Been training naturally for about 4 years. Lifestyle, nutrition and training are on point. I don't drink alcohol. Since 2021 I have been under the guidance of an experienced coach who provides me with nutrition and training plans. Mainly hypertrophy with some deload and failure sprinkled in. Check-in every 7 days.
Bloodwork: Test = 508 ng/dl. Other values are healthy
I am a hard gainer, last clean bulk I was around 75 kg with 14% BF. Last cut, my weight went down to 65kg and 7% BF. Which is SKINNY.
Main goal
My main goal is to finish a cut at 75-80kg with 6-8% BF one day. I know it will take time but naturally it will take so much longer.
What are your first cycle recommendations for beginners?
I am not going to compete so I don't want to go all-in on health issues and side effects. Money is not a problem to do bloodwork and PCT. Health first. I am currently cutting to below 10% BF so I have a good starting point.
I am about to ask my coach for cycle advice but I would like to know your perspective first so I can compare and make the right decision
