@Simoneme man good job on this. That's good commitment. I like the muscle ups and I like the squat clean. Lots of good training.
 
Regardless this would kill me
I believe it's just adaption and consistency.
I mean, an average bb can do sets of 10 front squat easily, And if you can deadlift > 400 pounds, you can also clean 70 kg easily with no technique, just have to try a bit with light weight first and learn hook grip.

The bar muscle up is another story, requires learning and tecnique, it took me like 4/5 years to master that, but consider I've never done a specific training on it, just try and try until I found my way. The following step should be getting on the bar with straight arms and without arm pulling, anyway I'm still frar from that.

The key is to eat a lot, drink a lot, find a way to pace yourself and never get to the point when you are forced to give up; if you get past this point, your technique will get very poor, and the risk of injuries is higher.

It's all about understanding your body signals, and obviously don't hit the ground running otherwise you will faint in 10 minutes :D

yep. Actually I'm not building anything here, but it helps you getting really strong and a bit athletic + cardio in a funny way, since I hate running or walking, this forces me into high hearth rate
Gym is like technique and focus, Crossfit to me looks like scrimmage (is this correct??), where you just have fun after the focus training.

Tomorrow and thursday comfortably gym session because on thursday I will leave till sunday. A vespa trip with friends to Elba island, all vintage vespa and lambretta 2 strokes, hence my back and my bum have to be strong👉

On that island, there is an annual party for scooters owners, so we drove 330+330 km back and forth.
Currently on tren ace and mast microdosing, I have to say that the second day I experienced some flue, but it's already gone.
I will update how the cycle is going in the next weeks, in the meanwhile you can enjoy some pics from the trip.
My scoot is from 1981 but it does it's job minor tuning in order to improve drive stability and cruise speed; we all do manual oil and gas mix at 2.5% and I can say it's still pretty comfortable, smooth drive and it takes where you need to!

Yeah and looks like I kept almost all the weight gained during deca. Actually I'm 85 so it has been a pretty lean bulk. People see me big now and I have to admit that thanks to my Instagrams posts I have some girls coming and ask about my routine and congratulate for my body shape...
I’ve always been afraid of being misunderstood by women, because they often mistake my friendliness for hitting on them, even though they know I’m married. In fact, it actually seems like that draws them to me even more. Missus told me I need to learn how to interact with women, so I started looking for female friendships nearby. However, it seems to have had the opposite effect, and now she’s blaming herself!
Anyhow, it's always a good thing knowing you can still turn on girls, specially for your self confidence and motivation.

First year only testo.
This year I did deca bolde then now tren and mast.
Why? Because I wanted bulking badly and Im curious about PED in general.
If microdosing will do the trick will be my best choice

I heard its very strong, 0.10 mg one time only, could be ok? Actually prolactin was in the range last bloods, close to the high side.
Better wait next bloods in june?

you can get more psyllium husk for cholesterol, you dont need anything special :D

It went 3x8 60-70-80 kg; I felt that I could do more, so I added 1-1-1 to find a Pr and ended up pressing 100 kg for the first time without spotter ( I had safety bars, complete movement control and no bounce because I fear to injury myself If I would bounce the bar to fast).
I believe shoulder is getting better, and also tren is boosting!
Weight is still around 85/86 kg, and this is a big win to me!
Literally giving me the best shape ever, same weight as before but way more drier look. I would really like to be able to pose better and show myself here, because people say I'm really big and that I can't walk through the door anymore!
Let's see this evening if I manage to take a pick after today crossfit session.

today workout will be big cardio:
AMRAP 32 min - team x 2
20 hang squat clean kg 50
20 pull ups
20 wall ball shots
20 pullups
20 air squat

target is to get more reps as possible, around 600/800, elite could do 1000

I'm also happy because I believed that once deca left, I would have again knee pain which is my worst enemy, but at the moment I'm feeling super on that. I'm facing some pain to forearms and elbows / triceps tendons, my physio is helping me with laser terapy and suggested to reduce a bit some extension movements.

The only issue is that, since I started pinning it (14 days ago), I experienced some flue; no temperature, but blocked nose a bit.
I'm feeling a bit better now but I still feel it, I will take again some paracetamol today to see if it helps a bit with not waking up like shit in the morning.
I doubled vitamin C and D3+k2 doses so let's see if this helps.


I'm focusing more on the food, having at least 2 avocados x week and nuts, rice, turkey meat.
I have also doubled the dosage of phytosterols and, psyllium.

I am limiting myself with cheat food and drinks, like one beer or 2 twice week just for social purposes, I would really like not to be disappointed with the next bloods.

yeah bro, I feel very strong, but I won't mess again with my tendons. Tren even in micro doses is the GOAT, everything feels lightweight baby!
Last evening I was literally trowing my wife to the roof during an hug, like a wrestling grab :D

@Simoneme nice man, I think your weak point is your chest. Make sure you are hitting the hell out of the flat bench and doing some push-ups slow.

my physio terapist said its very well developed 🤷
I probably have bad insertion points also
Anyhow my gym routine includes db press, crosses, cable, incline press and sets of 200 pushups in crossfit wods.
I will try also heavy duty metod, looks interesting because I need to reduce the nr of reps in order to protect joint and tendons, so lets see if it suits me

it has been a busy week, no time for posting here.
Anyhow, I can tell tren / mast definitely kicked in.
Tomorrow morning gonna do bloods to see how much this new strength is costing
Actually, I was at the grocery store and people in the cue said: "we won't skip the cue otherwise this big guy will get angry".
I still don't see myself that big, but looks like I am, and that's not the frist time people say so :D

Yesterday I tested a workout as follow

in 20 min, as many rep as possible:
10 cal s kierg
7 shuttle runs (7 mt each)
5 bench press 80 kg
in 20 min, as many rep as possible:
10 cal s kierg
14 mt walking lungees
10 bench press 60 kg

I totalized something like 42 rounds, this means bench pressing 14 times.
To me, 80 kg has always been way to heavy for this kind of workouts, I struggled with 70 usually,
This time bench was very light, tren with linear loading movement is awesome!

this is workout from saturday morning
team as 3
30 rounds 3 muscle ups
30 rounds 6 power cleans 60 kg
30 rounds 9 deadlift 60 kg

this took 40 min


I also did this 2 workouts on mon and tue:

--> closed in 28 min, I had a little back pump pain, so I have to reduce 5 reps of thrusters, fuck.

This morning I did a classic leg day
front squat 3 x 8 - 80/90/100 kg
leg press 3x8 at 270 kg
seated leg raises
3x8 lungees with 22 kg dbs
adductors machine
romanian deadlift 32 dbs
some crunch with cables and some toes to bar

This weekend will be relaxing at the seaside with missus, we have the gym at the 4 star hotel, maybe I will hit some, and a mojito as well.
There is a big beach disco in the private beach, I miss summer partying a lot, so it will be a good holyday.
We will have also the occasion to have raw fish, oysters, scampi, prawns, urchins, which I do really love.
We don't have kids and we don't want too, so we just enjoy life as much as we can, luckily we have enough money to do that.
Maybe I will flex at the mirror in the next days, today the changing room was crowded and I don't feel comfortable if people look at me.

Tomorrow morning gonna do bloods to see how much this new strength is costing
Actually, I was at the grocery store and people in the cue said: "we won't skip the cue otherwise this big guy will get angry".
I still don't see myself that big, but looks like I am, and that's not the frist time people say so :D

Yesterday I tested a workout as follow

in 20 min, as many rep as possible:
10 cal s kierg
7 shuttle runs (7 mt each)
5 bench press 80 kg
in 20 min, as many rep as possible:
10 cal s kierg
14 mt walking lungees
10 bench press 60 kg

I totalized something like 42 rounds, this means bench pressing 14 times.
To me, 80 kg has always been way to heavy for this kind of workouts, I struggled with 70 usually,
This time bench was very light, tren with linear loading movement is awesome!

this is workout from saturday morning

With DBS I did normal, I usually do them walking in crossfit session with 2 kbs 24 kg on the shoulders; I'm recovering from a little femoral bicep tear so gradually back to walking.

Regarding tren / mast is daily 10+10 (ace and propionate) sub q pinning.
I have to say that no insomnia and sweat happened.
A little flue in the first 2 weeks but could be also seasonal.

I really like the way they are working, never felt that strong.
For this reason I'm not training to failure both in crossfit and at the gym, I'm also facing some forearms and elbow pain which are slowly improving so I keep a 2/ 3 reps buffer if I feel the need to.

How much TRen are you running ? I see a photo of some caber , you might not need it. I avoid using caber,horrible drug, look up the negative effect profile. I run nandrolones at a level where can manage prolactin with P5P supplement instead.

As my name would suggest . But I don’t actually run Tren 3cc lol

Anyhow I believe Im still covered with test and mast tren extra loading.
Here with plenty of spare time, I post a pics of Transnistria, which I visited.
A russian enclave in Moldova which isnt recognized by the rest of the world.
Their own money, no Visa or Mastercard, only russian speaking and Russia military at the border.
Tomorrow back to the business, a big pin and everything will be all right 😎
