Just got my product from PSL , it came frozen from the weather obviously, anyway to unfreeze it safety ?

@Nobodyknows Puritysourcelabs is legit so I wouldnt worry about the 'frozen' gear. Thats not really frozen, it's 'crashed' aka crystalized during the shipping process due to cold weather.

Get a pot of water, warm up the water NOT boil but hot to the touch, put the vial into the water standing up with a pin on top so the air can come out when you warm it up, make sure to shake before and after. About 5 min in the vial will warm up and dissolve into the oil back.

btw, what happened to your LOG journal? why did you stop updating it?

Just leave it in a normal temp room. You're not in that much of a rush surely?

mail carriers don't have heaters inside their vehicle so of course if it's going to get exposed to cold weather this will happen
Simply warm it up gently

Sorry to hear about it, but winter is not good for oils and this is regual problem
Please put vials to hot oven 200f for 30 minutes - all should go back to clear oily

either put it in the oven or boil it slightly

Ueah crashed gear from freezing or whatever can be resolved by heating it up in hot water

Better is oven sometimes hot water , can damage the vials and we can lost oil

let it get back to room temp on its own. then re evaluate
