First Cycle Assitance / Log

I'm planning on starting my first cycle. I'm 28 years old, 5 foot 8, currently 185 lbs, and approximately 15% body fat. My goal, much like everyone else's, is to get leaner (around 10% body fat) and maintain my muscle. I'm getting labs done tomorrow to include a hormone panel, lipid profile, free testosterone, estradiol, etc. I do a PPL routine 5-6 days a week. When I'm locked into my cut, I eat about 1800 calories with a 40/40/20 macro split. I was 200 lbs around two months ago. My big concerns with a cycle are fertility and the side effects. I guess that's everyone's concern. Depending on my blood results tomorrow, I believe maybe a cycle of Test C and Retatrutide. I have considered adding low-dose Anavar as well. I can add specific exercises and food logs tomorrow if necessary. Thank you, guys. Ive been natural so far and lifting for 8 years. Sorry for a redundant question. Any advice is appreciated.

Hey brother - you have a good strong build there.
Test and reta will be a good cycle, don't go too high - 250-300mg a week for a first cycle is good. Probably save the money and don't worry about the Var. Reta always start low - 1mg/week at first and see how that goes. If you are already good on diet you may not even need the Reta - but it does do good things.
12 weeks will be good but it is essential to follow the Perfect PCT protocol on evo to preserve fertility.

At 28, 185lbs and 15% you are not in a bad spot, but if your goal is 10%, diet precision and recovery matter more than jumping straight into compounds in this case.
Test plus retatrutide is not a fat loss shortcut if calories, protein, sodium, and training output are not consistently tracked, and adding Anavar on a first cycle is possible not not sure you need it.

You already train 5-6days which is good, but before starting anything post your full labs and a proper training and diet log with daily calories, protein, bodyweight trend, sleep, and steps.
If you are serious about fertility and minimizing sides, the EVO family needs that baseline to guide you properly instead of guessing. 15min to get your log up and change your life :D

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

If you're worried about fertility, the number one rule to using steroids is keep the cycle short and make sure you're giving yourself a lot of time in between cycles to recover. I would get sperm tested as well before you ever touch steroids.

Bros, Anavar low dose is a perspective term. I would say as a man you should run minimum 25 mg.
 
Ive been reading the forums and will update training and log ASAP. How safe is it to use bitcoin, order domestically and have it sent to my house? Im worried about it

You can do testosterone and the Retatrutide for sure. That is a very simple way to run a cycle.

Need to weigh up here what's most important to you bro. Fertility is always going to take a hit but if the journey is important enough to you, you can always run a fertility stack/ comprehensive PCT once you're ready for kiddos.

Not a decision to be taken lightly though, and some guidance here would definitely be recommended.
