Exciting news, I’ll be re-starting my log as a member of Team Oxygen Pharm. Oxygen Pharm has graciously offered to sponsor the second half of my second cycle, and that means I’ll be running their product line alongside a few extras from other approved Evolutionary sources.

The goal for my cycle since I started logging on Evolutionary was to run more of a cut/recomp cycle and I’m very excited to bring home these last 8-12 weeks running Oxygen Pharm Test Enanthate, and Oxygen Pharm Masteron Propionate. I’ll be posting daily updates with my workouts, and progress pics along the way. I’ve come a long way since May of last year and am very excited to see where Oxygen Pharm gear will take me.

I’ll be running PPL-R-PPL split with a decent stack of gear to support it. On top of my workout regiment I work long physical days as a lineman, and any free time I have is spent supporting my pregnant wife who is currently pregnant with twin boys, due June 17 (or earlier), and my 3.5 year old son.

As with my previous log, I'm an open book and open to feedback, suggestions, and comments on both my gear, workouts, and supplements. I'm always looking to learn and become more knowledgeable in areas that are all very new to me.

The gear I will be running per week is:

500mg Oxygen Pharm Test Enanthate
250mg Oxygen Pharm Masteron Propionate
5mg Oxygen Pharm Cialis
25mg Proviron (daily)
2iu HGH (daily)

With that divided into daily injections. I’ll take proviron to keep my SHBG low and give me more free testosterone, and have aromasin on hand if E2 issues arise. I’m hoping the masteron will help keep that in check. I have bloodwork scheduled for this Friday, May 15th, and will do another set of bloodwork 2-3 weeks after that to make sure everything is in check.

I’ll also be running a bunch of supporting vitamins, peptides, and supplements for overall health.

Boom here it is!! Loving the start to your new log brother. Your starting base is really strong, very thick and hard looking (wide!) with some obvious great genetics. I think the lineman job has built you up a lot too. This will be a great second half of your cycle, with a much needed break around mid June for baby's arrival.

I'm always looking to learn and become more knowledgeable in areas that are all very new to me.

When I look at the first pictures in my original log from three months ago my body weight has gone up about 10-12lbs and I’ve lost a lot of fat from my back and belly. Love handles have almost completely disappeared shoulders are popping, arms are popping. It’s even more dramatic when compared against the photos I took in May 2025 when I transitioned from a strength program to a more hyper trophy focused program.

The progression is happening quickly thanks to your guys support, critiques, and suggestions. Strength has also gone through the roof. I’ve always wanted to be muscular but could never stay consistent. I’m so locked in now I want to see what my genetics are for things like my Adonis belt, abs, chest, etc. and the progression happens so quickly on a cycle that it’s very motivating. I do agree that my trade particularly when I was in transmission helped build me a bit of a base in terms of muscle and strength but now I’m starting to peel back a lot of that fat to see what’s underneath.

I’m also getting a feel for what high, medium, and low E2 feels like both physically and mentally and want to confirm my hypothesis with bloodwork so I can better manage it in the future. I have a lot of life to life so I don’t want to cause long term damage to the organs.

Really enjoy being a part of the Evo community and the @OxygenPharm team. I did a podcast with Steve and Mobster that should be dropping sometime in next two weeks I think.

Decently easy day at work today, outside of the early start, I don't enjoy waking up at 3:30 particularly when it makes me rushed and I miss out on my morning cardio.

Macros were good today but, I'd like to drop the calories down maybe 200-300 from this back to my usual 2600-2700 to expedite the cutting process. Curious as to what your thoughts may be on this @LevButlerov and @HarleyGuy or should I keep it in the 2900-3000 range. I've had serious progress this far at 2600-2700. Would drop those calories out of my carbs and fats, I also had no idea how calorie dense an avocado was until I punched it into myfitnesspal today, yikes.

Smashed a decent amount of cardio even though my legs were tight as hell. Changing the order of my leg day workout and focusing on intensity really made me hobble around today, I imagine tomorrow could be worse but it's an enjoyable pain at least.

Really excited for a big fuck off push day tomorrow. I've already decided I'm going to go for 8 clean reps at 245 and if it moves well I may increase to 250 for the second set and go for another 8 clean reps. Objective was a 300 1RM by the end of the year, and I think I can hit that by the end of June with no injury hiccups.

Will be pushing myself to the next level on cardio, really focusing on standing and high resistance versus sit and pedal. It's significantly easier to get into or close to zone 2, while actually reducing the quad pump and tightness that I typically get from sit only sessions.

A couple of convenience pieces that I ordered from Bells of Steel arrived today. A couple plate pegs and a barbell holder for my cable tower.

A big thanks to @OxygenPharm for sponsoring this log and providing me with the tools I need to succeed. Their product injected beautifully this morning with absolutely no PIP. I usually try to do my injection before my morning cardio to work it into the muscle tissue. Today I only had time to inject and then sit on my ass for my 1.25 hour morning commute, and zero PIP when I made it to the shop.

Macros were good today but, I'd like to drop the calories down maybe 200-300 from this back to my usual 2600-2700 to expedite the cutting process. Curious as to what your thoughts may be on this @LevButlerov and @HarleyGuy or should I keep it in the 2900-3000 range. I've had serious progress this far at 2600-2700. Would drop those calories out of my carbs and fats, I also had no idea how calorie dense an avocado was until I punched it into myfitnesspal today, yikes.

I’m catching up a little here - but if you’re looking to cut, total deficit is subject to how aggressive you want to cut and what’s realistic with lifestyle you can adhere to. No rush or right/wrong approach

500kcal deficit is generally a manageable start and and as lev suggest, look to reduce from carbs initially. Protein always stays high.

Let's do it! Let's give it 6 weeks and find our 1RM now then subtract 300 from it and try and go up by even just 5% each time.

Ya bro, fats 9 cals per gram and protein/carbs only 4 cals. More than 50% difference per gram.

You can cut 200 cals easy with 20g less fat to get fat at 60g
Then drop carbs to 200g or less and there's your 300 cals. Pump it hard and fat will melt off.
I think it's great that you're staying dialed in on your macro counts because it's macros that matter.

I turned 36 today. Oldest I’ve ever been, the strongest I’ve ever been and the most in shape I’ve ever been. For many years I made it my new years resolution to get in shape. I started working out heavy at the beginning of 2025 when I transitioned half my garage into a home gym, changed gears from strength to hypertrophy in September. Carried that through to 2026, and have just absolutely locked in when I quit smoking weed on January 1st. I can't wait to see the transformation that 2026 will end with, and look forward to turning 37 and being able to compare my results to my 2025 and 2026 photos. I'm starting to motivate some of the younger civil guys that I work with to start lifting, they make all these excuses when they have all the time in the world to get after it. It doesn't get easier as you get older, you get more and more responsibilities. So stop making excuses and just get after it because I wish I had started this whole process when I was a lot younger.


A really long work day today threw a wrench in all my plans. I missed my birthday dinner with my son and my wife. I didn’t get time post work to do cardio or my push workout. I’m not upset about an extra day of rest at this point I’ve been consistently giving it my all for awhile now but it just sucks when things outside of your control take your free time away from you. Hard not to be a little bitter that life keeps doing this to you, but it's going to continue to do it until you die or retire, whichever comes first.

My revised plan is to wake up at 5:00 tomorrow have breakfast and absolutely destroy my push day workout. I have a massage booked in the morning and bloodwork booked after that. Going to leave my cardio until the evening or later afternoon tomorrow.

I can't wait to see the transformation that 2026 will end with, and look forward to turning 37 and being able to compare my results to my 2025 and 2026 photos. I'm starting to motivate some of the younger civil guys that I work with to start lifting, they make all these excuses when they have all the time in the world to get after it. It doesn't get easier as you get older, you get more and more responsibilities. So stop making excuses and just get after it because I wish I had started this whole process when I was a lot younger.


A really long work day today threw a wrench in all my plans. I missed my birthday dinner with my son and my wife. I didn’t get time post work to do cardio or my push workout. I’m not upset about an extra day of rest at this point I’ve been consistently giving it my all for awhile now but it just sucks when things outside of your control take your free time away from you. Hard not to be a little bitter that life keeps doing this to you, but it's going to continue to do it until you die or retire, whichever comes first.

My revised plan is to wake up at 5:00 tomorrow have breakfast and absolutely destroy my push day workout. I have a massage booked in the morning and bloodwork booked after that. Going to leave my cardio until the evening or later afternoon tomorrow.

Macros were good today. It was really hard to not stop for fast food on my way home but I did it, and had a very late clean dinner.

We are in good hands I know, and everything will work out for us as it always does.

Workout was good today, focused on 1 rep max work for flat bench as I hadn't done that in about 5 months. 265 moved decently but was tough, so when I jumped to 285 I knew it was going to be near impossible but that's why it's called a 1 rep max. I have it on video for my coworkers that may say bullshit. Only 15lbs more to go. Slightly rushed to get it done and have time to shave my head and have a shower before heading out for my massage and bloodwork.

Regarding bloodwork I didn't even have them run total testosterone, or free testosterone as I didn't want to pay for it because they won't even give me the proper values anyways because I'm outside of range as Lifelabs caps at that 52.0nmol/L as discussed in previous log. I did get lipids, SHBG, estradiol, and the others.

I will post up the bloodwork tomorrow once I have the values. I'll also post the bloodwork from before I started the cycle, and the bloodwork from week 6 for comparison.

Macros were good, didn't eat anything before my lift early this morning.

Switched to daily injections
Did my AI, every other day. 6.25mg aromasin.
Dropped anavar 1 week ago.
Started Masteron 1 week ago.

So why did this happen and how do I correct it?

I’ve attached all my bloodwork, March 10 before cycle, April 17, and May 15.

I have no symptoms of high E2 other than me being a bit moody lately.

I’ve got a message in asking if they do LCMS testing for E2. Cause they don’t do it at all for testosterone locally.

Shakey also made a good point in a private chat as I’ve been experimenting with a micro dose of tren ace for about 7 days prior to the test with having come off of anavar trying to create that nice tren, mast, test stack and apparently that will mess with the E2 reading on the non-sensitive testing.

I’ve definitely felt the symptoms of low E2 and I definitely know what 220-300 feels like as I start to get the nipple sensitivity.

I’ve booked a fresh test for the 29th provided they can do LCMS.

Notes:
Hell of a pull session, went heavy as I had done some lighter squeeze sessions recently and wanted to push into some weight PR's. Accomplished that goal. Changing out rear delt flys for face pulls, definitely need to get the movement learned but my preliminary assessment of it, is it's a far superior movement and I felt much greater rear delt activation.

Macros were solid today again, ate clean, and ate a lot. I think I'm going to limit my rice to 150g per meal moving forward and give myself some extra room for a bonus scoop of protein powder in my pre-bed shake. I think I'm okay with my calories being up to 3000, but that's provided I get a good cardio session in. Noticed my waist has slimmed down even further, my pants that are size 32 waist now require a belt.

Had a successful day personally, cleaned, and cleaned, and cleaned some more. Did a lot of organizing, built some stuff. Only a few more things to cross off the list before the house is completely ready for the twins! Prepped some protein shakes for the next four days.

So far so good, I'm doing what I would consider to be a small dose from what I've read at 1.5mL per week, so 150mg. I haven't had the tren cough or any complications as a result outside of this bloodwork throwing abnormal E2.

I am one week in now and have felt nothing, no night sweats, no tren cough, nothing so I'm going to continue with it for the foreseeable future and have now included it in today's log. After my morning melt down due to reading that bloodwork and then frantically messaging HarleyGuy and Shakey on telegram I got an answer and some documents to research that helped calm my nerves. As Shakey said at those E2 levels I should be growing a vagina.

I think something like trenbolone you should discuss and openly talk about :D we would still support you no matter if you took the tren route, we are your EVO family @wye and we will never judge you.

Hell of a pull session, went heavy as I had done some lighter squeeze sessions recently and wanted to push into some weight PR's. Accomplished that goal. Changing out rear delt flys for face pulls, definitely need to get the movement learned but my preliminary assessment of it, is it's a far superior movement and I felt much greater rear delt activation.

Macros were solid today again, ate clean, and ate a lot. I think I'm going to limit my rice to 150g per meal moving forward and give myself some extra room for a bonus scoop of protein powder in my pre-bed shake. I think I'm okay with my calories being up to 3000, but that's provided I get a good cardio session in. Noticed my waist has slimmed down even further, my pants that are size 32 waist now require a belt.

Had a successful day personally, cleaned, and cleaned, and cleaned some more. Did a lot of organizing, built some stuff. Only a few more things to cross off the list before the house is completely ready for the twins! Prepped some protein shakes for the next four days.

Added a water intake category to my log. I don't feel I've been drinking enough so I'm doing the old school milk jug challenge. Drank 1 full milk jug, and two big bottles full of electrolyte mix.

The milk jug of water was great. My bladder on the other hand is not used to water maxing like that and will need time to adjust 😂

I think something like trenbolone you should discuss and openly talk about :D we would still support you no matter if you took the tren route, we are your EVO family @wye and we will never judge you.

If you do decide to share more about the tren, im all ears, and curious as to how people make out on low dose tren in a cut.
The tren makes your appetite wild. The Retatrutide cannot suppress the hunger gains of Tren. I haven’t noticed anything wild in the gym yet. I know acetate is quick acting ester but it will take about two weeks for things to normalize and peek as far as I’ve read so I’ve got roughly another week. I may need to pick up some cagrilinitde to supplement alongside the Retatrutide because I just for example ate a huge dinner and I’m already hungry again.

Did a lot of errands with my son this morning, went to the dump, picked up some things at the "work" store as he lovingly calls it. Got a lot done around the house, with plans to do even more tomorrow. Prepped my pills, and picked up a new container, the pink one purely for day, and the black one for night, I couldn't fit all my damn fish oils without squishing them. Being organized I find really helps me buy in and stay locked in, you can't cheat or be lazy if you set yourself up for success.

Had a nap with my son putting him down for his nap (was awesome).

Hell of a leg session, I still feel like I'm missing a piece of equipment to really target legs but I don't want to make any big purchases for the next year or so. Will probably end up with some form of leg press/hack squat combo, and eventually some type of calf raise machine, but what I have will suffice for now. Volume PR on the 245 x 12 squat, definitely had a bit more in me but wanted to save some for the second set and try and ease the back tension for the RDL's. Dropped a bunch of weight off the RDL's (about 110lbs) just to make something happen. I enjoyed this lighter weight as I felt like I was getting purely muscle recruitment from my hamstrings, with a little bit of assistance from the lower back. Hit weight PR's on my hamstring curls and leg extensions done bilaterally. I've also maxed out the weight that I can physically fit on my machine unless I pick up some non-bumper 45's which may be in the cards if I find a good deal on marketplace. Calf raises I just did short rest, and pushed as hard as I could each set.

Macros were awesome today. I'm hungry as hell all the time with this dose of tren, but it's also day 6 of my retatrutide, so it's strength is definitely fading. Will inject in the morning and report back on how it helps with appetite control.

Macros were awesome today. I'm hungry as hell all the time with this dose of tren, but it's also day 6 of my retatrutide, so it's strength is definitely fading. Will inject in the morning and report back on how it helps with appetite control.

Still battling that bug, felt way better as the day progressed. I've found since taking my health seriously this year and all the vitamins, and exercise that when I get sick, I don't get sick like I used to, I'm rarely floored. Obviously I expect to feel worse in the morning than I do now, but I managed to have a decent workout considering. Maybe 90% of the jam I usually have. I also ran out of pre-workout mix so that didn't help the situation.

My push session went good, really noticed a lack of jam on the flat bench. I was planning on doing a lighter day but 245 on the bar looked really attractive and it whispered "push me" so I tried, managed 7 reps. I think I would have gotten 8 or 9 on the first set at least if I was feeling 100%. Did a back off set to 225 for the second set as it took me a long time to lockout the 7th rep at 245. Shoulder movements felt great today, and hit a weight PR on incline bench. Triceps work also felt really good.

Macros were okay, I obviously wasn't very hungry to start the day but got hungrier as it progressed. I took my retatrutide on Monday, so I'm assuming I have some suppression happening from that. I'm thinking I'm going to cut down on the carbs like I've talked about the previous few logs, and try and keep my total calories around 2300 for the day and really get freaky with the cut/recomp. My hunger may have different plans.

Sleep was shit. Tonight will be better.

Still battling that bug, felt way better as the day progressed. I've found since taking my health seriously this year and all the vitamins, and exercise that when I get sick, I don't get sick like I used to, I'm rarely floored. Obviously I expect to feel worse in the morning than I do now, but I managed to have a decent workout considering. Maybe 90% of the jam I usually have. I also ran out of pre-workout mix so that didn't help the situation.

My push session went good, really noticed a lack of jam on the flat bench. I was planning on doing a lighter day but 245 on the bar looked really attractive and it whispered "push me" so I tried, managed 7 reps. I think I would have gotten 8 or 9 on the first set at least if I was feeling 100%. Did a back off set to 225 for the second set as it took me a long time to lockout the 7th rep at 245. Shoulder movements felt great today, and hit a weight PR on incline bench. Triceps work also felt really good.

Macros were okay, I obviously wasn't very hungry to start the day but got hungrier as it progressed. I took my retatrutide on Monday, so I'm assuming I have some suppression happening from that. I'm thinking I'm going to cut down on the carbs like I've talked about the previous few logs, and try and keep my total calories around 2300 for the day and really get freaky with the cut/recomp. My hunger may have different plans.

Sleep was shit. Tonight will be better.
Nice work grinding through the session while you’re still fighting that bug. Smart call backing off after 245 when the lockout slowed down that’s how you stay in the game long term.

I'd say the tren is starting to work it's magic, I've got a lot of new found strength and endurance happening. Particularly noticed it with the bicep work today. I'm also noticing mental gains from the masteron, like I'm locked in on all facets of life and really focused on getting not only things in the gym done, but also things around the house.

I’m holding at 150mg per week. I just started to get the night sweats (a bit mild) and may increase to 200mg but going to hold here for a bit and see how it all plays out. Nothing mentally negative happening. Wife is under strict instructions to call me out if my personality changes drastically in the short term. I’m noticing positive mental things happening as a result of I believe the masteron so maybe it will negate anything negative from the tren.

I have some plate loaded dumbbells, issue is I’ve now gotten stronger than the amount of 10lb cast iron plates I have. Adjustable dumbbells something Iron Master or Iron Master knock offs are on the list but just not in the short term. Maybe try and line those up for the next cycle.

The tren is showing as E2 on the test. Lifelabs in BC doesn’t do LCMS testing on testosterone or estrogen so I’ll never get values above 52.0nmol/L on test. Or accurate E2 values if running tren or EQ.
 
I’m holding at 150mg per week. I just started to get the night sweats (a bit mild) and may increase to 200mg but going to hold here for a bit and see how it all plays out. Nothing mentally negative happening. Wife is under strict instructions to call me out if my personality changes drastically in the short term. I’m noticing positive mental things happening as a result of I believe the masteron so maybe it will negate anything negative from the tren.
I suggest you do 10mgs ed doses to really control the sides @wye

Some PR's in terms of weight and volume on leg extensions, wicked burn with them today, superset them with the leg curls to save time and really enjoyed that will continue with that moving forward.

My wife has moved our son, and our dog into her parents place which is about an hour closer to the specialized hospital that our twins will be born at so I'm home alone on my work days for the foreseeable future. I miss a log here or there moving forward as I will have no support with meal prep or anything else and just may not have the time after a 13-16 hour work day.

I'm all for people having fun and enjoying themselves, but it was the perfect motivation for me to keep pushing myself hard at the gym and staying on track as tomorrow won't be a wasted day for me and I'm going to wake up feeling great.

Another work day in the sun, not so bad though as it was a double time day today. I think I'm over this little bug.

Had a great fucking cardio session, only sat down for 5 minutes total of the 35 minutes and change I was on the bike. 2.5 minute warm up, and 2.5 minute cool down.

Apple Watch gave me a high sleep score, but I woke up feeling really damned tired this morning.

Stopped in at Costco on my way home to load up on more chicken, and beef. Got a great deal on 3.5kg of pork shoulder so going to turn that into pulled pork tomorrow so I have some easy meals for my week.

Only have one day off this weekend which is tomorrow. Have lots to do including visiting my wife, son and dog at my inlaws, going to my son's soccer, and absolutely destroying a push day in the evening.

Watered my wife's flowers this evening after my cardio and my townhouse neighbours (all of the cool ones) were absolutely wasted outside having a get together, they had been drinking since I got home at 16:00. I'm all for people having fun and enjoying themselves, but it was the perfect motivation for me to keep pushing myself hard at the gym and staying on track as tomorrow won't be a wasted day for me and I'm going to wake up feeling great.

Went to my son's soccer this morning with my mother in law. Went over and visited my dog, my son, and my wife at the in-laws this afternoon for lunch. Put my son down for his nap. Was really nice to see them, you don't realize how much you miss your family until they're gone (even though its temporarily) I still feel like what I imagine someone going through a divorce would feel like. I can't wait for everyone to be back under the same roof.

Because I went to their house my lunch was not the usual protein dense, light on calorie dense food, weighed meal that I'm used to but we can't be perfect all the time.

Turned a 3.6kg pork shoulder into pulled pork today, ate a bunch for my meal, reserved some for my lunch tomorrow and freeze bagged the rest into portions.

Had a really good push day, not the best, but still good. Got an extra rep at 245 over last session on my first set, and held there for my second set. Got half of the 7th rep on the second set before dramatically failing. Sometimes it's easy to remember how quickly you added weight and reps to your lifts early in your cycle, but when things start to get really goddamn heavy you have to remind yourself that its okay for things to progress a little slower.

Had a great post workout, post dinner, cardio session.

My sleep was fucking amazing. I've not had as long or as clean a sleep as that in many moons. My sleep score, and Apple Watch display of my sleep was a thing of goddamn beauty. (see below)

Yeah I've been stocking up for awhile now. I got the itch when I bought my first Syn stuff and I got addicted to buying vials here and there from Syn and Nordic Fusion as they became available. Adult Pokemon if you will.

I think I'm good for the next two years with my stash, but then along came Oxygen and I decided I needed to start collecting their beautiful product. Lord help me when they restock Primobolan.

Went to my son's soccer this morning with my mother in law. Went over and visited my dog, my son, and my wife at the in-laws this afternoon for lunch. Put my son down for his nap. Was really nice to see them, you don't realize how much you miss your family until they're gone (even though its temporarily) I still feel like what I imagine someone going through a divorce would feel like. I can't wait for everyone to be back under the same roof.

Because I went to their house my lunch was not the usual protein dense, light on calorie dense food, weighed meal that I'm used to but we can't be perfect all the time.

Turned a 3.6kg pork shoulder into pulled pork today, ate a bunch for my meal, reserved some for my lunch tomorrow and freeze bagged the rest into portions.

Had a really good push day, not the best, but still good. Got an extra rep at 245 over last session on my first set, and held there for my second set. Got half of the 7th rep on the second set before dramatically failing. Sometimes it's easy to remember how quickly you added weight and reps to your lifts early in your cycle, but when things start to get really goddamn heavy you have to remind yourself that its okay for things to progress a little slower.

Had a great post workout, post dinner, cardio session.

My sleep was fucking amazing. I've not had as long or as clean a sleep as that in many moons. My sleep score, and Apple Watch display of my sleep was a thing of goddamn beauty. (see below)

@wye great update and yes, family is everything. I took certain things for granted in the past until it was too late and had to deal with the divorce. It hurts. A few years later, still does. But no one else to blame. These kind of events really have the power to show you that some things that we do are irriversible.

This is getting annoying at this point. If it persists for the remainder of the week I'm going to visit my GP. Easy to feel down when missing workouts, had to talk to myself out of it many times, its okay to miss a session here or there when you're not feeling great.

Got called in to work today, shorter day of 12 hours with my commute. Had a sit down breakfast with the boys this morning.

Decided that it was in my best interest not to push it today, going to postpone some sessions until I'm healed up. I've got a long week ahead of me at work and can't fuck myself and keep battling this feel better, feel shitty, feel better pattern I have going on. I always try and push myself when I'm sick, and I think that it just delays my healing. Going to try and get to sleep at a decent time tonight and try to recover as much as possible.

Ran some numbers on the amount of money I'm spending on fuel commuting which is $700 - $950 a month, so I've ordered a Tesla Model 3. Never driven, or even been in a Tesla, but $62 a month in electricity with a brand new car sounds a lot better than what I'm currently paying, I'll save about $250 a month driving a brand new Tesla versus driving my 10 year old Honda.

Goodnight boys, hopefully wake up feeling fixed tomorrow but we know that probably won't be the case.

Ah sorry to hear about the bug man, it’s always tough taking a little time to recover.

Makes sense on the fuel mileage, I’m 80km one way commute so I get where you’re coming from. Unfortunately in the winter, road service here is terrible and I’d probably get stuck and die. Jealous of the savings on fuel though

Decided that it was in my best interest not to push it today, going to postpone some sessions until I'm healed up. I've got a long week ahead of me at work and can't fuck myself and keep battling this feel better, feel shitty, feel better pattern I have going on. I always try and push myself when I'm sick, and I think that it just delays my healing. Going to try and get to sleep at a decent time tonight and try to recover as much as possible.

Ran some numbers on the amount of money I'm spending on fuel commuting which is $700 - $950 a month, so I've ordered a Tesla Model 3. Never driven, or even been in a Tesla, but $62 a month in electricity with a brand new car sounds a lot better than what I'm currently paying, I'll save about $250 a month driving a brand new Tesla versus driving my 10 year old Honda.

Goodnight boys, hopefully wake up feeling fixed tomorrow but we know that probably won't be the case.

@wye i hope you fell better this morning. I hate not being able to train when i'm sick but it's beneficial more often than not. Muscle memory is real and sometimes the time off allows us to come back stronger.
