Just wanted to share a quick review of my progress so far. I am quite new to this so at the moment I am taking my time and increasing the compounds and dosages with caution.

I have been using mainly Hybrid Labs products and Shelby also sold through Hybrid Labs.

Here is my before and after (photos are 9 months apart) I have been pretty much on TRT the whole time 1ml/week split into 2 days (0.5 Monday & 0.5 Thursday)

I did a Clem cycle of 6 weeks then an Anavar cycle for 6 weeks and now I am on a NPP cycle for 8 weeks.

I bought a couple vials of tren e for my boys birthday as he already had test e... he is 3 weeks deep and he already is looking amazing on this tren e... definitely grabbing soke for me when my tax is done 😂
 
How did you find thr clen and was that from hybrid?
Hey mate, Clen was really good. It made me sweat quite a lot at the gym and most certainly helped with the weight loss, looking through my records and I saw it made me a bit tired too most likely because of the combination with the low cal diet. I believe from the best of my memory the Clen was gifted to my by a friend so I do not know the source of it, but anything else that I used so far is from Hybrid and it has been really good so I would most def recommend.

I do mix it sometimes I eat peanut and sometimes I eat almond butter.

Yes meal 5 is my post workout, I workout at night then go home eat and sleep.

I will update the training and supps now!

I started taking the GH last week! So far so "noticeable changes" I've been taking 4 iu fasting in the mornings, unfortunatelly I got sick (flu) and I had to skip the gym for a few days, but I am back at it from today.

Yeah heaps of volume at the moment, being endomorph I need a lot of training hours. I usually run those routine blocks for about 4 to 6 weeeks then I change depending on what I need to focus most. That's my current training routine until Sept, I will start a cut then to see where I am at.

My diet stays the same pretty much the whole time, I have 1 free meal usually on Friday nights but apart from that its basically the same exact thing every single day (very basic so theres very little room to do it wrong)

When I go from cutting to bulking and vice versa the only main thing that I change is the amount but the food stays the same (oats, eggs, nuts, fruits, avocado, rice/potato, meat, vegies) it makes cooking very easy too.

I always get arm pump regardless hahaha hard to tell where from :)
Yeah I never really got it unless working out but with gh I just get an arm pump for no reason lol

Just done my GH tests and it came back as following:

IGF-1 54.6 nmol/l
GH 3.5 ug/l

I took 5iu 1 hour before doing the test using Hybrid Labs

Everything else is perfect within the ranges.

Just done my GH tests and it came back as following:

IGF-1 54.6 nmol/l
GH 3.5 ug/l

I took 5iu 1 hour before doing the test using Hybrid Labs

Everything else is perfect within the ranges.

quick update on my shape, diet and training routine.

I am going to do a "mini cut" starting next week to 1st get familiar with how to cut for competition purposes and 2nd to look good for summer :P jokes I want to see how I look now under this body fat because I want to compete next year.

Below is my latest photo (last friday)

My training still the same as the one I posted last month, I will be updating it this weekend.

My diet I have reduced only the amount of carbs at the moment, before I was having 500g of rice/potato, first I reduced it to 350 for a week and now I am at 250g other than that it all looks the same so currently at 3200 cal/day.

I did a bunch of tests again before going hard again on the PEDs, and it all came back looking mint!

I will keep you guys posted more often as I go thought my cut.

The protocol at the moment is the following (12 weeks):

0.5ml test E - EOD
0.5ml Mast - EOD
0.5mg anastro - EOD (my results came back and my Oestradiol was at 415 pmol/L so I want to start taking anastro sooner rather than later)
0.5ml clen - ED
4iu GH - ED (only training days)

I will start light and see the results and might adjust the quantity as I go. I also have Anavar in hand that I will be using it later (last 6 weeks)

mini cut is perfect for you, test and masteron is good, but clen keep it under 40mcg ed imo lower dose

I am going to do a "mini cut" starting next week to 1st get familiar with how to cut for competition purposes and 2nd to look good for summer :P jokes I want to see how I look now under this body fat because I want to compete next year.

My training still the same as the one I posted last month, I will be updating it this weekend.

My diet I have reduced only the amount of carbs at the moment, before I was having 500g of rice/potato, first I reduced it to 350 for a week and now I am at 250g other than that it all looks the same so currently at 3200 cal/day.

I did a bunch of tests again before going hard again on the PEDs, and it all came back looking mint!

I will keep you guys posted more often as I go thought my cut.

The protocol at the moment is the following (12 weeks):

0.5ml test E - EOD
0.5ml Mast - EOD
0.5mg anastro - EOD (my results came back and my Oestradiol was at 415 pmol/L so I want to start taking anastro sooner rather than later)
0.5ml clen - ED
4iu GH - ED (only training days)

I will start light and see the results and might adjust the quantity as I go. I also have Anavar in hand that I will be using it later (last 6 weeks)
