Yeah I am originally from East Tennessee but have lived over here since I joined them Army in 1996. It started getting bad during COVID and everyone from Chicago and Cali started trying to escape. 😂
I suggest NM best escape and you can carry :D

Getting bloods again on the 30th of May and mid July. Show is August 1st so I will get bloods right after the how to prep for my cruise. But right now in am planning for 225-250mg of Test E and 2IU of HGH. To be perfectly honest I don't plan on doing another blast until I figure out if I am doing another show or not and will base my timeline off is that. This is my first show ever so we will see how things go. If you don't know I am doing the Physique Class in the following: True Novice, Novice, Heroes and Masters 50+.
 
Speaking of Tren, it seems like it takes away the appetite of most people I know except for my one buddy whom we served together for about 15 years it makes both of us hungry has hell all the time. I was thinking about running an EQ test Tren cycle in the future. God I can't imagine how hungry I would be. Never tried those two together. How about you guys, does Tren suppress your guys appetite or the opposite?

I started using gear pretty late in life compared to a lot of most people. So I try to look at it like this is a marathon not a sprint. Obviously like all of us here I want to put on muscle etc but I also want to do it smart and keep my health in check and not just go after the 10 meter target. The goal is that 1000 meter target of being able to do this and stay for for years to come.

The one that is black and white is, but the one in my shorts is the lighting at my gym. Their have mirrors with lights around them that you can change the colors on. So while not filtered it is helped by lighting the other is all natural

I do have aromasin and Adex on hand but I am a very low aromatizer and have never had to use it even at high doses of test. Count me has lucky I guess.

Had this happen to a mate of mine similar doses and his e2 was very high when he showed me his blood work. and he was questioning me if his masteron was fake and was actually just test. as he thought Masteron acted as an ai.

💯 avoid using an ai if necessary! Everyone is completely different and reacts differently. Definitely not a 1 size fits all when it comes to PEDs

Exactly not using something that is not needed. If I had itchy nipples swelling I get it but I don't even retain water on large doses of test. Just gonna keep doing what I have been until it's needed.
 
I can get Reta no problem, I have thought about running some the last five weeks or so before the show but hadn't made a decision yet.
I would get retatrutide youre so close to the show it would help :D

I am exactly nine weeks out now, gonna start titrating the test levels down starting june 1st every two weeks or so. I know some people dump test entirely the last week but I am gonna keep it at about 200mg I think.
9 weeks out perfect but cut test about 2 weeks out :D

Usually I take Sundays off but felt like going for an easy run today and wanted to get some of the lactic acid off my legs. I come from more of a cardio/running background and really enjoy it. But the way that run isn't conducive to packing on muscle. So I have been doing more rowing, stepper, CrossFit etc. But I try to get a run in still.

The first minute of the 31 was at 1.5mph setting up the weight and age settings on the treadmill. So I ran a little over 3.5 miles in 30 minutes so about an 8:30 mile. I wasn't trying to kill myself, just get a nice little run in.

I am getting ready to do my first show ever, it was kind of a last minute decision to do it. Honestly I never had any intention of doing one, but some of the pros at my gym encourage me to do the physique category so I said why not.

I am getting ready to start my pre show stack in a few weeks. I have several cycles under my belt and have ran primo, Tren, TBOL, Anavar, test, proviron throughout my cycles.
