It’s fucked hey. It’s made me have to relook the budget for a bit as it would be a 30k Blow out inclusive of the 6 weeks in the USA. It’s not the lack of money it’s just a huge blow out at once which I would need more time for the physique to justify. I guess more time I can only look better! Thank you for the support 🥺

15/05/2026 (11 weeks out Tampa pro if it’s even happening)

So firstly for context, this week I come to learn that my visa has been delayed and would require a reapplication of 13k . On top of having to renew coaches fees etc and the expense of being in the U.S. for 5-6 weeks which averages about 17k it’s a hefty expense and has me put prep on pause . Until this situation is properly sorted, I'll be following compliance as I'm not someone who wants to bend rules or operate in grey areas just to force things to work and jeopardise stuff. However while this sorts itself it would also mean my preparation for the season is up in question due to both the cost of the visa expedition and the arrangements that come with it which require my attention

I'm obviously disappointed because I was genuinely excited about this season, but sometimes life forces you to pivot even when your heart is fully in something. Thank you to everyone who's supported me throughout this prep and checked in on me. I appreciate it more than you know and I hope you’ll continue to support my endeavours . Will be back soon again!

Training was really good until the situation happened and then I didn’t train as I was held off for a bit

As mentioned the last couple of days I think it would be about me finding direction again and just getting on routine

NPP 30mg / week (week 7 done increased from 15mg in week 4 )

That said I’m very thankful for the prymal team to continue to support me during such a hard time . That’s life we learn to regroup and recuperate and be adaptive in this sport!

Just transformation Tuesday showing the timeline of changes from my first time bodybuilding in 2022 all the way till recent . This is why we grab pictures because you don’t know how far you’ve come unless you see them 😃

Posting this transformation not just because but more as my own reminder that while God’s plans will test your patience , it will never fail you . 50lbs up (60lbs peak for this year’s offseason) from when we started between pictures and 5,3” 🫪🙏🏻 in between would be some genetics , some discipline , some hardwork , some failure , A LOT of food 😂but it really goes to show you can never stop improving no matter what the circumstances may be. And that it won’t happen if you aren’t consistent !

What a great post with a full recap of your journey. Incredible hard work displayed here. God makes the most rewarding feelings come with a price for a reason as it keeps our humility and ego in check so we remember where the glory lies. It's a great partnership with God because the tradeoff is that hard work and struggle builds self esteem and character when we get through it all.
