I did hit 109.4 on Wednesday but it seems my body doesn’t like dropping weight off. After a big drop it always seems to creep back up.

Minor injuries are slowly recovering the only once causing me abit of grief is the inflamed sheath in my wrist, but hopefully that will pass soon. Can still train, so not to worried.

There were changes in food this week from 3723kcal down to 3457ckal.

I drink about 7L of water per day.

Macronutrients

269 p

49 f

485 c

Micronutriets

Potassium – 10,000 – 12,000

Sodium - 8,000mg-10,000mg

Magnesium – 1000mg

Calcium - 1200mg

Still no changes in PEDS I am getting bloods done on Tuesday, if come back A-OK we move on to the next phase. On a delaod prior to bloods so no training 3 days before blood tests.

PEDS
300mg test e (weekly)

6IU (3iu am – 3iu pm) growth hormone (mon-fri)

Peptides
Bpc 157 + TB500 = 500mcg (nightly)
MT2

500mg injectable l-carnitine each morning.

Health Markers

20/5/2026

Blood pressure - 114/61

Blood glucose – 5.0

24/5/2026

Blood pressure – 109/56

Blood glucose – 4.6

All check in photos has been fasted post cardio, as you can see this week I am flattening out big time especially through the posterior shots. Fatigue levels are good, still holding strength but just hanging in there till its time to grow.

This off season is going to be a big one, I know how well my body responds to PEDS and I’m in a very good starting position, best I have even been in. The plan is to get down to 108kg then we start growing.

Growth phase peds will be test e, mastron, EQ, nova rapid + Lantus and growth hormone. Numbers are unknown at this point but will increase over the growth phase.

Wild card photo was taken on the 23/7/2023. (happy to upload proof if anyone does not believe)

Thanks for anyone reading, I’m very excited to show yous what’s to come in the near future!

Love this life 💪

Weight has dropped down to 110.4kg from 110.7kg (300g loss over the week) I did hit 109.4 on Wednesday but it seems my body doesn’t like dropping weight off. After a big drop it always seems to creep back up.

Minor injuries are slowly recovering the only once causing me abit of grief is the inflamed sheath in my wrist, but hopefully that will pass soon. Can still train, so not to worried.

There were changes in food this week from 3723kcal down to 3457ckal.

I drink about 7L of water per day.

Still no changes in PEDS I am getting bloods done on Tuesday, if come back A-OK we move on to the next phase. On a delaod prior to bloods so no training 3 days before blood tests.

Peptides

Blood pressure - 114/61

Blood glucose – 5.0

24/5/2026

Blood pressure – 109/56

Welcome to the EVO family brother I just got caught up on your log!

This is truly one of the biggest transformations I've seen all year and getting to 108kg I have no doubt you will do it.
You look incredible, big quads with detail and a great tight waist and I love your abs in the last pic yesterday. Huge wide back with detail and chest is pumped!

I am mentally ready to send it
This stood out for me bro, being mentally ready is a huge win!

Was my last photo at a natty
Absolutely great pics with before, during (last as a natty) and after (beast mode!).

I'm super pumped to follow this log keep these updates coming!
