sorry lads, about half of my sales team all ended up getting sick from our work event and we have all been absolutely out of commision all week,

coach decided may as well finish the bulk as not training this week, no point in pushing for 2 more weeks then start to clean out

so will start clean out as of today

first we going to clean out, so let body take a break, drop food a little (will still be high for most) then work on tightening up get to maybe 8-9% to be primed for anohter growth phase :)
