Approved Log First course and first competition log

Started today with slu-pp-332 with 400 or 600 mcg still not sure...

Still taking 1g of testosterone enanthate weekly and 40mg of anavar daily.
15mg Aromasin ED

Should get testosterone and prolactin results this week but for E2 LCMS it will take 2 weeks at least.
Bullshit lighting this time so will post better ones this Friday or Saturday

whats the current diet big lad? bp is good and you look hektic, you only just started the sluuup? its an interesting beast, been playing with doses myself, keep us updated how you like it :)

This is the amount of food that im eating now.
Note i told my coach that im doing more cardio and eating less kcals that he suggested will see if he tell me to fuck off or keep going since im losing fat very fast, I can do another 6 weeks like this since weirdly enough my hunger is lower than expected and I prefer being to lean than not lean enough.
The leaner i am the better I will look and the better the rebound will be, I also told him that I will not add more compounds ( i could've add winstrol) since being my first show, and i want to preserve health for the future.
In my mind it makes more sense making more gains in the rebound and being healthy and then next year when i have more muscles i will he more competitive instead of having to stop because of health reason.

On nothing bro I just work train walk and sleep 😂, I only eat more before going to work since I work in a pizzeria just to not being annoyed by food but not because of hunger or cravings.
 
Here some steps I've been doing lately.
It's not accurate since at work i have to take my watch off cuz it interfere with movement and I work standing.
