This is the amount of food that im eating now.
Note i told my coach that im doing more cardio and eating less kcals that he suggested will see if he tell me to fuck off or keep going since im losing fat very fast, I can do another 6 weeks like this since weirdly enough my hunger is lower than expected and I prefer being to lean than not lean enough.
The leaner i am the better I will look and the better the rebound will be, I also told him that I will not add more compounds ( i could've add winstrol) since being my first show, and i want to preserve health for the future.
In my mind it makes more sense making more gains in the rebound and being healthy and then next year when i have more muscles i will he more competitive instead of having to stop because of health reason.
