I had to lower the weight on the flys. I still got a good pump.

Ok, so i knew this workout wouldn't be as good as the last backworkout. This workout was late at night tired after work.

Overall I think your physique is looking strong. @Nasser1997o2 one of the things that you can continue to work on would be adding lean muscle while also cutting body fat. Now it's a nice challenge to keep it going.

Now, i've had well meaning people try to tell me "Its not that noticable, just use nolvadex and an AI and it might shrink".

In my personal experience, the people who say things like this either have gyno and can't afford to get the surgery and are huffing that copium, or use SERM's and AI's year round.

Im not willing to take SERM's and AI's all the time, with the long term health effects of those things. 3 months down time wont kill me.

From an outside perspective its really not that noticeable, i would say for anyone not into bodybuilding even less so - from someone thats had it before i know exactly how you feel, conscious of every top you put on, how you hold your posture, feeling like you put so much work in but cant show it off.

Good on you for getting the surgery booked, youll be so glad you did - did your surgeon advise you to let it get worse or was that tounge in cheek ?

Side note : I actually had it come back after surgery twice over the course of 10 years and hit it hard with letrozole + nolva and reversed it / got rid of it enough so it wasnt noticeable, so i think if it isnt advanced enough that actual tissue is grown it is possible to reverse it for anyone that stumbles across this.

Yeah over the years people have raved about eq and vascularity. I personally have gotten far more vascularity on other steroids but that's just me.

Correct. The procedure has gotten better too. They used to not take out the full gland and leave a little behind to prevent inversion. That leaves a risk for it to grow back.

Im getting the full gland removed, so even with high E, there is nothing for the estrogren to attach to.

Stacking a couple really good chest sessions back to back while the surgery countdown ticks down is the kind of momentum that turns these 9 weeks into the cleanest run of the whole protocol brother 💪

The last few nights ive had the worst night sweats. I wake up in a puddle of sweat and dehydrated like crazy.

I'm not sure if its the SLU PP. I split my doses up into a morning, midday and afternoon dose. Today i didnt take the afternoon dose, so i'll see how that goes.

I've also had 3 shots in a row that have given me REALLY bad pip. Both my glutes and my shoulder absolutely blew up and went hard as a rock. Im not sure if maybe the gear got cold with the new weather, or maybe my blood has thinned out with the mito stuff.

So todays shot i warmed up in my hand and took directly before the gym to hopefully spread it out.

Its annoying, but part of it is fun. Solving problems and experimenting.

The last few nights ive had the worst night sweats. I wake up in a puddle of sweat and dehydrated like crazy.

I'm not sure if its the SLU PP. I split my doses up into a morning, midday and afternoon dose. Today i didnt take the afternoon dose, so i'll see how that goes.

I've also had 3 shots in a row that have given me REALLY bad pip. Both my glutes and my shoulder absolutely blew up and went hard as a rock. Im not sure if maybe the gear got cold with the new weather, or maybe my blood has thinned out with the mito stuff.

So todays shot i warmed up in my hand and took directly before the gym to hopefully spread it out.

Its annoying, but part of it is fun. Solving problems and experimenting.

Pulling the afternoon SLU PP dose first as the isolation test before touching anything else is the cleanest way to nail whether it's driving the night sweats brother 💪

@Nasser1997o2 waking up in the middle of the night in a sweat like that is definitely a red flag. That means that your body is adjusting its temperature too much. You could be dealing with a sickness, or it definitely can be something that you're taking. Hopefully you can figure it out.

The last few nights ive had the worst night sweats. I wake up in a puddle of sweat and dehydrated like crazy.

I'm not sure if its the SLU PP. I split my doses up into a morning, midday and afternoon dose. Today i didnt take the afternoon dose, so i'll see how that goes.

I've also had 3 shots in a row that have given me REALLY bad pip. Both my glutes and my shoulder absolutely blew up and went hard as a rock. Im not sure if maybe the gear got cold with the new weather, or maybe my blood has thinned out with the mito stuff.

So todays shot i warmed up in my hand and took directly before the gym to hopefully spread it out.

Its annoying, but part of it is fun. Solving problems and experimenting.

Those night sweats and the spicy PIP showing up together both line up with E2 climbing once the EQ cleared out, classic high E2 inflammatory plus water retention double whammy brother 💪

Yeah dude. I switched oils and I think that might have been the causes.
Pulling the afternoon SLU PP dose first as the isolation test before touching anything else is the cleanest way to nail whether it's driving the night sweats brother 💪

I actually did that today.

put one under my armpit, unloaded the dishwasher, by the time I had done it was ready.
@Nasser1997o2 waking up in the middle of the night in a sweat like that is definitely a red flag. That means that your body is adjusting its temperature too much. You could be dealing with a sickness, or it definitely can be something that you're taking. Hopefully you can figure it out.

I had a REALLY bad night sweat Wednesday night, but I didn’t Thursday night. Coincidently I woke up and alot of the swollen sights from my test 400 injections have calmed down.

Im starting to think that the high concentration from the test400 might have been causing some inflammation, hence the bad pip, swelling and night sweats. I was previously injecting it with the eq in the same barrel. The EQ must have been smoothing the pip.

So I’ve switched to some test 250 and I did a shot of that today. I’ve also skipped the afternoon dose of slu.

If the night sweats and injection swellings go away on the new oil, then I can try reintroducing the afternoon slu.

I could have also gotten sick and not noticed it.

Time will tell.

The pip in my right delt was so bad that I couldn’t really use my right arm. So I was getting absolutely smoked and anytime I got that arm taken i had to tap.

If that arm got moved in any direction it hurt so bad that I didn’t want to risk hurting it.

I was super worried until I woke up today and it’s completely healed. It might have just been a bad reaction to the test 400 injection.

Much better session now my shoulder doesn’t hurt. I felt like a completely different fighter.

I’ve also thought of BJJ as my cardio. While I do try to be good at it, it’s more my “fun way to burn calories” and get some cardiovascular fitness.

If I’m going to burn calories and stay fit, I might as well learn to fight at the same time.

It does give me a little more pride in my physique. Know it’s not just for show, I have a skill along with it.

I think dbols best use case is as a gyno growth tool 😂

Friday - BJJ Gi

Much better session now my shoulder doesn’t hurt. I felt like a completely different fighter.

I’ve also thought of BJJ as my cardio. While I do try to be good at it, it’s more my “fun way to burn calories” and get some cardiovascular fitness.

If I’m going to burn calories and stay fit, I might as well learn to fight at the same time.

It does give me a little more pride in my physique. Know it’s not just for show, I have a skill along with it.

The receptionist asked if I wanted to be on the list for any last minute cancellations. I would rather enjoy the little bit of training time that I can, but I’m not opposed to jumping into an earlier date if it comes up.

Surgeon basically explained the process and felt around. From what he said, it’s a common thing he does for a lot of enhanced guys and he doesn’t see any issues moving forward.

I ended up doing two no gi classes instead of one of each. I missed the Friday morning gi class to go to my surgery appointment.

I prefer the no gi style but I try to make sure I do both. It’s more important that I actually just go to each session, as it’s my cardio workout pretty much.

If I’m going to burn calories I might as well learn to fight.

Since removing the dbol from rotation my weight went from 93.9kg on Thursday, to 90.8kg today.

It just goes to show something I’ve always suspected with dbol. It doesn’t actually put any tissue on. Your weight goes up, but it’s all fluid. Any muscle you built, would be from being stronger, and lifting more weight.

It definitely grew my gyno, so that’s literally the only thing it grew.

I think dbols only remaining functionality in modern bodybuilding is almost exclusively for boosting estrogen. Either to remedy any crashed e2 from primo/eq/ais, or if you have naturally low e2 levels.

I think for dbol to add mass you have to really watch the e2 and go higher carbs higher protein and cardio big time :D its hard to benefit from it unless you eat big.

DBOL doesnt put on any actual tissue at all. If you "eat big", the actual weight is from the food. DBOL makes the scale go up, yes, but there is no actual contractile tissue being built.

It has simply run out of actual use in modern bodybuilding. Like i said, the only practical use is for rising low estrogren.

If you follow the logic, thats exactly what the golden era guys like arnold used it for. They used nandrolones as a base, which doesnt have any estrogren conversion, without test (test not being available at the time). DBOL was used more so for replacement estrogren instead of an actual anabolic.

It was ALL fluid retention. The only gains i kept were gains to my gyno. I think the only people who like it, think the scale going up means muscle being put on.

The gear boomers will still swear its the "greatest mass builder" despite all the evidence to the contrary. Ill keep a bottle on hand for issues of low estrogren. If i want to actually grow size, test is best.

Two good looking workouts with big weights there as usual mate!

So even with test to do the muscle building you don't think d-bol is worth it for helping lift more? Any other orals you think do a better job for that purpose?

Anadrol smokes DBOL. It makes you way stronger and doesn't have all the water retention. It still might cause gyno in some people.

Im of the opinion that if you get gyno, just get it cut out instead of bombing it with SERMS and AIs. You'll never get it again if you use a good surgeon.

Anavar is also way better than dbol.

Really Anadrol and Anavar are the only orals i think have any useful application.

Winstrol and Superdrol are only useful for contest prep or if you're super lean for a photoshoot.
