Do ice packs slow down healing?

You wanted a log? THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT YOU’RE GOING TO GET!

This is what my toe looks like 11 days after I injured it. As you can see the right toe is bigger than the left, even though the swelling and bruising has gone down by like 90%. I took this right after icing.

collagen is great. i actually use it for my hair.

it does help quite a bit.

bro when i first see this thread i think of that time in prison when new guy showed up all cocky first day and got an ice pik through his eye on block.

he make the mistake of not getting on his knees and paid price. was so much blood they locked us down for 24 hours to clean up. we never saw him again, heard he end up in hospitale and died. lol

I ice back everyday

Since Ive been walking with a limp, ive started getting all these secondary injuries. Sore outside of my foot, knee pain and much tighter hamstrings and glutes.

The big toe really does do a lot of work.

@Slothboy just to be clear bro, are you training dieting now? like whats your situation EVO family needs more clarity
But would it help for recovery? Since Ive started taking collagen I have notice my skin looks and feels much better.
it could help bro but really we dont know you much
how about you throw up a basic life/training log? can you do that please?

Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevate
RICE is what you do for a sprain dude.
Ice is good for Injuries as long as. Not too long 20 minutes approx at a time. Then Allow fresh blood flow to get back in the area to heal.

I’m not training, just trying to eat healthy and live a happy life. I do run, and go to the gym sometimes to lift weights just to feel good, but other than that Ive got nothing on what you guys are doing.
