Anyhow, I can tell tren / mast definitely kicked in.
Tomorrow morning gonna do bloods to see how much this new strength is costing
Actually, I was at the grocery store and people in the cue said: "we won't skip the cue otherwise this big guy will get angry".
I still don't see myself that big, but looks like I am, and that's not the frist time people say so
Yesterday I tested a workout as follow
in 20 min, as many rep as possible:
10 cal s kierg
7 shuttle runs (7 mt each)
5 bench press 80 kg
in 20 min, as many rep as possible:
10 cal s kierg
14 mt walking lungees
10 bench press 60 kg
I totalized something like 42 rounds, this means bench pressing 14 times.
To me, 80 kg has always been way to heavy for this kind of workouts, I struggled with 70 usually,
This time bench was very light, tren with linear loading movement is awesome!
this is workout from saturday morning

30 rounds 3 muscle ups
30 rounds 6 power cleans 60 kg
30 rounds 9 deadlift 60 kg
30 rounds 6 power cleans 60 kg

this took 40 min
I also did this 2 workouts on mon and tue:

100 wall ball shots (20 b)
50 power snatch 60 kg
30 thrusters 60 kg
100 wall ball shots (20 b)
30 thrusters 60 kg
50 power snatch 60 kg
100 wall ball shots (20 b)
--> closed in 28 min, I had a little back pump pain, so I have to reduce 5 reps of thrusters, fuck.
I remember struggling with 60 kg snatches but now I can trow the barbell, he he he.

15 pullups ( I do butterfly version)
12 burpess
9 power cleans with 70
closed in 30 min; this was sick, and actually gears helps less with weightlifting movements.
Here is all technique, you can't pull with your arm or extra load your back, so I couldn't do 80 kg, too taxing.
This morning I did a classic leg day
front squat 3 x 8 - 80/90/100 kg
leg press 3x8 at 270 kg
seated leg raises
3x8 lungees with 22 kg dbs
adductors machine
romanian deadlift 32 dbs
some crunch with cables and some toes to bar
This weekend will be relaxing at the seaside with missus, we have the gym at the 4 star hotel, maybe I will hit some, and a mojito as well.
There is a big beach disco in the private beach, I miss summer partying a lot, so it will be a good holyday.
We will have also the occasion to have raw fish, oysters, scampi, prawns, urchins, which I do really love.
We don't have kids and we don't want too, so we just enjoy life as much as we can, luckily we have enough money to do that.
Maybe I will flex at the mirror in the next days, today the changing room was crowded and I don't feel comfortable if people look at me.
