Do anabolics quicken recovery? Typically I do a 3 day PPL split followed by 1 day rest, repeat. The reason I ask is because chest is a problem area for me. I'm satisfied with most of my upper body physique excluding my chest. With my current split, I'm hitting chest twice a week. I just started sustanon 500mg per week. I've done a handful of cycles over the past 12-13 years but have never put extra emphasis on my chest. At this point, it could just be my genetics. I've got broad shoulders, nice delts, and a flat chest. With a shirt on, it's not as noticeable due to my shoulders kinda dominating my upper body. It's just a goal of mine to build my chest.
 
You would be much better off looking at sarms for help with healing and recovery.. as well as peptides.. ive done countless videos and articles about the best ones to use for this type of goal and help... here is a video to talk a look at for a very strong stack to help you...

on the surface AAS will speed up 'recovery' all things being equal. however that might not mean what you or other thinks it means

to put it simply if it takes 4 days to recover from a workout where you are sore, being on AAS will cut that down to 2-3 days instead. the secret is the effects they have with protein synthesis and cell growth. as simple as that. they aren't magic and they aren't gonna cure an injury or cover up poor diet and sitting on the couch eating potato chips everyday

you seem to know your body well so using them you will notice the subtle changes however i have seen countless people including myself end up injuring themselves on AAS because they get way too strong for what their soft tissues can handle. example i blew out my shoulder on tren

In simple generic answer terms, yes steroids help recovery BUT not for all, why? well diet training cardio sleep supplements all play a role in cycling not just the steroids.

Thats why we need to see your LOG journal with diet training cardio sleep supps to really guide you properly, maybe you're not even doing it right.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

you know how many guys eat too little and train too much MANY
lets see your log journal
 
generic answer YES
but real answer show us your log to see if you doing things right
 
they will help but dont over do it
