I do cheat meals once in a while. Last weekend it was my first cheat meal in months. I ate McDonald's two days in a row. It was amazing.
I eat three times a day. I was tired of eating every 2-3 hours. I eat at 8 am, 12 pm, 4 pm and 6 pm is my post-workout shake.
My current supplements:
- D3 - 10,000 ui ED
- Omega 3 - 4 caps ED
- Milk thistle - 1000mg ED
- Vitamin C - 10g ED
- Creatine - 10g ED
- Glutamine - 10g ED
- MK-677 - 25mg ED
- MK-2866 - 10mg ED
- Enclomiphene - 12.5mg EOD
- Cialis - 20mg ED (may be underdosed?)
I started the enclomiphene out of curiosity but also because MK-2866 is suppresive. The cialis I have may be underdosed, but I really feel it at 20mg. I will buy pharma grade cialis when I'm done with what I have.
Like I stated in my previous post, my libido has come back. I feel more sexual, more energized, more confident, I feel less needy, less lethargic and want to do stuff. I feel more in my masculine energy now compared to when I was on PCT.
I'm back at dating. I won't tell you how many women I'm talking to but I don't have enough time to see them all. I think this is good because it allows me to be in this state of abundance. No fear of losing a girl or screwing things up which helps me be even more confident and date more women.
I still go to the gym as frequently as when I was on cycle. I use the same split. I go as heavy as possible. I do cardio everyday.
