1st ever testosterone cycle.

First test cycle log
Stats:
Age:35
Height:5’7
Weight:108.7kg 29.7%BF
Background in powerlifting - bench 145kg, squat 215kg and deadlift 250kg
Have done a 8 week cycle of LGD4033 3 months ago with a successful PCT (this was my first ever PED).

This is the cycle I'm planning on doing:

12 week steroid cycle
300mg test e week, pinned twice weekly
12.5mg aromasin EOD stating week 2 or if signs of high oestrogen.

From week 2 will be doing 250U of HCG every 4 days to maintain testicular function as partner and I plan on another child in maybe a year.

PCT
Starting 1 day after last Test dose: MK-677 20mg daily for next 3-6mo
Starting 2 weeks after last Test dose: 40/20/20/20/10 novodex/day
Starting 2 weeks after last Test dose: 50/50/25/25/12.5 clomid/day
Continuing from cycle Aromasin 12.5mg EOD.
Starting 1 day after last Test dose: Ostarine 25/25/25/25/12.5/12.5/12.5/12.5

I train 5 days a week in a power-building type model under a coach.

I have been eating 2500kC a day but plan to increase to 3000kC on cycle focusing on 200g of protein a day and being flexible with carbs and fat.

I am struggling to find advice around oestrogen management and suspect my Aromasin use I’ve planned may be excessive. However I heard HCG on cycle makes it necessary.
 
It’s just the number my scales spit out. I know impedance testing is inaccurate. I think comparing how I look to other people I’’m probably more like 20%.
 
noone with even the smallest fraction of a brain cell would ever recommend steroid use to anyone with such a ridiculously high body fat... please stop... you are over 1/4 fat.. thats so extremely high and you are not even remotely close to the proper condition to ever even consider any type of steroid use... just stop now
 
You would want to be in much better condition before ever using an anabolic steroid. SARMS would be an option however you need to really work on your diet!

I like testosterone cycles even if you're high bodyfat you can do it but you need to cut up not bulk up.

You should eat around 2000 calories/day with high protein and low carbs and do a lot of cardio, lean out well.

For PCT you should drop aromasin after week 2 and stop ostarine into week 4 with ostarine doses 12.5mgs the whole time.

Add n2generate 5 caps ed for your pct.

Add n2gurad 7caps ed for your cycle as organ support.

Just because everyone is making a big deal about my body fat % (which was a number I got from my scale) I went and got tested with calipers. I’m 22% based on this. The person who did the test said it was likely an over estimate because I have a fair amount of loose skin as I was 180kg back in 2017 and lost a lot of weight. Nobody looking at me now would say I was overweight. I’m not a body builder I do strengths sports and am planning to compete in an untested fed. I don’t give a shit about having a chiselled sub 15% physique because with my loose skin it wouldn’t matter. I just want to look good in my clothes and perform well when I compete.

Ok if bodyfat is no issues, go with this cycle and keep protein high

one of my boys bigger dude and use sauce and he healthy as horse. hit the sauce bro but watch blood pressure yo good. bro 20% body fat not that bad. 30% though danger

The aromasin is definitely high as you expected someone would say. At 300mg per week of test some people do not even require an AI. I would not take it more than twice per week. And even then, get bloods because the last thing you want to do is crash estrogen. I would only run aromasin in PCT if you actually do end up with estrogen issues on cycle. If not, just drop it.
