Where's the muscle separation on the legs? Shape great. Upper on point
I store more fat on the ass and legs and so it will be the last part to get dialed in.

With shoulders i range from 15 reps to 30 even and always got great results as you can see from pictures, the weight it 14,75kg so 32,5 lbs on this machine

I believe that everyone should appoint what version and brand of equipment they're using since the lack of specifications can be confusing, for example i lf I did 32,5 lbs free weights it would be very different and then again it would not reflect the amount of muscle mass in have in my lateral delts.
I see some guys here that are writing very high numbers on their lifts often neglecting to clarify the brand and type of machine, or without posting executional videos or photos.
