Equipoise only?

So, I have just finished a 8week t400 only course, and have 3ml left. I was using .8ml per week. The person i can get stuff from says i will only need 1x10ml vial of EQ at 1ml per week. I was thinking of getting 1x10ml EQ at 250mg/ml, and then using as follows.

Week 1 T400 200mg (.5ml)
Weeks 2- 6 T400 200mg (.5mlx5) +EQ 100mg (5x.4ml)
Weeks 7-10 EQ 500mg (4x2ml)

What do people think.
I can maybe get another 1x10ml EQ if needed
 
Yeah I think EQ ran at 600mg per week is optimal,need to run longer as of the long ester,16 weeks of EQ is spot on imo.you can run the test at 400mg week.

whoever sold you this is a pretty bigtime asshole bro... im REALLY trying to be a lot more polite about ever saying something bad about someone but this time its absolutely necessary... anyone that knows one thing about different compounds KNOWS equipoise is a very long ester and needs to be ran much longer durations.. this guy only cares about taking money from you.. it makes zero sense to use equipoise unless it was from the very start... at this point, you should not be adding anything.. it should have been planned out and on hand from the start, regardless of what it was
 
Controversial but true, EQ is no better at protein synthesis than testosterone or most AAS for that matter. I always ask why. Why are you using a certain compound? What pathway are you trying to leverage? From memory, EQ didn't do so well in toxicology tests. All AAS present some neurological toxicity but I'm sure EQ is a bit higher than usual. Up there with dbol and nandrolones. Anyway as far as half life goes, it'll be working several hours after 1st injection. That's how amd why esters are designed. It's like when I shoot some test E and get bloods drawn the following day and there's a large spike in T. It just tappers down over the period of 7-10 days after. BUT the cycle recommended is odd. Will it work? Yeah sure. Half a gram is going to do something lol. But we can do better than just the "works" model.

Yes, it’s pretty curious why anybody uses equipoise at this point given the alternatives having lower risk profiles and the understanding that most AAS are close to indistinguishable, mg for mg, in how much muscle they build once you account for bloat. It made more sense when veterinary steroids were the best source for legit gear.
 
Ok, I have listened to everyone's advice and would now like to know what a good cycle would be.
I am 50yo. 15%BF. 91kg.
BP went high when I was on the 8 week t400 cycle at 2x .4mg per week.
For this cycle I had bloods done at start, mid and in 1week I am doing final bloods. I will only begin next cycle if all is good with bloods.
What other info is needed to help design my next cycle?
 
I want strength and clean bulk. I don't think I am ready for tren. I was thinking maybe just test e with an anti-estrogen. Not sure which 1. Or what the potential bad sides of the AI are. Or dose and cycle length.
Also, or a bit more background, I have been training solidly for 1 year, and had 2 years off before that. But before that I was very active. Gym and sports.

@Dondeano well if 250mgs/week thats fine and you can keep going with testosterone and equipoise generic answer
but really why would we tell you this? we know nothing about you

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

if we tell you use 1000000000 mgs of equipoise doesnt matter it will just be BS even if 100mgs

just run eq from week one and switch to test cyp or E

I would add test to the cycle
 
If you want to run test only, keep it simple. Run 400-500mg per week for 12 weeks and make sure you have an AI (aromasin or arimidex) and N2Guard for on cycle support. Are you on TRT or do you have a PCT planned?
