Female considering Cardarine

Hi guys!!

I just wanted to get your thoughts.

Here are my stats

Age:22
Height: 5'6
Weight: 155-160 lbs.

I am interested in starting a cycle of Cardarine to help shed some body fat. I'm an avid lifter, I'm usually at the gym about 6 days a week with moderate cardio on about 4 of those days. As far as nutrition goes, I track my macros. I just recently started a ketogenic diet and I really like it. (Don't hate me :p) I usually eat around 1600-1800 calories a day at about 50%P, 45%F, 5% C.

I've already lost a considerable amount of body fat and gained quite a bit of muscle in the past year in a half by tracking macros but before keto I did 50%P, 30% C, 20% F. I started at about 184 lbs.

However, I feel like I've hit a plateau body fat wise. So, do you think Cardarine would be beneficial to try?

P.S.- I finished an 8 week cycle of ostarine about 4 months ago so I do have some experience with PEDs...

Attached are some pictures of what I look like currently (if I can figure out how to do that) but you can find more at instagram.com/kaleylifts

For some reason, it's not giving me the option to attach pictures.
Sorry :(

^^^ you can put up pictures using tinypic.com , just copy/paste the code onto here

i saw your pics on your instagram and you look fantastic.. i really like that type of fit but not anorexic or manly body in a female, and i think most guy would agree.

GW is a great addition for a female. simply run 20mg per day for 8 weeks. the secret though is to get it from a reliable source, sarsm1.com is the only place i would get it. you will notice better endurance very quickly on it, and then fat loss usually a few weeks on

you can stack it will ostarine, S4, or LGD as well for even better results.

Thank you for your input stevesmi.
I'm not unhappy with my physique how it is at the moment but I wouldn't be opposed to losing a tad more body fat which is where I hope GW will give a little assistance.

If I do decide on trying, I'm def getting from SARMS1

nobody is ever happy, that's why this game we play is so challenging. just keep working at it. try different diets, and keep your cardio up and good things will happen. I saw you were doing keto diet, be aware that it is important to have refeed days on keto to keep your metabolism going. and I wouldn't stay on keto for a long period of time, some will disagree but that is my humble opinion. you can always keep things simple with a balanced diet with cardio almost daily if you really want to attack fat loss.. it really does work

Here are some pics of me currently.
Second back pic is right after my Ostarine cycle.

I'm ordering my first bottle of GW right now and I'm excited to see what it can do.

One more thing:

I've always had a very, VERY irregular period and Ostarine only made that worse. At one point during my cycle, I was 50 days late. :/
I've also been having other symptoms related to PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) so I decided I'd go to the gyno and have some tests done such as bloodwork. Will GW be able to be seen on those tests? Should I wait to start GW until AFTER my Dr. appointment?

Cardarine is non hormonal so it most likely won't show up on a blood test unless they are testing for it directly but I would rather be safe then sorry and wait until after your blood work to start the cardarine cycle.

Cardarine GW stacked with n2slin is going to be your best option for a fat loss cycle. You could add S4 or LGD to it as well.

N2slin is a non-stimulant fat burner and powerful nutrient partitioner. It increases insulin sensitivity of muscle cells and helps partition the food you eat into muscle cells and away from fat cells.
Take 20mg of cardarine gw per day for 8 - 12 weeks. 10mg AM 10mg PM
Take 2 tablets N2slin 30 minutes before each meal you eat that contains a significant amount of carbohydrates.

If you decide to add s4 and/or LGD, add 12.5mg of S4/day and/or 5mg of LGD/day to your 8-12 week cycle.

I really think that it is not a good idea for a lady to use steroids, even if it is Anavar. Apart from all the other side effects, with anavar your period will get even worse. Better go for Cardarine GW - it is possible the safest thing I can think of for a woman. It is non-hormonal, so these issues should not arise with Cardarine GW, and it will give some very good results, especially when combined with n2Slin.

Hi girly. ...first of all. You look great. I have a very simular build to you. 160, 5'5.5. N2slin and caradine is an excellent combo for fat loss. What does your diet look like? ?

I'm not sure what your goals are, but I think you look great and you should keep doing what you are doing.

Thank you. :)

I track and log my diet pretty closely 80% of the time. I just recently decided to try a ketogenic-ish (more protein than true keto) diet of about 1600 cals 50%P, 45% F, and 5% C. This is about my 4th week and I think I'm going to go back to my usual 50% protein, 30% fat, 20% carbs.
I know I probably need more calories but every time I increase I start to gain really quickly and that freaks me out. I know that's not a good thing but I'm trying to get less concerned with numbers on the scale by weighing myself less often.

But on another note, got the email saying my GW has shipped. :) I will be starting after Thanksgiving (or after doctors appointment previously mentioned) and getting down and dirty. ;) Excited to let you guys know how it goes and maybe start a log?

As girls we will forever want to see a low number on the scale. But as average height muscular girls we will never see 125lbs, lol. I have been steering clear of the scale and focusing on measurements and pictures. Give that a try.

I'm not a fan of the keto diet at all. But you have to find what works. I know your worried about gaining weight....but try carb cycling. I follow 2 high carb days, 2 medium and 3 low/no carb. It works well for me.

Thank you. :)

I am not a fan of keto diets at all. Even the 50p/30f/20c ratio is WAY too low in carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are essential for metabolism and normal thyroid function. Your primary fuel source during muscle contractions is glucose. it just makes sense to base your diet around carbohydrates.

I REALLY recommend following a carbohydrate based diet. I suspect that you will feel better, look better and your performance in the gym will greatly increase.

If your a cardio fan GW is definitely for you and since it's non hormonal at every level it won't have any effect on menstrual cycle. Best fat loss product we have today IMO

I know this is an old post, but Im curious on how it went? Im on day 2 and have felt a slight increase in endurance. Do you feel like it really helped to cut fat? How long did you take it? Thanks!! Im Female, 32 =)
