Interesting seeing the scale fluctuations too. Non fasted last night after food/water was around 105 kg, then this morning fasted after only hydration I was 101.60 kg. Really shows how much glycogen and water can move during a hard cut.

Also pretty motivating hearing ChatGPT estimate around single digit body fat in recent shots while coach was thinking around 10–11% the other day. Definitely confirms conditioning is moving the right direction while keeping strength and size πŸ”₯

Maintenance phase at the moment bro, getting huge tho lol pumps are insane. Starting the weights on the lighter side and focusing on progressive overload. Plan is to add 2.5–5kg each week and ride that progression as long as I can. Starting on the lower side of things Gives me plenty of room to grow while keeping recovery and joint health in a good place.

All of this workout makes perfect sense from an exercise selection & muscle overlap perspective (back & rear delts)
It incorporates an agonistic muscle Pre-exhaust exercise.
Starting with V bar pulldown rather than underhand grip pulldown makes better sense to me, as this utilises less Biceps in the v bar so that the Biceps can come on strong in the underhand grip row to assist the lats in achieving an even higher muscle failure

Bro, we all started somewhere. Keep showing up and that 35kg becomes 50kg before you know it πŸ‘Š

Love that breakdown brother!. That's exactly the reasoning behind the exercise order. Pre-exhaust the lats, then bring the supporting muscles in to push beyond failure 😈

Most of those are selectorised machines bro, and the stack at my gym goes up that heavy. I’m going to start loading the pin with plates for lat pull-down and a couple of other exercises like seated cable row soon πŸ’ͺ
