Do anabolics quicken recovery? Typically I do a 3 day PPL split followed by 1 day rest, repeat. The reason I ask is because chest is a problem area for me. I'm satisfied with most of my upper body physique excluding my chest. With my current split, I'm hitting chest twice a week. I just started sustanon 500mg per week. I've done a handful of cycles over the past 12-13 years but have never put extra emphasis on my chest. At this point, it could just be my genetics. I've got broad shoulders, nice delts, and a flat chest. With a shirt on, it's not as noticeable due to my shoulders kinda dominating my upper body. It's just a goal of mine to build my chest.
