Hey guys, I’m new on here I’ve been listening to all the podcasts which are a great source of experience and information so thank you to mobster & Steve for the unfiltered sharing. I’m hoping someone might be able to help I’ve been on TRT for a couple of years and am running low on test I’ve ordered from eu domestic recently seeing a banner on evolutionary.org so trusted the source however the web site seems to be down for a few days now so I’m unsure now. Have been in touch by email. Can someone reassure me that it’s a legit source? Alternatively can anyone recommend the best eu supply, I’m in Ireland. Thanks again

Hey thanks @Npcclassicphysique champ I’ve been bingeing on the pods, learning tons. I’m doing I suppose it might be considered a high TRT dose for my weight/age 72kgs 47yrs so it’s 185mg of testosterone cyp adding a low dose 30-40mg of nandrolone since February (splitting the test into two equal doses a week) the nandrolone has almost completely eliminated chronic neck pain I injured in Jiujitsu in 2021 and have not been same since so am absolutely blown away by how well I’m feeling on this dose. I’ve gone higher and lower on the test in the past but find this is the sweet spot for me. Have been getting bloods done every 3 months and most recently everything was almost perfectly right on the higher recommended levels for example my total testosterone was 1152 ng/dl oestradiol SHBG and others all seem to be optimal. I’ve got some proviron and cyp as well as sustanon on order so once delivered I was considering adding the proviron as thinking it might help with some side effects I’ve noticed with ED which I guess it’s from the nandrolone although I’m surprised as it’s such a low dose. I’ve done some higher dose cycles in my mid 20’s and early 30’s and nandrolone was an issue back then. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

@Davefloat you know with TRT its hard to know what high TRT is for guys bro
with 1 guy 150mgs hes maxed out but others 300mgs sports TRT is a must, like 1152 can be good or can be awful depends on the guy
really nutrition and training play a huge role in the mix there

can you put up a TRT log for the EVO family please, we can easier discuss and understand you there just add training nutrition history and supps into the log, easy to do, start a new thread for it and the whole EVO family will help you with the blast

We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
