Happy Saturday everyone!

So I had surgery yesterday, I’m fine at home recovering. It was a planned procedure that I’ve wanted to get for around 2 years now.
I got breast implants why?? Well being a female bodybuilder and losing a significant amount of weight especially body fat my breasts have shrunk a lot, because they are mainly made up of fatty tissue and glandular tissue when I drop weight for show/stage it has made my breasts look smaller, less full and saggier. As a woman I still want to feel feminine and confident with my body and having breasts that look and feel good to me is part of that.
I didn’t go big (340cc high end of a C cup) as I still want to be able to present all my hard work I’ve done in building my chest muscles and I’ve gone with going under the muscle which is called Submusculsr where the implant is placed beneath the pectoralis major muscle in the chest. I still want my girls to look natural.

Happy to answer any questions about it and I will also keep you updated on my recovery.

I’m still pretty sore and every now and then I get this sharp lightning type sensation around the incisions I’m assuming that’s just the nerves reconnecting. But overall, I’m super happy with them and I definitely made the right decision as they have already made me feel more confident about my body.

I’m still unable to train upper body, so my glutes, hammies, and quads have been getting an absolute beating the last week and a half. But damn, I miss training upper body especially back. Doc says another four weeks until I can train upper body again fingers crossed I can get the all clear sooner.

I also started Reta a week ago and honestly, I’m impressed. My sugar levels and insulin sensitivity have been on point. I’ve always been pretty good with my blood sugar control as a type 1, but Reta has just tightened everything up even more. And the inner animal in me constantly asking for food has finally chilled out. I’ll check back in with another update when I’ve been on Reta longer.

Wow that's an epic update! Did you have to take any special precautions for reta with your type 1?

I'm on week ten of retatrutide now and I feel like a completely different person. I was probably a similar body fat percentage as you adjusted for gender, I'm 5'7 and was about 83kg average, now 72kg average.

I was fat but you know, not outrageously fat, so I was surprised at how much loose skin I have around my belly button now and really want rid of it.

I'm trying hippy stuff like sunbathing until I find a chemical solution. I heard of people using those CJC peptides for that. Also want to try fasting to solve this as fasting has been great for me in the past but I'm right in the middle of blasting steriods and don't want to do that at the moment.

Awesome log! I'll look up some of your leg moves, haven't heard of half of those before haha. And I hope the retatrutide works for you, it's incredible :)

I think it will help type 1. I’ve been able to control my diabetes even better than before. I’m very interested in to what happens when I come off Reta.
Its an amazing compound - it seems there is no end to the benefits of it

A little update since starting with @coach R. AP and @UGL OZ in October I have:

Same body weight
Waist down 1cm
Calves up 1cm
Quads up 4cm
Glutes down 3cm
Chest up 2.4cm
Arms up 3cm

Couldn’t be happier with this 🤩 I can’t wait to see what we can do with my physique next year.

@coach R. AP has been amazing, he has help me get my body back to healthy again with also gaining some extra muscle 💪

I haven’t tracked food for a couple of weeks but I’ve kept things as close to macros as possible. With camping, family time, Christmas parties and catching up with friends I’m honestly proud of how well I managed it. I’ve put on a tiny bit but training never stopped. Glutes: Down 10cm

Over the course of this off-season I have not only dropped my waist measurement dramatically, but also shifted away a significant amount of fat AND grown in all areas while developing a more balanced physique.

Happy Saturday everyone!

So I had surgery yesterday, I’m fine at home recovering. It was a planned procedure that I’ve wanted to get for around 2 years now.
I got breast implants why?? Well being a female bodybuilder and losing a significant amount of weight especially body fat my breasts have shrunk a lot, because they are mainly made up of fatty tissue and glandular tissue when I drop weight for show/stage it has made my breasts look smaller, less full and saggier. As a woman I still want to feel feminine and confident with my body and having breasts that look and feel good to me is part of that.
I didn’t go big (340cc high end of a C cup) as I still want to be able to present all my hard work I’ve done in building my chest muscles and I’ve gone with going under the muscle which is called Submusculsr where the implant is placed beneath the pectoralis major muscle in the chest. I still want my girls to look natural.

Happy to answer any questions about it and I will also keep you updated on my recovery.
