Near maximum intensity for two sets. 1 week off of Anavar lets see if the back pumps still persist. Had more in me on first set. Definitely 1 maybe 2. Volume PR 245x12. Back got tight again on rest after second set. Not sure how to fix this. I rolled back after.

Back very tight as usual. Dropped a bunch of weight so I could make this movement happen. Back got really tight on the second set, and persisted for about 15 minutes, carrying into my lying leg curls.

Hell of a day today both in the gym and outside of the gym.
Did a lot of errands with my son this morning, went to the dump, picked up some things at the "work" store as he lovingly calls it. Got a lot done around the house, with plans to do even more tomorrow. Prepped my pills, and picked up a new container, the pink one purely for day, and the black one for night, I couldn't fit all my damn fish oils without squishing them. Being organized I find really helps me buy in and stay locked in,
you can't cheat or be lazy if you set yourself up for success.
Had a nap with my son putting him down for his nap (was awesome).
Hell of a leg session, I still feel like I'm missing a piece of equipment to really target legs but I don't want to make any big purchases for the next year or so. Will probably end up with some form of leg press/hack squat combo, and eventually some type of calf raise machine, but what I have will suffice for now. Volume PR on the 245 x 12 squat, definitely had a bit more in me but wanted to save some for the second set and try and ease the back tension for the RDL's. Dropped a bunch of weight off the RDL's (about 110lbs) just to make something happen. I enjoyed this lighter weight as I felt like I was getting purely muscle recruitment from my hamstrings, with a little bit of assistance from the lower back. Hit weight PR's on my hamstring curls and leg extensions done bilaterally. I've also maxed out the weight that I can physically fit on my machine unless I pick up some non-bumper 45's which may be in the cards if I find a good deal on marketplace. Calf raises I just did short rest, and pushed as hard as I could each set.
Macros were awesome today. I'm hungry as hell all the time with this dose of tren, but it's also day 6 of my retatrutide, so it's strength is definitely fading. Will inject in the morning and report back on how it helps with appetite control.
